Mun screams in pain, stumbling back, even as her eyes seem to spark with some deep luminescence and her face turns to wrath.
Initiative: 19.
Mun will swap her initiative with anyone who wants it and has rolled above the Leopard (12). It’ll let them go before all the statues like Bilyur, but means she can try to escape the leopard before it has another free pass at her.
((I imagine with advantage Xarkris will roll well, Sly might be a bit more in a predicament. If they roll ok, I’d switch with them so they can do some Wizard-fu. Otherwise Daewin for Gloomstalker first round-fu?))
Bilyur charges forward as the Statue attacks Mun, charging down the statue of the piranha. He jumps, landing a flying spinning kick on the statue of the fish, sending out a spray of stone and stunning the creature. He then turns around, sprinting for the statue of the leopard, and lands a powerful blow on the feline's mouth. Settling into a fighting stance, he launches two more attacks against the creature.
Bonus Action: Flurry of Blows. (Attack 1 on piranha, 24 to hit for 8 damage. Addle: can't take reactions until the end of its next turn. Attack 2 on Leopard: 25 to hit for 12 damage. Topple, make a DC 15 DEX throw, or be knocked prone.)
Action: Two attacks on Leopard, Attack 1, if prone, 16 to hit for 10 damage. If not prone: 9 to hit for 10 damage. Attack 2: 18 to hit for 7 damage. (The second roll was lower, so advantage wouldn't change the result.)
With 50 feet of movement, I should be able to do this easily.
((I imagine with advantage Xarkris will roll well, Sly might be a bit more in a predicament. If they roll ok, I’d switch with them so they can do some Wizard-fu. Otherwise Daewin for Gloomstalker first round-fu?))
OOC: I vote to have Mun swap initiative with Xarkris, and not Daewen.
((Xarkris is lower than the Leopard who has Mun in its reach, I’m worried about taking its turn and its attack of opportunity, while also trying to get past the other statues to a less exposed area. That crit took a third of Mun’s health)).

Wait to see the response to my post. It is possible that Bilyur was able to kill the Leopard, or at least focused its attention on him. Unless Shiver wants you to decide without knowing, in which case you should swap with Daewen to get Gloomstalker first-round shenanigans going.
Using Daewen's Shadar Kai Blessing of the Raven Queen bonus action feature, she quickly teleports and runs right next to Mun's side and attacks the Leopard Statue that just bit Mun, jabbing at the beast twice with her rapier (unfortunately, she's already expended her two uses of Dreadful Strike, so this is a 'normal' attack)(really looking forward to a long rest to regain her abilities!):
Rapier Attack #1 on Leopard Statue: 18 Damage: 9
IF attack #1 hit- Rapier Vex Attack #2 on Leopard Statue: 25 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
IF attack #1 missed- Rapier Attack #2 on Leopard Statue: 21 Damage: 8
Blessing of the Raven Queen
Once per long rest as a bonus action, you can teleport up to 30 ft. to an unoccupied space you can see. [3rd] You also gain resistance to all damage when you teleport until the start of your next turn.

