Reaction
Seeing the first toad's mouth closing in on her, a shadowy barrier quickly envelops her (AC increased of 22 for that volley of attacks).
Her actual turn
Finding herself surrounded by angry/ravenous toads, she starts lashing out at all of them (Starting with the damaged one and going clockwise from there, moving on to next target once one target dies.)
One more well-placed kick is all that Neya needs to put a second green toad out of its misery following Taters' recent flyby attack. She then turns to her next target and lends a fury of five consecutive strikes. This amphibian has one response... it croaks. (Giant Green Toad #2 {A-17,B-18} takes 7 bludgeoning damage and is DEFEATED; Giant Green Toad #1 {C-17,D-18} takes 47 bludgeoning damage and is DEFEATED.)
Not wanting to stay too close to the blue toads, Raistteleports away and reappears in a spot at the very edge of the barge. This is the perfect spot for the elf wizard to treat two toads to his specialty: fire!
(@Raist: It looks like both Spell Sniper's Increased Range and Elemental Adept's Energy Mastery come into play. Since this is one effect causing damage to multiple targets, we'd usually roll just the one damage roll, like we have done for Utar's Spirit Guardians, so I'll ignore the second damage roll above. The good news ins that Elemental Adept's Energy Mastery turns the first damage roll into a 17. Also, thanks for the clarifications in the OOC channel.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Utar sees a streak of fire coming straight at him. He has no time to react. He starts to wonder where Raist's allegiances lie, but that concern evaporates as the beam of fire magically curves to avoid the cleric and the cleric alone. At least, that was the intention. It seems Raist may have put a bit too much spin on his spell such that the two intended targets are only partially hit. (Giant Blue Toad #1 {F-12,G-13} takes 8 fire damage; Giant Blue Toad #3 {H-13,I-14} takes8 fire damage.)
The blue toads then retaliate against the closest adventurers:
-> Giant Blue Toad #1 {F-12,.G-13}: Bite vs. Utar: Attack: 10 Damage: 9
-> Giant Blue Toad #2 {H-8,I-9}: Bite vs. Doozey: Attack: 23 Damage: 10
-> Giant Blue Toad #3 {H-13,I-14}: Bite vs. Utar: Attack: 21 Damage: 11
-> Preemptive concentration check for Doozey, if needed (Halfling Luck):16
-> Preemptive concentration check for Utar, if needed: 17
The toads' maws were not made to eat metal, as proven by Utar's armor. Doozey also proves this argument by intercepting his attacker with the help of his buckler shield.
It is then time for Utar's former fellows to shine, quite literally! Ilim blasts one blue toad right in the head, Abet bludgeons another's ribs, and Grewalt sends a crossbow bolt into a third's heart. All three blue toads drop limp on the barge. (Giant Blue Toad #1 {F-12,G-13} takes 22 radiant damage and is DEFEATED; Giant Blue Toad #2 {H-8,I-9} takes 22 radiant damage and is DEFEATED; Giant Blue Toad #3 {H-13,I-14} takes22 radiant damage and is DEFEATED.)
The temperature around the barge begins to stabilize.
(Utar and Doozey are up next. The only enemies left are a green toad next to Doozey and another one next to Neya. None of these targets are Hunter's Marked or vexed by Doozey.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Oi! Mime ya fire!"Doozey called out to Raist. His attention then snapped back to the nearby toads. But just as he's bracing himself to weather another chilling assault, the stoutling instead found himself swaying and needing to plant his feet as several of the frogs suddenly collapse under the weight of divine intercession, courtesy of Utar! "Mm... 'ope sill goob." He murmur as he turned on the last toad nearby, and either wind up whistling another sharp command to spur Taters into action while putting his own blade to work, OR... well, still doing the former but leaving any further tenderizing of frogs to the others. In the meantime in such a case, Doozey eagerly put away his rapier to start examining the closest Giant Blue Toad and making sure it was still fit for harvesting.
Movement(Taters): Flying to C-14, 15ft in air.
Bonus Action(Doozey): Move Hunter's Mark to Green Toad(#3).
Action(Doozey): Hunter's Flury (Melee, Lethal, Silvered)Rapier - Attack #1: 28 Damage: 25 of Piercing and Force on Green Toad(#3). (Melee, Lethal)Beast Strike - Attack: 17 Damage: 11 of slashing damage on Green Toad(#4).
If 1st attack hits, target is immediately Vexed once more, so here's the adv. roll: 14, and potential crit damage: 2 of Piercing and Force.
