soooooooo how exactly are you planning on undressing them? A bit of wine and romantic music???
That being said though, GM, does my druid illusion spell allow me to change colours? Could I create an illusion where the enemy cloaks look blue?
Your druidcraft cantrip has to be grounded in nature. If you can argue how a cloak dyed red would become blue because of some natural process... then let me have it.
Wellllll isn't colour just what light waves are reflected off a specific object and captured by the eye? So I could change what light wave a garment reflects??? Cuz Nature!
'glastaff wants extra patrol around the manor, the others are falling over drunk!? and it dosen't take all 3 of ya to guard women and children.. come on!'
(Intimidation has to be perceived as a threat. IE: beware if you don't do what I say. Convincing someone to do something is Persuasion, unless you're lying to achieve the same goal. In those cases, it becomes deception.)
Roll a deception to see if you're convincing about Glasstaff wanting more patrols.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
as i thought.. well here goes nothing.. btw is it possible to short my stock in dice at this time>!
deception attempt 19
and we're ****'d..
rolling initiative: 18
well, lets see, i guess this is going sideways real fast, so i'm gonna put blades into one of the guys at the door while they are stunned by my ridiculously terrible lie.
Do I get to 'hug' the wall to let elila through? I'm not able to move anywhere without opening an attack of opportunity by my view..otherwise I'd stand on the sarcophagus
If Elila gets to move before the ruffians, she can pass through you at double movement cost. But that would expose her to attacks from 3 directions. If the ruffians move first and stand in front of the door, she won't be able to make melee attacks at all.
As a lvl 2 rogue, you can bonus action disengage, which allows you to prevent attacks of opportunity. But you only get one attack instead of two.
And where exactly is everyone on the map? It hasn't been updated. Assuming Kytryn is in the jail with the ruffians. Are the rest of us just outside the door?
Oh for Christ's sake! I've been reading the goddamn map all wrong I thought the door was lower south east of the coffin and that we had to go through the jail gate to get into where the three badguys were. That's why I thought we needed to get them to open the door. Forget it! All my previous comments have been made on what I mistakenly thought was the layout of the map. Ugghh.
(I'm ruling the door opens inward, cutting line of sight to Short Jailer (he's behind the door when you open it). Therefore Kitryn's attack will be against Tall Jailer.)
Kitryn doesn't feel her deception is going to work, so she begins what she believes is the inevitable and attacks the Tall Ruffian to her right, stabbing him.
Leek's turn. You can't see either of the Jailers, only the Bugbear holding the little girl by the ankle.
If the door is blocking the one jailer, then I can move to flank/side of tall one inside the room without drawing attack from short jailer? Or I guess, move into the room before initiating strike?
The short jailer would have to move around the door to get to you (No AoO). But if you move into the room, you'll soon be surrounded by all 3. Is that what you want to do?

Nope, you can't change the properties of a material. And the skeletons have no eyes....
Ok then. I vote we have two people bring in a new prisonner (an ugly ass gnome) and have them open up the doors. Then we rush them!
OOC: Can we not roll something to yank on their cloaks?
They are inside the prison room and you are outside. Doing something against a creature's will is basically combat.

Attack: 21 Damage: 1

I'll roll initiative tomorrow if the rest of you haven't by then.
Kitryn, after your attacks, do you want to remain in front of the door?

"How have you survived so long as a thief with such an atrocious inability to lie?" Leek quips.

You can log into Roll20. Also, the email map is accurate as of now. Everyone is in the room with the sarcophagi (and skeletons).
Edit: Kitryn's attacks don't happen until her turn in the initiative order.
