OOC: Xondario would vote to go through the woods still and not follow the path, but keep an eye on it if it goes the same way. He also would vote to find the tower first.
Taxidea votes for the road since it's heading the same direction they want to go. If it shifts from that direction, they'll know it and find themselves suddenly standing in the woods anyways. He's also for heading straight for the tower, but if they find a town on the way that's a bonus. Going too far off the road or out of the way in search of a town could lead (in his opinion) to getting lost.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
As y'all travel, you start to get an itchy feeling of bing watched. It takes hours before it becomes unbearable. It's like someones poking the back of your neck. Your hairs are standing on end. Inevitably, someone calls out something along the lines of 'Who's there?'. That's when you realise that it wasn't just you who felt it. There is crashing in the woods to the left. A giant cone of fire comes suddenly from the wood. DEX saving throw DC 12 or 7 fire damage. Initiative please.

Ok, maybe we should wait for more people to state there wishes.
Jasmine would vote to look for a town first. She doesn't really feel strongly about whether the party takes the path or not.
Armeros would also be interested in visiting a town first if it isn't too far out of the way. He is fine with staying on the path or not.

The road left the caravan.
You would be going the opposite way from them.

It seems like more people want to go straight for the tower, so y'all are heading there, on the road.
Armeros rolls performance to regale everyone with a traveling song as they travel. Performance 12.

"Heck yeah Armeros! Butterfly Death Swarm - on the road again!"
He take out his pan pipes and joins in. Performance: 18

Well, I can't listen to the song right now, but the group is feeling much better.
Jasmine still isn't a performer so she just maintains her spot as scaly body-guard lady for now.

Remis roars in pain as the air is filled with the smell of burnt fur. He raises his crossbow trying to get a bead on this new threat,
DX save 11, damage noted on character sheet
Initiative 4
"What the hells?!" Armeros yells as the flames scorch him (DEX save: 9), though thankfully his heritage makes him resistant to such damage (-4 hp).

It should've been a short, but the food was incredibly nutritious and good. More magic I guess.
Long rest. Thanks for asking lol.
Jasmine DEX save: 9 (Adv if the fire is a spell or magical effect: 12)
(Er... not sure if Jasmine passed or not. I guess it would depend on if the Fire was a spell or magical effect or not)
