Rin goes over to Ordrin while he's checking Klarg's body, "May I take a few of his things?" he says. Rin could use the armor if it fits him and he wouldn't mind taking the morningstar and shield, either to trade in town or make it his pact weapon over the next short rest.
Rin follows the others onward and says to the group, "I can go on ahead, maybe a little more quietly, and see whats in the next chamber. What do my new friends think?"
OoC: If there is anyone who can also use those items, feel free to take them instead.
OoC: A carving of Ripper!! Way to make us feel guilty for invading their home and slaughtering them. Man, adventurers are terrible. If we are splitting the gold, it's 2 gp each with one left over (I'd say the extra should go to Ordrin, for remembering to loot the body)
"Go for it," Anton says to Rin. "You'll almost certainly be quieter than I'd be."

It's meant for a medium humanoid so fill yer boots! It's medium armor, AC 12
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
OoC: Forgot about the Dex mod max 2 on medium armors. Looking at the character sheets, it looks like River is the only one who would benefit from it.
Rin tries on the hide armor, flexes his arms and legs, then crinkles his nose, "It is...a little tight, and also smelly. River, maybe you could use it?" Rin hands the druid the hide armor and smiles. He picks up the bugbear's shield and, feeling the weight, shifts his grip on his spear to a more defensive, one-handed style.
"I will take a look in the next room." Rin crouches and sneaks up the stairs into darkness where Klarg came from (room 8). Stealth: 24
Sacks and crates of looted provisions are piled up in the south end of this large cave_ To the west, the floor slopes toward a narrow opening that descends into darkness. A larger opening leads north down a set of natural stone steps, the roar of falling water echoing from beyond. In the middle of the cavern, the coals of what was once a large fire smolder. You do not see or hear anything in the room. (It's empty)
Rin calls back behind him, "Its clear my friends, come in!" and will start to look through the looted items for any particularly interesting bits and baubles.
"I'll happily take another little pretty one. For Moradin, of course." He clears his throat. It is quite productive. "I am a representative of Moradin, I can tell ye. A physical manifestation of his will, you might say." His meaty fingers excavate under his scale mail and deposit the coins somewhere beneath. "His right hand, you might say. Well, perhaps not his right hand, but maybe his right foot. Or one of his right toes, to be sure. The wee little one would be a safe bet. But even the little one, eh, is quite important and if you've ever banged it on a rock you might know that."
Ordrin tries to surreptitiously pocket the carving, as well. "Alright! I'm ready."

Most of the sacks and crates are marked with a blue lion symbol. Amongst the supplies, you see an unlocked treasure chest. It contains:
600 cp, 110 sp, two potions of healing, and a jade statuette of a frog with tiny golden orbs for eyes (40 gp).
OoC: Who doesn't already have a healing potion? Anton might could use one. He can also carry the frog statue until we get a chance to sell it off and split the gp unless somebody else wants to hold onto it. Cash is 120 cp and 22 sp each.
Rin's entire face lights up at the sight of the jade frog, "Oooooo, it matches my eyes!"
He turns to Ordrin, "Not here, my newest friend, this room is empty other than the piles of stuff in the corner. Does anyone recognize this blue lion symbol?" he says.

OoC: I don't have a healing potion, but they would be better going to the front line types, Anton and Leo.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
OoC: And Leo already has one, so that just reinforces that giving it to Anton would be a good idea.
Even though Leoneiros has little knowledge on anything related to civilisation, he still bothers himself to try to understand what the symbol means.
Intelligence check: 14 (It doesn't mather what specific check I have to use, he has no proficiency in any skill that uses intelligence.)
Edit: "Hm, I'm surprised to say, but it's not totally unfamiliar..." He examines one of the boxes a little closer, trying to know why exactly he has some memory of it.

You recognize the shade of blue as a pigment used specifically in this region of the sword coast, as the plant it is derived from only grows at the southern outskirts of the Neverwinter Woods
Rin will go over to the west and take a look at narrow opening.
Looking into the narrow opening you see a 30-40 foot drop. At the bottom are the mangled corpses of 3 goblins currently being eaten by 2 wolves that appear to be tied to chains.

Delta lets out a little smile at Rin’s infectious joy at the sight of the jade frog. She goes over and bends down next to the abandoned fire pit and tries to see if she can estimate around the last time it was used and maybe even for what.

That beats everyone's passive perception. Can't say I envisioned that being pilfered lol
Esker: Even Bugbears have feelings! =p
Ordrin quickly trots after the group.
"Any sign of Gundren?"
OoC: And, Klarg was an artist.
