Glynn will say “Who wants the potion? I generally keep to the back so it I were to use it you could be hit which I wouldn’t want so happy to pass it to someone in the front line for when we are being swarmed”
My guess is that our fourth "top sider" didn't escape the rats. Lady Portia would you like the potion? You might be able to position yourself in a fight to make the best use of it.
MEEPO will say, "Shouldz weez checz outz the open doorz."
(By the way, there is a big difference with 5e. Whoever has the highest Wisdom typically has the highest Perception. In other systems, the Rogue usually was always best at this. But Ragdor has the highest Perception check in the party, followed by Xanth. And if you are not necessarily needing to be stealthy, the Cleric or Barbarian may be the best to take point. If you are needing to be quiet, then Portia is by far the best.)
(The rogue does happen to have highest investigation however. More useful for filling up her pockets than perception. Who needs to see oncoming danger if it can't see you in the first place....)
"I think that is best. Maybe see if we can find the missing 4th person. If it is one of the ones we are looking for, it would be good to confirm."
(Traps tend to not care whether it can see you or not. However, Investigation is a great way to find traps too in 5e, and indeed Portia is best at that. So, is anyone going to use their skills to move things further?)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
To move things along Glynt will ask Meepo for Guidance.
He will slowly and carefully Stealth up to the doors: 24 PLUS 4 and once there will quietly poke his head into each room and perform a Perception Check: 8
If attacked he will flee back to the rest of the party, if not he will give the thumbs up and wave them forward.
GLYNT will quietly move to look into the open doors with RAGDOR at his side. No more Giant Rats to be seen.
The doors lead to small cells. Each door is open just wide enough to enable small and smaller creatures to slip through without having to open it farther.
The two southernmost cells and the one to the northeast contain abandoned giant rat nests. These other three cells had fresher nest.
RAGDOR notices a glint of gold and silver in the small cell-like rooms. A search of the six cells will find 20 SPs and 10 GPs, minted from all over the Sword Coast and the Mithril Hall, some of the coins dating back over 100 years. There is also a piece of polished green Jade, a chunk of deep purple Amethyst, a smooth round ball of Malachite, a piece of an eye of Agate, and a finely polished small disk of Lapis Lazuli. (All Gems are worth 10 GPs each.)
RAGDOR looks into the room beyond and sees a cobblestone floor that contains two trapdoors blocked open by iron spikes. The north wall holds a dry fountain carved with an overarching diving dragon. A faint rotten stench pervades the room.
Glynt will stand by the top right most of the 6 doors with his bow ready, keeping an active watch on both the door to the right and also on the corridor that we came from - knowing we have two doors things could come from has him a bit spooked so he's on high alert.
PORTIA will not find a trap on the door to the middle west leading door.
(There are three western doors on the map, Portia examined the middle one. There is also a west door in the new area found. It has an open pit in front of it.)

(Let me clarify that ... I am staying pretty much where I am on the map, but if Ragdor moves I will take his spot. I am keeping an eye on the Door on the Left-Middle of the new room while also looking and listening for activity coming at us from behind.)
Perception Check for listening for anything trying to sneak up on us or moving around in the pits: 5PLUS Guidance2
GLYNT does not notice or hear anything in the pits. The pits are 20 feet deep and appear to have nothing more than rat bones, rusted metal bits, and overall filth.
(Please feel free to reposition your tokens on the map. I will move them based on the narrative, but they are your characters.)

Glynt, seeing and hearing nothing to worry him will put away his bow, pull out his shortsword and use it to poke at things move around the pits and into the room to Investigate the room itself and the fountain with Guidance from Meepo: 19
Glynt will quietly say to the others "Everything seems safe so now is as good a time as any - I would like the piece of Jade/Greenstone if no one else has any opinion on the matter Should we give Meepo a cut too? - I'm inclined to say Yes but will go with the majority"

Portia will examine the other door further during the same time (the one the three people went through). Investigation 13

GLYNT does not gleam anything further about the room or the fountain from his investigation.
(Party's best Perception with Advantage and Guidance from Meepo is needed for the Fountain. Survival for tracks.)
guess we'll pack up the coin and gems if all looks to be clear and safe?
