Bilyur is scanning the room, looking for traps and/or secret passages. He is especially concentrated on the bookshelves. He attempts to move the bookshelves, and remove the shelving from them. He's trying to see if anything here is a disguise for something else.
You scan the room from top to bottom but don’t find anything at all. The greenwood boards on the walls seem fairly loose from age, but nothing is behind them, the same going for the bookshelves. There aren’t any traps in the room either, as from the furnishing of the place you can tell it wasn’t purpose built to be a dungeon, rather it was once a living space that has been crudely converted over time.
Sly looks up as Galochka enters. Or, looks down. She is somewhat fascinated by the small insectoid appearance.
"I believe we haven't gotten acquainted. You can call me Sly."
The wizard points at one of the two doors.
"Perhaps one of you can be persuaded to lead the way? I shall be right behind you and venture to 'pull my own weight', to use a pedestrian expression. Since this room features a distinct lack of corpses, it is unlikely that danger will spring at us immediately."
Gesturing vaguely at the at the furnishings, the tiefling continues. "If I were to hazard a guess, this was Evaltrinis study. Perhaps a retreat from the daily toil."
Sly looks at the ugly chair, back to Aria and then at the chair again. She instpects the chair [Investigation 10] to see if it would be suitable to support the elf. If yes, she will place Aria into the chair. At least that would be more comfortable than the floor.
The 3 foot tall green insect looks up. Galochka'swords project to all minds in the area,
"Well met, Sly. Has the hunting been good? Hopefully we find some prey soon".
"Is your companion fit to travel"?
The little monstrosity stands a bit straighter, it's four arms unsheathe a rapier, short sword, and equips a shield. The last arm makes a rough imitation of a salute with a four fingered multi-jointed hand. "It would be honored to lead the hunt". Which door should we take, or do we go a different direction"?
Sly cocks an eyebrow. Telepathy? Wonders never cease. This would certainly be useful on the road ahead.
"The hunt for knowledge has had little prey to offer as of yet. Let's hope indeed."
The tiefling makes a handmotion towards Aria on the chair. "She was a prisoner of the previous dungeon. She is unconscious and I'm not sure what manner of hurt is at work, as my skills as a physician are severely lacking. I propose that we leave her here to recover."
(OOC: Aria is an npc that the party freed in the previous dungeon)
Sly nods gratefully at Galochkas offer. The pale wizard makes a hand motion towards the door to the right. "I think both hold equal promise. Let's start with this one."
Galochkaopens the door to the right, and if nothing is immediately threatening, steps forward into the room. Its carapace shifts blend with the floor and walls.
Alright then, Bilyur and Eggo Lass head left and find a dingy passageway. It’s barely lit, and the scent of rot and decay is overwhelming. The passage continues 5 feet before taking a left and continuing for another 10 feet, with the corridor being 10 feet wide in total.
Galocka, Sly and Hugh take the right door and find an enormously long corridor, continuing 30 feet left and right of the doorway they came through. The corridor is well lit and seems well traveled, and at the end of either stretch of corridor it forks of into two doors each, so there is 4 doors coming out of this corridor in total, aside from the one you came through
Sly looks back at the ones going left, frowning. Shouldn't they stick together? Ah well, she was no-ones mother.
Seeing that both ends of the hallway looked the same, she is forced rely on instinct, which isn't a particularly well developed sense in the tiefling.
"Well. Let's go right again and then take the door on the right hand side? Since this hallway is perpendicular to our entrance room, we shall quickly find dead-ends and narrow our options in this way."
During the walk, Sly continues to keep detect magic up. If necessary to recast the spell, she will ask the group to wait 11 minutes.
((OOC, I wonder if it would be helpful to give the rooms in cardinal directions, because they're not relative to our own positions as opposed to "left" and "right". It would be a bit clearer about how the rooms are laid out and we could be clearer in how me move inside of them. For instance, assuming we arrived from the south wall of the entrance room, the way going left would be west, the way going right would be east. The hallway that is reached through the east door goes north and south, having doors at the west and east walls on each end.))
You make your way to the end of the eastern side of the corridor and take the southern (right) door. Sly doesn’t detect any magic coming from the area. This room is 25 feet by 25 feet and fairly nondescript, and there is a large doorway directly across from you, however blocking the path is a marble statue of an Elf Druid, holding a long sword made of a curious white metal in its hands. What do you do?
[That makes sense to have the rooms directions be cardinal directions. The first room you were in is fairly central so that doesn’t require a direction, however you came in facing west so the left and right doors are south and north respectively, with the corridor to the north spanning from west to east and the passageway to the south going east]
[I should also mention that this dungeon is larger and much more complicated than the last one so if you’re struggling to keep up with directions and locations at any point I’m happy to go back over the rooms and where they are]
Bilyur, finding nothing of value, but taking note of the stench of rot and decay, suggests to Eggo Lass that they return and go south, following the rest of the group.
Alright, you two leave and go the direction the rest of the party went and catch up with them as they enter the hall with the statue in. What would you all like to do now?

Insight: 14
OOC: if you want investigation, that would be 11.

Ready shortsword.
