[Hey, we got to Page 50 of this campaign! Good going gang!]
The Blue Orc, having being hit into the side of the room on top of all the bodies, cowers in fear now that he's been blinded in the darkness. Groping about, he finds the shield of the human fighter and uses it to defend himself, adding +2 to his AC. Otherwise he does nothing else and just hides in the darkness, pushed far enough away to not be affected by the Dust Devil. The War Chief, now significantly fired up from the combat and without his spear, decides to make a gamble and attack again at the body at his feet rather than risk getting ambushed through the darkness, thinking he heard something stir, all whilst still resisting the push of the Dust Devil in its final moments. He swings down his greataxe in two plunging movements hoping to end whatever life is left in Graelor, however unbeknownst to him, Salamander is still hunched over the cleric's body, still 'caring' to his wounds, so one of the attacks instead ends up aimed at him.
War Chief: Multiattack: Greataxe at Salamander Pie: 11 to hit, 9 + 8 slashing damage on a hit. Greataxe at Graelor: 8 to hit, 5 + 6 slashing damage on a hit. Strength Saving Throw against the Dust Devil: 18
The greataxe just misses Graelor's neck but slices through Salamander's back. The War Chief also maintains his stoic composure against the face of the storm, taking 4 bludgeoning damage from the last of the hurling debris before the dust devil finally goes tame and fades away, leaving the room in a state of eerie, silent darkness.
(Don't die, little one.) says Eggo Lass to the blue orc with her telepathy, (We have a task for you!) She then chants and invocation and looses an eldritch blast at the war chief.
Eldritch Blast @ War Chief To-Hit: max(8,17) +6 = 23 Damage: 7+4 = 111 force
[Guessing that means 11 obviously rather than 111 lmao]
The blast hits the war chief squarely in the gut, dealing another decent round of damage in a singular attack. The War Chief still doesn't look even remotely close to being bloodied though. The orc in blue doesn't respond to the telepathy, he just whimpers again and gives a soft sob.
Status Blue Orc: (-2) War Chief: (-33)
Salamander and Sly are still up, Graelor's not on death saving throws any longer but still on 0 hit points, so can't do much.
[Guessing that means 11 obviously rather than 111 lmao]
[[ Uh, are you not aware of the ultra-OP GOOlock feature called "doubles, roll again" where if you roll for damage and it's the same number twice in a row you get to roll another d10 and just add that to the end of the number? SMH my head, Shiver.
But yeah, that's one reason I try to include both the math to the final result and the final result since I know I mess up with the typing now and then. ]]
((18 + 8 temp HP - 3 (half of 7 which is 3.5 rounded down to 3) - 6 = 17/18 HP for Salamander))
Salamander takes an axe to his back with a long howl- Just kidding. That knocked him off his feet and he faceplanted onto the floor before he could do anything. Easily distracted from his his work, he jumps into action. The Dust Devil's dust lightly floats to the floor, which also causes him to cough for a bit. Unsure of where he is going and what to do, he attacks what the first thing he sees that is orc-like, and that is the Chief.
((Action: Attack with Dagger at War Chief (first roll 7 + 4 = 11, second roll nat 20... + 4 = 24 since Darkness disadvantage ---> 11); damage 8))
((Action: Attack again with Dagger at War Chief (first roll 15 +4 = 19, second roll 6 + 4 = 10 since Darkness disadvantage ---> 10); damage 3 yeah umm I'm gonna heal next round oopsie))
Despite being pretty good in the dark as the nocturnal creature he is, this darkness is all encompassing. All consuming. 'This isn't your average everyday darkness,'He thinks to himself. 'This is advanced darkness!'

Sly plunges back into the darkness, sends one more air-fried collection of dust particles in the war chiefs general direction, and then ducks back out. She is too worried about potentially hitting one of her allies to try more ice magic
Salamander makes two swift dagger attacks in the dark and manages to slice the War Chief with one. Sly also manages to deal a heavy blow to the Chief using her Fire Bolt. You can hear that the Chief's breathing is starting to pick up, like the battle's getting real now.
