Move 2 squares West Cunning Action hide, using the rock as cover. Move to get the shot. I'm assuming the green-lit rock is still an angle of cover so I think that would mean having to go another W-W-SW unless the rock in the intersection of some corners makes it too small to fit through in which case SW (through Sky's, so double-movement) - SW to get the shot. Since IIRC Spiritual Weapon doesn't control the square it's in so she'd be able to be there. Action: Attack
Eima successfully keeps hidden before launching a fierce shot at the leader, dealing a severe blow! (hit)
Tymm follows up with another great smash against the leader, leaving him severely wounded! (hit!)
The two cultists come to protect the leader and attack Tymm! ("A" misses with a 9 to hit, "B" hits with a natural 20 for 12 points of slashing damage!)
The two shadows begin drifting toward the paralyzed Sky! ("A" hits with a nat20 at advantage, dealing 12 necrotic damage and reducing Sky's strength by 1. "B" hits with a 23 for 6 points of necrotic damage and reduces Sky's strength by 1 more point)
Tez hurries over to Sky and invokes his construct when he thinks both, Tymm and Sky are in its zone of influence (providing 6 temporary HP to everyone not more than 10 feet away from him). Then he charges his tools with sizzling arcane energy and tries to connect to one of the shadows.
Bonus: activate protector cannon for 6 temporary HP for everyone within 10 feet of him Action: Shocking Grasp, hit 7 for 7 lightning damage

Eima looks at the chaos around. As much as she'd prefer to maneuver, particularly with those shadows abounding, she takes it as a priority to get a clean shot at the cultist to try and break his concentration. Though filled with nervousness she patiently aims her bow and lets loose a bolt.
But thankfully Tymm swings true and decidedly fells the cult leader, leaving Sky free of the hold!

He hurries to bend over Sky and pulls out a syringe filled with a blue liquid and injects it rapidly into Sky's forearm, "Sorry if that hurt," he mumbles. Nodding to Hope, he activates his protective spider companion that emits a refreshing wave of soothing energy which washes over everyone within 10 feet of Tez.
Action: cast Cure Wounds for 4 HP Bonus: activate protector cannon for 5 temp HP
