Salamander had been so proud of his little slug boy despite the fact that it was going nowhere. He even let out a little tear.
Once he got into the library and shuffled through some books that he couldn't hardly bother to read, he had asked Bilyur that question. Then, he promptly got distracted by climbing up some shelves to look for more (not that he'd actually read them though), accidentally knocking down one or two off the shelves. "More than one? Not two, but three! Peas in a pod,"Salamander sneers once Sly reveals that. "Blood brothers and sisters."He shakes his head and mumbles. "Leaves of three let them be. They're... poison ivy."
Not really paying attention or he actually did hear but didn't bother, he continues to mess around with the books until Bilyur brings up some to him. He hangs upside by his tail and goes to look at it. "Huh?"He takes them and unravels them, looking at it upside (which in his view would be right side up).
"Oh yeah. Yeah! I can make use of these!"He puts them into his pack.
Landing with a light thump onto the floor and then running towards the bedrooms and back again, it seems he has snatched up the piece of writing paper. Excitedly, he writes:
OKAY SO I HAVE A PLAN. BEFORE WE FIGHT HER I WANT TO PUT SLUGS IN HER EARS TO MAKE HER DEAF. I WANT TO MAKE THOSE CABBAGES TURN ON HER AND SHE'LL BE EATEN ALIVE. TWIST OF FATES TABLES. I'M GOING TO GO SPY ON HER NOW WITH MY CENTIPEDE FORM. ARE WE GOOD WITH THIS PLAN?
[Oh that is such a great plan, I love it so much, if you pull off getting the slugs in her ears she'll only be left with touch, smell, taste, and speech (so she can still cast spells with verbal components). Of course, you don't have to try and fight her or attack her in anyway, but if you do manage to defeat her, you'll definitely be a huge help to all the future adventurers since they won't have to go through the whole silver bell rigamarole!
I think putting slugs in her ears alone would severely impact her hearing, but they'd probably start to take a munch too so I'd say she'd definitely be defeated by that, even if slugs wouldn't do any damage to a regular person. And that's an interesting plan to have the cabbages turn on her, that speak with plantsspell scroll will definitely come in handy for that!
Overall, I think that if you're going to fight her, the idea you have in mind is the best way to do it! Good luck!]
Sly nods at Salamanders plan. This was certainly crazy, but maybe crazy was needed.
She makes a note on the paper: "I'll have a servant search for more slugs. Maybe we'll get enough of them together to hurt her plant parts."
The wizard will cast unseen servant as a ritual and then command the force to hover out into the gardens and start gathering as many slugs as it can find. While it works (which will be for 1 hour), she returns to the library and waits for lunch. There would be plenty of time for the servant to work undisturbed. She orders it to put any slugs it finds into a bucket and then cover the bucket up with a towel or piece of fabric.
"I like the way you think." writes Eggo Lass in Elvish to Salamander's idea.
She adds in Infernal, gesturing to Sly, "But he is a bit crazy... in a good way I think."
She thinks about Ivory. How she'd expressed distaste at the cabbage and her selfish pride. Perhaps there could be a way to put that to use? Hmmm...
[[ Would it be possible for her to use her telepathy on Ivory to try mimicking the hag's voice in her head? Try to either make Ivory think she's going crazy or that the hag is on to her? Big thing would be whether Ivory would know it was Eggo Lass telepathing or not. ]]

slugs: munching and crunching
lisa: dying as she goes deaf
A wide grin goes across Salamander's face when he sees that. He could almost hoot at hearing more slugs, of course, even his throat sac started to inflate before he realize he needed to call it off. He is impressed with Sly's mythical powers but utterly disappointed when he can't see said servant. He will definitely try to poke the air or two to find it.
His mouth opens when he sees that Eggos Lass can write in Elvish, for some reason it didn't register that the drow, the dark elf, could write in... elf. He draws a little smiley face right there. Then with no further ado, he does a somersault and transforms into a tiny centipede and starts scuttling across the floor towards Lisa Lilylips.

Xarkris had been watching the activities of the newcomers and silently shakes his head with doubt. For now, Xarkris will position himself in an area where he can keep an eye on Gruldrop’s door. He feels like Gruldrop’s work is vital to the party’s freedom and wants to make sure that he is not disturbed and Xarkris will distract Lisa away from the door if she gets inquisitive about the absence of Gruldrop.

