(OOC: I'm changing the target of the first ray as indicated in the OOC channel.)
Raist produces three more Scorching Rays, sending the majority of them towards Narle. One of them only hits after Doozey sheds a bit of his natural luck. The changed orc takes the fiery rays to the chest, barely feeling their power (Narle Shieldbiter takes 7 fire damage.)
The last ray hits the more armored orc nearby, the first hit on this combatant. (Second-in-command takes 5 fire damage.)

As much as Doozey yet struggled internally with coming up with an answer to Krulek, Neya's words not only cut through the doubt, but spurred him on in relaying the message with gusto. "TELEPORTED! FIVE HUNDRED MAX!! CHECK TOP!!"He called out to Krulek while gesturing with his blade up towards the highest point of the cliffside.
Then without hesitation, Doozey rushed into the cave, slipping past legs with an almost uncanny agility and whistling a sharp command. By the time the ranger is leaping onto the back of his mount, Biscuit not only had been ready for it, but would immediately lashes out at the less armored leader of the Orcs. Meanwhile, Doozey wastes no time in trying to find any chink in the second in command's armor with a series of sharp thrusts near the high and groan region.
Bonus Action(Doozey): Command Biscuit to Attack.
Movement(Doozey): To H-3, and mount up on Biscuit.
Action(Biscuit): Rip & Tear into Narl Shield Biter. (Melee, Lethal) Bestial Strike - Attack: 15 Damage: 14 of Force.
With the immediate danger outside now nullified, Doozey joins the fight within by passing through allies' legs and jumping on Biscuit's back. The subsequent mastiff attack against the orcish leader does not break Narle's tough skin, and Doozey himself has to try twice before finding a gap in the second-in-command's metal armor. (Second-in-command takes 6 piercing damage.)
With her way mostly blocked, Ruse moves forward just a bit and launches three javelins forward with abandon. Each javelin flies in a different trajectory, sent at a different target: Narle, the second-in-command, and the remaining worg. The one aimed at the second-in-command does not bypass his armor, but the other two hit as intended. Narle looks worse for wear, and the will to fight is wavering in his eyes.
-> At the end of her turn, Ruse in no longer poisoned.
-> I forgot to ask for Utar's CON save at the end of his turn, so here's a row (DC 13): 24

Utar is able to fight most of the poison he had taken in recently (no longer poisoned), but it seems to come at the cost of his latest spell (concentration on Spiritual Weapon dropped.)
Outside, Krulek receives the message. He screams some expletives in a complaint aimed at no particular person and climbs up the nearest wall to reach the top of the cliff. If he has seen anything, his follow-up message is now coming from too far away for his voice to overcome the sounds of crashing water,
Back inside, the orc's second-in-command says something to Narle, in Orcish. Utar is the only one who innately understands the words.
@Utar:
"Take the mount and go for our quarry. I shall deliver Claugiyliamatar's vengeance to these interlopers!"
Despite his menacing intent, the enemy's attacks are not too difficult for the halfling ranger to avoid.
Narle growls in frustration and barks the worg behind him into action. He swings his long blade in front of him defensively so to not permit Neya, Doozey, or Biscuit a free attack. He hops onto its back and the beast speeds away from the fight. On his way, Narle points at a the long-clawed orc and gestures her to follow him, or something to that effect. Not waiting for her, Narle and the worg disappear behind the bend in the cave.
Whatever Jeralla might be doing remains unknown to CRAP at the moment.

Neya reasons that ridding of the riff-raff around them is needed. She first turn her attention to the nearby second-in-command and starts laying in on him.
Neya switches targets but continues to deliver many blows in rapid succession. Hitting cold metal armor proves to be less productive, however. (Second-in-command takes 20 bludgeoning damage.)