OR(If #3 is defeated by Utar first)
Doozey will instead spend his Bonus Action to command Taters to attack(use above attack for Taters) and Taters own Bonus Action to Distract the Green Toad if still alive, granting next attack on it advantage. Meanwhile, Doozey will instead spend his action beginning the process of examining nearest blue toad meat for quality... even if still in combat)

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Utar doesn't want to wait for his spiritual companions to defeat the last toad on the barge. He steps toward it with calm and lets Bonecounter do the deed. (Giant Green Toad #3 {E-8,F-9} takes 19 magical bludgeoning and radiant damage and is DEFEATED.)
After filing his complaint with Raist, Doozey commands Taters to continue his flying attacks. The winged almiraj then descends and rakes the last toad standing. (Giant Green Toad #4 {C-15,D-16} takes 8 slashing damage.)
Instead of flying up high again, Taters remains near his foe and makes sure to catch its attention. Meanwhile, Doozey sheaths his rapier and begins to analyze one of the fallen blue toads.
(@MB: Since Utar put the last toad on the barge out of its misery, there are no targets within his Spirit Guardians's range. That said, Utar still has 20ft worth of movement, and his bonus action remains unused. If you want to use a combination of these to try to end your turn closer to the last toad next to Neya, let me know.)
(@Ori: We ended up going with the alternate choice for your turn. In it, however, Doozey does not take any action. That said, what you describe sounds like a survival-based search action to me. We can call it a nature-based study action if you prefer. Please go ahead and roll your preferred skill check, please.)
(OOC: I'm pausing here until these two points are resolved.)
(OOC Let's do it. Utar will use his last 20ft of movement and spend his bonus action to use adrenaline rush to dash and gain 4 temp hp. Presumably that is enough to bring this to an end.)
Sensing that this hunt is close to being concluded, Utarrushes to the other end of the barge, including by stepping over one of the dead blue toads. Burga comes along with the cleric and hits the last mark with a resounding blow of her morningstar, though it isn't quite enough to put the creature down. (Giant Green Toad #4 {C-15,D-16} takes 19 radiant damage.)
Meanwhile, Doozey quickly identifies the blue toad's subcutaneous layer as the source of the strange chilling effect it produces. Any field dressing of the hunt's spoils will have to do a thorough job of skinning the creature.
Over at the corner, Raist seems about ready to end this impromptu hunt. Perhaps not surprisingly, so does the last surviving toad. Using a combination of leaping and swimming, the creature makes its way to the other end of the river {N-1,O-2}. It is up to Neya and Raist whether they will pursue their last quarry. Between the two adventurers, Neya has the most pressing opportunity to react. Taters may have a say on this as well.
(Neya and Taters can perform an opportunity attack against the last foe or let it run away.)
Neya is not feeling merciful today. As the last toad leaps upward and away, she delivers a deadly round-house kick to finish the hunt. (Giant Green Toad #4 {C-15,D-16} takes 13 bludgeoning damage and is DEFEATED.)
Any attack delivered by Taters at this point would only further damage the toad meat, but perhaps the tiny winged hunter can still claim this last kill if the group is willing to tell a little white lie to the adorable bunny spirit.
WE ARE NOW OUT OF INITIATIVE. YOU MAY DO AS YOU WILL.
Taters is not nearly as overzealous as a certain mastiff!
....But, there were plenty of dead Toads around and only really one Neya close enough to raise much of a fuss. So, maybe while the monk was busy some nibbling of eyes could be had in the interim. Maybe. Meanwhile, a thoroughly intrigured Doozey broke out the charcoal and parchment to start eagerly scribbling down notes, but only manages so much before looking over to Neya. "Uhh... Rye,uh, rye... Umo momemo, Meya!"Called out the stoutling, before following another series of whistles, Taters zipped over to his side and is passed along the halflings rope for delivery.
After that, if Utar hadn't beaten him to the punch on seeing to Raist, it's only then that a chance glance in the elf's direction that the stoutling finally notices and headed over to provide some triage; namely in the form of sparing his blanket and a numbing tonic from his healer's kit to help deal with the pain.
-Spending a use of Healer's Kit for Battle Medic(if applicable, see spoiler for results):
Raist may spend 2 hit die, regaining 13 HP back as per the Healer feat.
If the roll is a 1, here's the re-roll: 8.
Come what may, Doozey EVENTUALLY gets around to going to the ferryman and holding up a card that reads: "Mind a pit stop?" Then by way of explanation he gestures to all the various toads before holding up a sheathed hunter's knife (a new one, not the old one) by way of explanation.

Taters delivers the additional rope requested by Neya, and the bargeman keeps his tarp ready to cover the toads once all is done.