The unseen servant gathers a full bucket of slugs within the hour. (I won't give a specific number cos I've got no clue how many slugs it takes to fill a bucket, but it's enough to cover a humanoid head to toe] During the hour that the unseen servant gathers all the slugs, Lisa emerges from her room and prepares lunch from the cabbages you harvested, then serves it to you with no questions or suspicions on your activities. By the time the spell is over, you've finished lunch. Hugh also emerges from where ever he's been at some point during that period, and just goes back to sitting in bed.

'Guess they do.'
Salamander listens intently at the door. Of course, he's listening in mid way through a conversation but catches the following exchange between Lisa, and a deep voice he can't put his finger on, but recognizes.
Lisa: 'Hmm...they have been polite houseguests but I would not expect them to be a challenge in any form.' Voice: 'I would exercise caution around them. I have caught glimpses of them throughout their journey with my shattered gaze as the transformation took place, and they hold great potential. Well, for now at least, I hope you take care.' Lisa: 'As to you too, Master Bhereg. Your return is a beacon of hope for us within the dungeons. May your journey be successful and swift, and I eagerly await the results of your true return.' Bhereg: 'Ah, you are too kind, I thank you for your hospitality. As agreed, I shall meet you at the dungeon's exit for you to allow me passage at the witching hour.' Lisa: 'I shall see you there. Now you must return hastily to your 'companions'. They seem oblivious to your reawakening.' Bhereg: 'Hm. It is likely they will discover the truth, very, very soon.'
With that the door opens, and Lisa emerges, off to go make some boiled cabbage for lunch. She obviously doesn't notice Salamander as a centipede, but he looks into the dark and gloomy room to see the figure of this great master Bheregthat Lisa was speaking to. What he sees shocks him. Standing in the room, their eyes vacant as ever, is Hugh.
Bilyur doesn't eat again, and instead meditates, praying to his god of wisdom to know whether he should stop this plan or lend his hand to it. Religion: Nat20+{INT}1+{PROF}2.(23)
Bilyur prays deeply to his god and gets a clear reply within himself as he resolves over the matter. He comes to the conclusion, through spiritual guidance, that although Lisa is strong, much stronger than the party, their aims are good and true and the plan to stop her, even if risky, is a noble and just endeavour. He can almost hear the voice of his deity in his mind saying to him, 'When given the option to take down a greater evil or simply pass by and allow others to suffer, there is only one honest path one can follow, even if that means risking their life for the good of others. That is the key to true kindness and purity'
Bilyur's eyes open, this was not the response he had expected. He continued to meditate, his mind turning over the plan. He thought it over and realized it was only a start. They would cover Lisa with the slugs, and... He thought of all the evidence he had about her. He realized something quite quickly... They had to talk to Gruldrop. And they would need both Xarkris and... Ivory. Forgiveness he breathed to himself. Forgiveness. As he continued to think it over, he began to push the pieces around in his head. Galocha was invisible, but probably still here. Hugh wasn't in any way reliable. He himself had recently returned from the powerful effects of the same magic. Fire had been extremely effective against the cabbages. He was better against one target with many powerful attacks. The slugs would hopefully blind and deafen Lisa, at least temporarily. Ivory had used a spell to bind the woman they had rescued a few dungeons back. She had made it past the other challenges, so she was likely more powerful than she had been. Eggo Lass had powerful blasts that did a lot quickly. Sly had spells that could confuse and control. So what could they do? Ivory could freeze her. Xarkris and Sly could open with fire. Salamander could follow with his slugs. Eggo and himself could deal damage. If they surprised her, all this would be done before she could react. She was much more powerful than they were, however, if they could sufficiently cripple her with the first round of battle, it could work. He waits for Lisa to leave, and then recounts his plan to the others.
[Awwwww yeah man!!! I love it when the party creates an awesome plan, I was feeling that this dungeon might be a little too railroaded but this proves me wrong so much since this is such an innovative solution!! I can't express how hyped I am right now, this epic total party team up is about to be incredible!! Cannot wait for this showdown, I'm rooting for you all so much!! This has gotten so awesome so quickly!!]