In common, Utar hopes his voice is loud enough to carry over the din of battle, "Narle is going for their quarry and esacping on their last mount!"
Deciding that magic is no longer serving him well in this situation, Utar turns to his trusty mace instead. In Orcish, he yells back "Claugiyliamatar's a mewling worm!"
Move: To engage the orc at F,7, as I assume the map showing one at G,2 is wrong? Otherwise, Utar will concentrate on that one before moving to engage at F,7 if that one is put down.
Action: Attack: 23 Damage: 9 plus 7 for divine strike.
Utar then squeezes past Neya and reaches a new target, the long-clawed orc spellcaster. There is little she can do against the Tormite's mace, each blow being accompanied by a heavy thud. (Long-clawed Orc #4 takes 17 bludgeoning and divine damage.)
This same spellcaster then turns around and runs in the direction Narle went (following her leader's order.) She seems willing to risk another attack from Utar. The orc with enlarged tusks steps up to the spot she just abandoned, pulling out a blade as he approaches. The orc wearing a dragon helm pops out of cover and throws a couple of darts at Utar as well. He then goes back to his corner.
The first swing of the enemy's blade misses Utar's frame completely, and the second one slides against his armor harmlessly. Then, a lucky dart flies into the elbow joint in Utar's armor, causing the Tormite to react by forcing his shield to face the direction the dart came from. The maneuver catches a second projectile in the shield. (Utar takes 9 piercing damage.)
There is no telling what the Gray Patriots might be doing outside.
Updated positions for the warband:
Narle Shieldbiter: Still at {S-5}, mounted on the Worg.
Second-in-command: Still at {H-4}.
Long-clawed Orc: moved from {F-7} to {R-13}.
Enlarged-tusks Orc: moved from {I-8} to {F-7}.
Dragon-helm Orc: moved around a bit but returned to {E-11}.

Doozey grimaced at the news. But while also balked at the idea of abandoning his comrades, a risked a glance back at Ruse and said, "Me and Biscuit will get'em and keep'em occupied till ya'll can catch up." He follows up whistling a sharp command in Sylvan that spurs Biscuit into movement once more. Though doing so opens them both up to attack, any pain inflicted is one both would bear with gritted teeth and unmistakable determination to see the hunt through to its conclusion. Yet once they round the bend and see the long nailed Orc practically standing between them and their prey, Doozey would do is best to run her through before barking out a challenge to Narle. "There's no point in running. Ya ain't outrunning me, let alone Biscuit!" He said, hoping to alter the strange orc's course before they got too far away from light of the fire.
If, however, for some reason the second-in-command is able to halt or worse yet separate the pair, then it is he Doozey would turn his blade upon to try and finish them off before continuing the chase as best they can if/once the heavily armored orc was downed for good.
(OOC: If long clawed orc is defeated by the above attacks, Biscuit will use any remaining movement to get to T-7 or as close to it while avoiding the hidden pit).

Utar gives the retreating foe a parting gift. (Long-clawed Orc #4 takes 10 bludgeoning damage.)
Doozey charges himself (and Ruse) with catching up to Narle, and Biscuitdouble-dashes to make it possible. On his way, the mastiff is targeted by a passing attack.
Biscuit is too fast for the swinging axe. He catches up to the long-clawed orc in no time, and Doozey takes the opportunity to add two puncture wounds to her fresh collection. She falls to one knee but still draws breath. (Long-clawed Orc #4 takes 15 piercing damage.)
A challenge is issued to Narle and Doozey's words seem to strike a chord. The orc turns around and yells furiously at the halfling using the Common language: "Running?! I don't run, I hunt! And you have just leaped to the top of my trophy list."
In principal, Ruse understands Doozey's strategy. Help hunting down a secondary target (Narle) once the primary (Jeralla) has fled makes sense. However, much like the fight outside when Krulek ordered her to gun it for Jeralla, Ruse's battle rage makes it difficult for her not to get distracted by the possibility of defeating enemies along the way. She decapitates the battle-weary second-in-command while he is still looking at a departing Doozey, and then uses the rest of her movement to reach the next target in her line of sight. The orc with the enlarged tusks receives the next two slashes of her axe, but he seems capable of fighting still.

The three other warband members in the cave continue their ranged attacks:
The one wearing a dragon helm and the one with long tusks pop out from their covers and launch their projectiles at Neya and Utar:
-> Dart vs. Neya: Attack: 13 Damage: 11
-> Dart vs. Neya: Attack: 10 Damage: 15
-> Javelin vs. Utar: Attack: 15 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
-> Javelin vs. Utar: Attack: 24 Damage: 4
The long-clawed orc moves to find a new angle, points at Raist, and releases a blast from her finger:
-> Guiding Bolt vs. Raist: Attack: 8 Damage: 12
The dart and javelin throwers then step aside to regain their cover.
Neya does not stand still even when remaining in place. The darts do not find her.
Utar raises his shield to block the first javelin, but the second one was strategically aimed low. (Utar takes 4 piercing damage.)
The latest Guiding Bolt targeting Raist is also quite badly aimed.
Outside, the Gray Patriots maintain their positions.
