Sorry for my absence yesterday. It was a really tough day emotionally. The only thing I had energy to do at the end of it was make my bed and go to sleep.
Kasi can be a grumpy old hag, but I doubt she'd go so far as to slap Sharn. She's more likely to utter passive agressive insults under her breath at you in Yip-Yak.
Real talk, Kasi would love an animal companion. It's definitely thematic for a Ranger. But (while you haven't seen it) she loves birds mostly, and often sings to them in town, and they sing back. The saxual sparrows (whom she often shares her daily rations with) are pretty much her only friends in town. Dana is nice to her, but they don't really socialize that much.

Fair enough, I edited that part a wee bit at the end. I imagined it more like a light smack to the back of the head. But I like the idea of the insulting.
I've updated the campaign notes to reflect your Downtime Activity progress, add Rhyana to your dossier, and establish Kasi's position with Dawnbound. Currently, she will not join quests unless ordered to do so, and her dues will be 10% of her share of the treasure. When not brought along to quest with you, she'll work her shop. But you can order her to take on other Downtime Activities for the good of Dawnbound.
You can order her to do any one thing while you're gone within Guild Perks:
Guild Perks
With a guild as your group’s patron, you gain the following perks. These perks require an annual contribution of 15 gp paid to the guild (replacing the 5 gp per month cost for characters with the Guild Artisan background). These dues fund the guild’s services and activities.
Accommodations. You can stay at your organization’s guildhall. The rooms are comparable to those in a comfortable inn, but at a modest price (5 sp per day). Currently, she can be used to establish guild accomodations.
Equipment. You can requisition the use of specialized tools, laboratories, libraries, or other crafting space and equipment to use within the guildhall. When you make an ability check with a set of artisan’s tools using the guild’s equipment, add double your normal proficiency bonus to the check. Currently, she can be ordered to build, modify, or enchant equipment.
Resources. You can leverage the guild’s extensive contacts to locate exotic materials for crafting, spell components, or magic items, or buyers for them (a downtime activity in the Dungeon Master’s Guide and Xanathar’s Guide to Everything). You can locate or sell legal commodities using the guild’s resources, and any prices tip in your favor by 10 percent. She can scavenge for resources, or research the locations of valuable items.
Training. The guild retains knowledgeable tutors in subjects pertinent to its interests. When you undertake the training downtime activity (as described in the Player’s Handbook and Xanathar’s Guide to Everything), the training takes half as long if you are studying a subject the guild specializes in. The DM decides if the guild has tutors available for a given subject. She can train in a specific skill or train guild members in a specific skill that she already has.
Kasi acts as a Guild Contact as well. In this role, she serves as The Perfectionist:
The Perfectionist. Your contact is a skilled but obsessive creator consumed with the quest to create something perfect that will define their life’s work and secure their legacy. They lose sight of right and wrong in pursuit of the finest materials and exciting opportunities.
Her Guild Role is Expert.
If you prefer, you can instead assign her a specific Downtime Activity, including:
Build a Stroghold: A guildhall costs 5,000 GP and takes 60 days.
Carouse: She can attempt to raise awareness and interest in your guild, which could provide new recruits, or bounties.
Gain Renown: Gaining renoun can increase your influence, which will grant you higher paying bounties and recruit members faster.
Sell Magic Items: Through her business, she can buy and sell your magic items at discounted rates. Renoun affects her success at this.
Sow Rumors: She can bolster your reputation by boasting of your exploits, or spread rumors to create dissent against your rivals.
Train to Gain Levels: As listed on Downtime Activities.
I got antidote for 50 of them and some more equipment. I have a little bit left but guild cost be 15 steel here so not much left
We need a big income. Guild hall cost us 5000 :D
As for downtime activities Sera was trying become more proficent in herbalism. So I guess she might combine that lessons with farming ? She will seek out Duncan when she gets time.
But for now the group hang out in the Dancing Dwarf?
Guild hall shouldn't be to hard to purchase, we have 380 Steel coming for returning the crates, Merkas may have a few gems to sell off, He also has to give Buckeran the bottle of water from the Letni Inhelk, and he still has some of his initial reward from the caravan.
So with the guild hall being 5000 gold, we should be pretty close.

Because you currently have a Downtime Activity, you can either learn Herbalism at half the time, or take on a second downtime activity that can end when you leave town. So, you can work as a farmer for a week or two if you wish, earning a casual wage. If my records are accurate, you have 66 days of training in Herbalism. With my house rule, you could knock out 14 of those days per week if you double down on your training instead. So, as two weeks blur by, you could knock out all by 38 days of your training. Or stay in town until training is complete. It will take 33 days (which I could breeze by with a cinematic).
Downtime activities for Hastos: since he’s a fair lyre player, he’d want to improve his skills at playing that instrument.
A guild hall would be pretty cool!
You can't really gain proficiency in the same tool twice. But you can earn money as a performer. I've been considering using the Training Downtime Activity as a way to improve an Attribute though. I thought I already had added that as a house rule...
Anyway, since Performance is based on CHA, if you train to improve your charisma, you'd technically become "more proficient" with the lyre. Training costs 25 GP per workweek, and comes with a 10% chance of complications every ten workweeks (or at the end of your training, whichever comes first). You can double-time your training if you're in town:
1
Your instructor disappears, forcing you to spend one workweek finding a new one.*
2
Your teacher instructs you in rare, archaic methods, which draw comments from others.

True. There are no shortage of workers in town ready to start construction. And once you turn in your bounty, your guild renown will go up enough that the council will readily approve construction. If you need to find more money to finance the construction, people in town may have some quick bounties. Most people in Santekh have money. And with the promise of livable conditions, now that the supplies are returned, they're more likely to play fast and loose with their coin. The council will regularly drop bounties (though you'll be competing with Tekel's mercenary troupe for bounties) and Buckeran often has work for you. Or you can simply work for your gold. The pay isn't as good, but it's much safer and gives you the opportunity to build rapport in town and learn more of Santekh's secrets.

Sera is a bit broke. What was the pay we got from this mission?
10 steel per crate but we need to see Verhana to collect. What happened to the 100 steel Merkas gave Sera?

This weekend is a holiday for the family, so I'm struggling to find time to post IC right now. I'll have to update later.
But if you're into it, I can post an Easter min-game when you get to The Laughing Dwarf Dance Hall.
