Bran is initially resistant to the need to accept help. He is trying to push on despite how depleted he is from the past week. He comes to realize after a short conversation that he is holding you back. He climbs aboard one of the horses and you are able to pick up your pace.
Would any of the trade good be helpful to us? Ya know, like oil, rope, lances, armour?
Chadwick looted a coin purse, but never actually looked at what it contained. He'll add it to the group's funds.
Chadwick
"I hate to just leave behind the stolen goods instead of returning them to the rightful owners, but seems like speed is of the upmost importance right now. Perhaps later we can come back for them, or let the town guard know where they are at."
((There are plenty of goods useful for mining in the cave. Ropes, pulleys, hammers, spikes, lanterns, oil, dried foods, etc. You can add anything like that to your equipment if you like.))
Travel for the rest of the day is easy. Bran is doing better riding than walking. The weather is clear and a cloudless sky which all but the dwarves and goblin appreciate. Towards late afternoon you find a place to allow the horses to graze and water to set up camp. A cool breeze is felt and the weather appears to be turning when low clouds appear on the horizon. Not a storm, but looks like rain is coming.
Camp is made for the night with dual watches set as previously described. You set up tents and are able to keep dry through the gentle rain that falls overnight. The night is quiet and dark from the clouds. Everyone seems to get a great sleep in, even Bronk. He snores like no other you have heard. The rain stops about an hour before sunrise. (( Long Rest for everyone ))
---------------- Day 3 -------------------
Dawn arrives with low, gray clouds covering the sky. It is cool and you are not sure the rain is done for the day.
Bronk points to the northwest as your direction to travel. Bran looks like the sleep has done him some good. Riding is probably the best choice for him again today.
Travel is slowed a bit as Bronk is no longer using roads to guide you. The rain has made everything a bit muddy. No mew rain falls, but it remains misty all day. Your gear will need a thorough cleaning and oiling after this.
Around what you guess is midday you stop for a rest and a meal of dried fruits, hard bread and jerky. The horses water from a stream. Bronk sits and gnaws at a piece of salt pork. Between bites he says to Erbert, “We close. Cloak human camp….dark sky.”
Chadwick had a 14 dex, but would need to remove armour since that gives him a disadvantage. Assuming someone has something better? Looking at you Gary Gnu.
Noticed Bronk is at 1 HP and Gary Gnu is down too. Did they not get their long rest? Since we're stopping for a meal let's make sure anyone down gets a proper short rest to help get them up to full.

any chance you can detect “truth”? How much do we trust the intel?
That is the Insight skill. Or, the use of specific spells.
Bronk is able to draw out a map of the area. As he draws he describes was he is drawing. He is using pebbles and sticks as props for the things he is able to place.
Bronk says, "Cloak human camp. Behind hill. Hill .... slopes. (holds up two fingers) Towers (points to them on his map). Guards in towers. Yip-whine (new inflection) tent, tent, tent. Hobgoblin tent. Not know here. Yip-whine.....no go. Horses here. Prison here."
The hobgoblin tent is the purple one.
Draw a line from the slope by the horse corral to the hobgoblin tent. Everything "deeper" in the camp is unknown to Bronk. When asked, he replies, "Many tent. Cloak human......tent (same new inflection). Cloak human....leader.....leader.....tent....tent (points to deepest part of camp)."
Prison is located by the horse corral by the cliff wall, opposite the slope climbing to the top of the cliff. When questioned about the height of the cliffs Bronk replies, "(holds up two fingers) tower tall. Tower (holds up five fingers) Yip-whine tall."
We are definitely going to need to do some scouting to determine if they have patrols and get an idea of numbers. However, my first thought is make it rain fire on the tents. Y'all stocked up on oil right? We belly crawl over, start dropping oil, then Erbert lights them up. We can each keep one back and add some more directional fire after he gets it going. Then we start with missile fire.
We'll take fire from the towers, but maybe hit them with sleep? Then Chadwick and Trolkarl (and or Bran) sprint down and set first tower on fire while rest continues to trade range attacks. If we're under it and opposite side of other tower we should have decent cover.
By this time they should have their shit together and start heading towards the tower. Kragen can heal any badly wounded from range attacks, then the rest of you join us.
Depending on how things shake out maybe one of the first wave folks dash over to the horse corral and set them free. Should help with panic and confusion.
Bronk stays crouched over is map as Chadwick speaks. He watches him talk and then looks to Erbert.
Bran adds, "I have only a shield for armor. My guess is that they took my armor and weapons with Cleggor's gear when they took him. I can support with the crossbow, but hand to hand or exposure to missile fire is a bad choice."
Can we put Bran on a horse to speed things along?

I added rope, hammer, spikes, lantern, and oil.
Grappling hook and crowbar if available.
(( No grappling hooks ))
I feel like there is a decent chance of being ambushed tonight so I'd like to keep the two guard watch going.
Chadwick will sleep in his armour.

Shall we Sally forth all? In the direction our fine goblin friend has suggested?

I believe Bronk wants us to wait until night. I don’t think we have anyone that is stealthy to scout the area?
We do not have any of the scouting types? How about Gneuman, does he have mad stealth skills being a monk??
Erbert can you ask Bronk what the best approach path is? What traps can we expect to encounter and where? Troop size?

How about asking Bronk if can can draw us a map?
