"The corridor remains silent" meaning no one answers or that Ubogri's voice doesn't travel through the archway? Sorry if I'm asking a dumb question; I just want to make sure I'm understanding everything perfectly.

"Never have I encountered a puzzle such as this place," Ubogri mumbles. He looks up and down the corridor again. "My gut says to not walk through this archway, but I don't know what else to do." He walks back, reading the wall once again. "This says, 'Go back to the tormentor or through the arch.' Doesn't that mean we have a choice? Again, what is this 'tormentor'?"

Ubogri approaches and looks at the wall with a raised eyebrow. "I'm more skilled than strong, but I do have a hammer and some pitons if you think they might could be used to chisel away at the suspicious wall."
If we're going to help each other, how should we roll this?

You check the door and it looks safe. It has a small handle that allows you to open it. It slides open with a squeak and reveals a small corridor behind it with yet another closed door. As soon as you finish opening the door a rumbling sound of moving stone arrives from behind the closed entrance.

As soon as you approach the second door protruding your hand to open it, something enormous bursts from it slamming the door into you. You have only a fraction of time to recognize that it's a 4-armed gargoyle. Rolling initiative.
Falmo: 23
Ubogri: 13
Gargoyle: 4
Hope I didn't mess up. Feel free to do your turns in any order.
TT = Thieves' Tools. By the way, LordShadowthorn, if you ever want help picking a lock, Ubogri is also proficient. Let's just say he did something just now while you were working which gave you that hint. He wouldn't have said anything outright, but might have clucked his tongue or made some other disapproving sound if you started doing something he didn't think was the best technique, but it might have been enough to clue you in that he also knows how to pick locks.
As Ubogri prepares to fight, he mumbles, "Tormentor?"

Amazing, thanks. Btw feel free to do your turns in any order you wish. Otherwise combat will be too slow.
Ubogri backs toward the entrance 30 feet (or as far as he can without leaving), drawing an arrow. (If an AoO is being made, it's at disadvantage due to Escape the Horde.) As he draws it back, he whispers a few words in Goblin and the arrow turns into lightning. He releases the arrow and immediately draws a second arrow, letting it fly after the first.

(I was sneaking, so I'm not entirely sure if I'm hidden (probably not). I probably won't need advantage with reliable talent on thieves' tools, since I get an automatic 25:))
If Falmo isn't currently hidden, but he can hide, he will attempt to do so as a bonus action: 23 or 25
If not, he will attack with one rapier and then the other (rolling the first one with advantage from stealth, just take the first result if I don't have advantage. If I can sneak, ignore the second attack as it would also use my bonus action): Attack 1: 30 Damage: 13 Attack 2: 13 Damage: 8
Sneak Attack if applicable: 20
Dex save: 25 (I have evasion, so I would take no damage on a success)

This is my first character this high. You should see me setting up my attack. Back and forth, back and forth with my sheet. I wish my rolls had been better, though. He's probably going to evade both my attacks.

The corridor is wide enough for only one of you and the gargoyle is right in front of Falmo (so no sneaking, sorry). The two arrows fly right into the gargoyle making him crumble under the hits, rocks start falling on the ground and as soon as he turns to watch who shoot the arrows at him, the two rapier hits of Falmo pierce his body making small holes in it. Cracks appear all over his body but he roars at the ceiling and then tries to reach Falmo.
At first he tries to bite you with his teeth: 7 doing 7 damage if it hits.
Then he uses both of his hands to slice you with its claws. Attack1: 6 / Damage1: 7 Attack2: 21 / Damage2: 4

I phrased it poorly sorry. No one answers.

"Ubogri, can you help me break this wall? It's suspiciously thick here."

I'd say whoever has higher strength roll with advantage (Help). Mine's 10.

You roll with advantage
Strength? I'll just roll a d20 and you can look at my sheet and add whatever modifier should be added, if that's OK.
17
Forgot to roll with advantage: 15
You hit the plaster using the hammer and the pitons and it starts falling off, revealing a hidden, inward-opening door behind it.
Falmo will examine the door for traps. If it’s all clear, he will open the door. If it’s not, he will attempt to disable the trap.
Perception: 10 or 17
Thieves’ Tools: 18 or 25

Bonus: Lightning arrow
Attack 1: 16; Damage: 23 lightning damage
If Falmo is within 10 feet, DEX 16 or he takes 7 lightning damage (half if he succeeds)
Attack 2: 15; Damage: 8 piercing damage

This is my first character this high too. Actually, it's almost my first real character period, since I usually DM.