While Salamander does his espionage reconnaissance, Eggo Lass plots her machinations and preps her bags. When Lisa enters with lunch she will begin whispering messages into Ivory's head via telepathy. Things like,
(At last my dear, we are linked. FOREVER.) (I've always wanted a kitty-cat.) (I think I'll call you Twinkles.) (There's plenty of cabbage for you, Twinkles. Plenty. Of. Cabbage.) (I won't let you leave like the rest. You're mine.) (My meeting went well. My associate made a nice collar for you.)
And if Ivory starts reacting to the telepathy she'll throw in things like,
(Hush now.) (Calm down, Twinkles, we'll get the others out soon enough. Then it'll be just you and me!) (Don't think I won't declaw my kitty if she scratches.) (Is that any way to be thankful, Twinkles? After I gave you extra cabbage?)
[[ Basically her goal is to try convincing Ivory to use her magic against the hag by making her think the hag is gonna keep her at the cabbage-place forever.
Not sure if guidance would be possible. Since the conversation would probably be a little bit. But if she can, she'll either step out of the room to see if Lisa is coming, cast it while outside the room so Ivory doesn't hear it, and then come back. Or if type-of-spell isn't obvious forgo prestidigitation to flavor her food in favor of using that as her casting of guidance and suffering through raw boiled cabbage.
So rolling it, but also aware there's a good chance it doesn't apply. ]]
Once Lisa has left, Bilyur will call everyone over to the table and begin writing. "We have to kill this woman, I can't let Gruldrop stay here forever helping adventurers through. We not to talk to him before trying this out, but here's what I think. Ivory, you open. Whatever spell you used on that woman a little while ago, hit her with it. Once she's immobilized (or not) by that, Xarkris and Sly, you're going to go in. I noticed earlier that the cabbages seemed especially vulnerable to your fire. Xarkris, you get her with your fire breath. Sly, hit her with the most powerful fire spell you have. Salamander follows, dumping her with the bucket of slugs. After that, me and eggo go in, eggo will first get her with some of her blasts, moving her as much as she can. I go in last, beating on her with all my strength. We need to hope all this happens while she's still surprised." He nods at all of them. Once they agree, he writes at the top, "What do you think Gruldrop?" And folds it into a paper airplane, barely opening the door to the secret room and sending it into the room.
Salamander, as a centipede, watches on with horror. Hugh had been his best friend since he was little! They played together, ate together, washed the same bikes together, danced the same dance at prom together (even won prom king and queen together, well actually Hugh lost by a margin, so Salamander stuffed in some votes here and there). This... this was the ultimate betrayal.
Despite his completely fabrication chain of thoughts, he did know what he had to do, and do it he shall. He scuttles back into the library, transforms there, and heads to lunch all nice and proper. And by that it meant he played an extremely obnoxious loud tune on his birdpipes as soon as he was done eating. Because of the fact that he ate so fast, being the goblin he is, nearly everyone had to hear the awful racket. For a second there he almost forgot about the backstab.
His jaw then nearly drops when Bilyur writes the plan out loud. 'Out loud huh.' He can't stop it. Hugh already saw it, those eyes burning like the snake he was! That little-
How to best approach this....
He marches over to Lisa and stands on his tiptoes and asks, "Lisa. I want to play a game."

Killer Queen has already extended this signature, though not by much!
While Salamander does his espionage reconnaissance, Eggo Lass plots her machinations and preps her bags. When Lisa enters with lunch she will begin whispering messages into Ivory's head via telepathy. Things like,
(At last my dear, we are linked. FOREVER.)
(I've always wanted a kitty-cat.)
(I think I'll call you Twinkles.)
(There's plenty of cabbage for you, Twinkles. Plenty. Of. Cabbage.)
(I won't let you leave like the rest. You're mine.)
(My meeting went well. My associate made a nice collar for you.)
And if Ivory starts reacting to the telepathy she'll throw in things like,
(Hush now.)
(Calm down, Twinkles, we'll get the others out soon enough. Then it'll be just you and me!)
(Don't think I won't declaw my kitty if she scratches.)
(Is that any way to be thankful, Twinkles? After I gave you extra cabbage?)

Basically her goal is to try convincing Ivory to use her magic against the hag by making her think the hag is gonna keep her at the cabbage-place forever.

"Two truths and a lie."