The leopard is in a corner. I'm not sure you can base yourself, what with Bilyur and Mun already there. Can you shoot it?
OOC: Crud. Some cross-posting there! I didn't think to see if Bilyur killed the Leopard, and/or if he knocked it prone, before posting! If Bilyur killed the Leopard, maybe move Daewen's attack to the Caiman Statue, who is likely out of reach of everyone but Daewen. And Daewen's attack rolls were both successful, regardless of whether or not the Leopard might have been knocked prone, so nothing changes there.
Three of us can surround the Leopard Statue in the corner (but if Bilyur killed the Leopard Statue, then let's move Daewen's attack to the Caiman Statue):
Bilyur sprints up to the Piranha Statue, striking the side of its skull with such force that it is knocked around to face backwards with a sickening crack and spray of stone dust. Its gormless fish face has been hit so far out of position, that when it tries to twist its head back into position so it can strike back at Bilyur when he sprints past, it can finds its head locked backwards, and flails foolishly as it tries to grind its head around back into place, missing its chance to strike back. However, it doesn't seem to damaged by the blow.
Meanwhile, Bilyur assumes a position near Mun, the Leopard's stone muzzle withdrawing from her wound, slick with blood. Its mouth pulls into a silent, snarling growl, but that is quickly extinguished by Bilyur striking it in the jaw, pummelling it into the wall as it collapses to the ground [Dex Save: 11]. Both his further strikes hit, though the stone making up the creature seems resistant to the damage he's doing; his firm fists, immune to the potential damage that could come from continually striking the rough rocky surface, do less of a dent then he would have expected. In a bloom of darkness, Daewen appears alongside him to assist with the assault on the now corned gargoyle, her rapier sparking against the stone surface as she strikes with dainty blows.
With half the party preoccupied on the Leopard statue, some of the others move in to attack. The Snake Statue engages Xarkris from one side, missing both its spear attack and swift bite [14 and 15 to hit], whilst the damaged Grung statue rushes forward. It flanks Daewen and leaps around to try and crush her right forearm in its stony, wide mouth, though fails [Bite with Advantage: 3 and 8 + 4 = 12 to hit], though the attack isn't in vain, as whilst the ranger is distracted with yanking her arm out of the way to her right, the gargoyle has already launched its left arm round, spear tightly gripped, to plunge and drag it into her shoulder like a slicing harpoon [Spear with Advantage: 7 and 16 + 4 = 20 to hit, 7 slashing damage] Finally, the Gorilla Statue jumps forward to Sly's side, hitting her with the blunt side of its spear across her cheek before lunging forward to bite down on her neck as she pivots. [Spear to hit: 15 + 4 = 19 to hit, 8 slashing damage, Bite to hit: 16 + 4 = 20 to hit, 5 piercing damage]

Staggering away from the Leopard statue’s maw as Bilyur then Daewin appear and strike the solid stone. A prayer of healing sits on her tongue, but she keeps her teeth clenched shut, and in the absence of light there is shadow.
Mun’s eyes become pools of inky blackness, and her tattoos turn dark and grey as her shadow seems to pool into a mantle over her shoulders. Her face is gaunt, her visage grim, and she turns her vengeful gaze on the leopard, as her headband’s amethyst kindles with force.
[2 lucky points used]
Action: Two Eldritch Blasts at the Leopard with Lucky advantage (To hit: 24 then 16) (13 force then 7 force).
Bonus Action: Celestial Revelation. Cha save 16 for all Enemies within 10 feet of Mun or else frightened. She also does 3 necrotic damage to the leopard. (Once per turn if successful attack).
Necrotic Shroud. Your eyes briefly become pools of darkness, and flightless wings sprout from your back temporarily. Creatures other than your allies within 10 feet of you must succeed on a Charisma saving throw (DC 8 plus your Charisma modifier and Proficiency Bonus) or have the Frightened condition until the end of your next turn.
Mun then moves back and down towards the eye door, keeping around ten feet from the Gorilla and Piranha. Close enough for her shadowy rage to frighten them if possible, but far enough to not be reachable for an attack as she runs by.
Daewen watches Mun's transformation, her eyes widening slightly as the familiar inky blackness pools and the gaunt visage takes hold. A grim, knowing smile cracks across Daewen's face—a silent recognition of the Shadowfell's touch... :-)
OOC: Daewen just got a little too excited there...perhaps a tinge of home sickness?

Mun looms over the fallen gargoyle, a figure of darkness and vengeance, and forces two beams of pure magical energy into it at point blank range. As she reveals her celestial nature and turns away from the near shattered creature, the animacy seems to drain from the Leopard Statue [CHA Save: 4]; its encoded watchful purpose seems to be weakened by her mere presence, and it is unravelled into a more vulnerable mindset than the stalwart guardian it was before. This installation of fear within the gargoyle's intrinsic being seems to weaken the matrices that hold its form together too, as the cracks in its body slightly widen and fall apart, its very augmentation assaulted, rather than just its physical form. She then withdraws, moving towards the eye door and encapsulating the Grung and Piranha Statue in her aura of menace, which both succumb to its influence [Grung CHA Save: 6, Piranha CHA Save: 13]
The Leopard statue, now crumbling and weary, pulls itself to its feet. It's very much stuck in between a rock and a hard place (or is more just a rock in a hard place); if it moves, Daewen and Bilyur will certainly destroy what's left of it as it passes, and if it stays, it'll be demolished in only a few moments time. However, despite its inevitable defeat, it sticks to its coding and moves to strike Daewen, aided by the Grung Statue, who still has her pressed from behind. [Bite to hit with advantage: 19, 4 piercing damage, Claws to hit with advantage, 17, 4 slashing damage]
