Rellahne's owl goes just after her (rolled 6 on the initiative for the owl, don't know if you missed it), helping whoever attacks the statue after her while she passes through, using flyby to avoid being hit by any opportunity attacks.
Sorry, I'm not used to dealing with a familiar in this campaign yet. I will try to remember to include her in the future.
My vicious mockery had landed on the creature did he attack with disadvantage on its first attack?
Totally my bad there, I forgot that you rolled higher than the stone column and had already acted.
Here is the 2nd attack roll on Tyris for disadvantage 15. Ok it still hit him, so nothing has changed from my last post except that Shadow is not up, as you already acted.

(Oh, you misunderstood the reason I mentioned that. Don't worry about forgetting it, I just said that because I rolled for the owl only after I rolled for me. I edited the original post so it might've been easier to miss.)
(Since Alben didn't pick advantage from the owl's help, would Shadow be allowed to instead?)
Actually this particular 3.5 creature (there is no 5e similar creature) is immune to flanking. So here is a interesting question, would it also be immune to help as well? They both are a form of distraction after all. If not then yes Shadow can take advantage of the help.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ok after doing a bit of research here is what I found
The creatures immunity to flanking is a generic elemental trait in 3.5. When I created the Homebrewed 5e version I introduced that along with the other elemental traits that came with it.
3.5 flanking reads as follows " When making a melee attack, you get a +2 flanking bonus if your opponent is threatened by a character or creature friendly to you on the opponent’s opposite border or opposite corner."
5e flanking reads as follows "When a creature and at least one of its allies are adjacent to an enemy and on opposite sides or corners of the enemy’s space, they flank that enemy, and each of them has advantage on melee attack rolls against that enemy."
Help reads as follows "Alternatively, you can aid a friendly creature in attacking a creature within 5 feet of you. You feint, distract the target, or in some other way team up to make your ally's attack more effective. If your ally attacks the target before your next turn, the first attack roll is made with advantage."
Find Familiar" reads as follows "Your familiar acts independently of you, but it always obeys your commands. In combat, it rolls its own initiative and acts on its own turn. A familiar can’t attack, but it can take other actions as normal."
My initial thought was that flanking provides advantage because it is distracting to the character between the two people who are both attacking him, that in a way flanking is a form of Help. Because a familiar could not attack on its own, but only help, basically he would be distracting the opponent, and since the the creature is immune to flanking, that would also mean it was immune to being distracted by someone else helping to attack.
However after looking at the original 3.5 creature and realizing that this was an elemental trait, I looked at several 5e elementals to see if they had any common traits. They did not. So after taking some time to consider everything, I decided to leave the creature text stand as I created it, but not to expand it to include immunity for the Help action.
So after rereading what you said Rellahne
helping whoever attacks the statue Next after her while she passes through,
I added the "next" to that sentence. While help is intended to help a particular person (and if they attack before your next turn). Because of how I do the initiative order (to make PbP a little bit faster), I think unless you specify a particular person (say Shadow the rouge) the help should be the next person to attack the target of the help.
Therefore I am adding a 2nd firebolt attack roll for Alben 14

Stone column Wisdom save 14
This time the stone column pays no attention to Shadow's mocking tone.
Fario attacks with both his Longsword Attack: 6 Damage: 5 and his Shortsword Attack: 14 Damage: 7. Missing the stone monster with his first attack, but is able to make a glancing blow with his second attack.
The stone column attacks Fario with it's first Slam Attack: 20 Damage: 15, dropping Fario to the ground unconscious. It then attacks Oreus with his second Slam Attack: 22 Damage: 14. Oreus is bashed, but still standing.
Fellian shoots the stone column with his Shortbow Attack: 23 Damage: 10, planting a solid arrow strike in the stone creature. By the stone column's reaction, or lack thereof, the stone column must be made of stone. Fario then uses his bonus action to cast a healing word on Fario for 4 points of healing.
Suddenly the door in the southern end of the room opens up and a large Ogre (represented by an X on the map, due to his name) with a filthy looking Falchion pops through and moves into the room by 20 feet. Everyone (except for Rellahne who he can't see) hears these words "More carrion for my larder! Very nice." Spoken directly into your minds.
Rellahne, Owl, Oreus, Tyris, and Alben are up, Oreus do you want to follow through what you posted last night or change it to moving and attacking the new target. Either way I will keep the rolls unless you make a different attack on the Orge.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(Alben just let me know that he won't be able to post for a few day and asked me to post for him.)
Alben doesn't like the look of the Orge (or the chilling mind speech) and pulls out the big guns. He casts Scorching Ray, the first ray will target the stone column Attack: 23 Damage: 8, the second and third rays target the Orge Attack: 17 Damage: 6 and Attack: 16 Damage: 8. All three of the ray find their targets
Rellahne hadn't seen the ogre nor heard its telepathic message, yet the steps of the big creature would probably be enough of a teller for her to know another enemy had entered the room. The Half-Elf lady picks a hint from her fellow Half-Elf and prepares to cast Scorching Ray, readying to use it only after her owl took her action. She also moves in the sight of the ogre to have a vision on it as well. (1 spot directly south of Alben)
The owl, under Rellahne's command, distracts the stone statue one more time and flies up and out of its range with Flyby (directly up in the skies, depending on how close the ceiling is), which was the trigger Rellahne was waiting for. The first bolt goes for the stone statue, while the latter two go for the ogre.
(As Oreus posted first I am going to take his first)
Oreus' glave cuts into the stone column, unbalancing it, and then the butt of the glaive smashes into its chest. The stone column breaks into dozens of fist to head sized rocks.
Rellahne move into range and with the help of the owl (taking a little bit of license here, if you want to change it any just let me know) fires 3 blazing rays of fire at the Orge. Two of the rays hit the Orge, who bellows, whether in defiance of in pain it is hard to tell, maybe both.

Alben will get to a place to get a clear shot on the stone pillar and cast firebolt: Attack: 12 Damage: 4
Tyris grimaces in deep pain as he climbs slowly to his feet, then, keeping a wary eye on the stone statue, backs away as far as he can.
Stand up, Disengage, then move 15 feet away. And use bonus action to mark it as my Slayer's Prey.
Alben's firebolt slashes harmlessly off the stone column's stony armor.
Tyris is able to disengage from the stone column and moves to the back of the room, next to Fellian.