Status Blue Orc: (-2) War Chief: (-46)
I'm assuming Chez_Weezle has nothing to do action-wise with Graelor, but they're welcome to say something descriptive (they've got a wide range of potential topics to talk about lol, lying in the dark unconscious) If not, I'll aim to get the Orc's turns out ASAP.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
[Yeah, you're still unconcious. Would be good if the party could get some healing to you next round though I don't anticipate combat should last too much longer. You'll gain 1 Hit Point naturally in 4 hours but that doesn't mean much since it won't take that long in-game at all to get you healing.]
The Blue Orc doesn't do anything this turn, he just remains a neutral party, focussing purely on defending himself and not attacking anybody. The War Chief however, is a bit more enraged. He sprints forward out of the darkness (no opportunity attack from Salamander unfortunately since you can't see him) and attacks the two casters plaguing him, retrieving his spear as well.
War Chief (-46): Multiattack: Attacks Sly with a Greataze: 17 to hit, 12 + 6 slashing damage on a hit. Attacks Eggo Lass with a Greataze: 15 to hit, 7 + 8 slashing damage on a hit.
[Absolutely, I can completely understand that, you'll get to play him fairly soon if this battle can wrap up quickly, I'll see what I can do for you in the meantime, I've got an idea on how I can reintroduce you to the fray but I'll wait for everyone else's turns before considering that. Thanks for your patience, so sorry it's been such a long wait to introduce your Paladin and that you can't do much]
Salamander runs back towards Graelor. But this time, instead of smacking him silly, closes his eyes and concentrates for a swell of magic. Some tiny light flickers up in his hand and he plunges that (second level) Cure Wounds into Graelor's chest for a measly (1 + 1 + 2 wow and these were d8s :( ) 4 HP... as dramatically as possible. "YAHHHH!"
((Action: Cure Wounds on Graelor for 4 HP))
Upon seeing how much barely that healed him, "Sorry, mate." Salamander shrugs. He jumps off the man's chest and decides to hide (Stealth: 3 + 5 = 8 oof) but yet somehow finds himself less hidden than before despite being engulfed in a magical darkness.

(So you want to get close and personal.) telepaths Eggo Lass to the war chief. (Very well.) She stows her wand into her teeth while making an attack with the dagger in-hand.
(Glad to see you're up, Graelor.) she adds. And to the blue orc she says, (Why fight and die? Surrender and you might live.)
[[ One small thing, doesn't matter in this case. The War Chief's attack against Eggo Lass should've had disadvantage as opposed to being a straight roll. She can see him (devil's sight) so he doesn't get the advantage of her not seeing him negating his not being able to see her.
We got lucky with him getting two low rolls this round. ]]
[Ah sorry, didn't realise Eggo Lass was still in the darkness, but like you said it doesn't matter since he missed.]
The dagger slices through the Chief's forearm in the dark and he lets out a short grunt of pain. The Blue Orc doesn't seem particularly wlling to fight anyway; his behaviour this combat and him fleeing from the last encounter both build up a pretty cowardly portrayal of him for an orc that's survived the last 4 dungeons.
Status Blue Orc: (-2) War Chief: (-57)
Just Sly left now, glad to see Graelor's stable again, I reckon we've got another 2 or 3 rounds of combat left at least. Good work so far guys, keep it up!
The firebolt strikes the War Chief, and he suddenly lets out a bellow of rage, then goes to make another attack against Sly, seeing as she's the combatant that's caused him the most trouble. However, the Battle Cry has seemed to have fuelled him a short burst of anger and shocking accuracy. The Blue Orc can be considered out of initiative as he is no longer willing to fight.
War Chief (-62): Action: Battle Cry: The War Chief gains advantage on all attack rolls until the start of his next turn and can make an attack as a Bonus Action. Bonus Action: Attacks Sly with his Greataxe with advantage: 22, 8 + 8 slashing damage.
Graelor backs away to get out of the darkness. Seeing that he he survived a near-death experience, he is confused and needs a second to get his bearings. Graelor casts SACRED FLAME. on the War Chief.
