"Yes, I like the sound of that a bit better," Anton says. "Why though do I get the feeling that you're not telling us everything? Who is Glasstaff to you, specifically? Other than his role as a leader in the Redbrands, I mean. Do the two of you have some history?"
Halia smiles at Ordrin. "Of course! I wouldn't be much of a businesswoman if I couldn't meet my word." She walks over to a a chest in the corner and quickly flashes her fingers in an undecipherable way and opens the chest. She pulls out a bag, and hands it over to Ordrin. "100 gp, and you can keep the bag!" Turning to Anton, she bristles slightly at the tone "I can't say that I like the insinuation there. I am merely a business-woman. The removal of Glasstaff would leave the Redbrand rudderless, and allow business to flourish in this town again. If you are uncomfortableI understand and will find other assistance. Should I take my gold back from your Dwarven friend here?"
Ordrin cradles the bag of gold in one arm like a newborn and raises his other hand to interject. "Now, now, let's not get hasty. Me father used to say the wind can muddy your words but it cannot mar a medallion. By Dracht, I dunno what that means but it sounds good, eh?"
"Oh yes, that is a good idea! Thank you, we'll head back there now and take it to Barthen." Rin says, "Lets go Leo."
Rin and Leo will head back to the Inn to make sure the wagon is ok.
Returning to the wagon, Rin and Leo see a couple of young thugs wearing red coats eyeing it up. Seeing the pair approach, they scatter, apparently not wanting a random scuffle with armed strangers
"We'll take your gold, and we'll go after Glasstaff. I can't say I'm convinced that this is simply about the good of the town for you, but it may not matter."
"Ach, I can almost hear poor Gundren moaning at our delay," Ordin says as he conceals and secures the bag of gold to his traveling gear. "But a bit o' work and some heavy coin tugs at me beard right strong. And Moradin smiles on both." Ordrin retrieves his hammer and heads for the door, the chill of night creeping in at the edges. "Miss Thornton, when we return we will require your aid in finding Gundren Rockseeker, as you promise."
Ordrin opens the door, then turns and looks back at Thornton. "One more question. You haven't, by chance, heard of a dwarf by the name of Firnat? She may have come through here if she could."
Rin looks to Leo, "Maybe we should wait until the others get back to take the wagon. Those two redbrands might have been scared away by us, but other may not bed. We should be on or guard while out in the street."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
OOC: Hm, in my country we kinda comemorate halloween. It's not an official holiday, but because of US's custom and only because of it, it's somewhat adopted around here as well. But happy halloween for those of you that do comemorate it as well.
Leo nods to Rin, and as soon as he says it, the firbolg takes a look around, searching specifically for anything interesting, but specially if he finds anything threatening.

"I normally charge for information like that but I like you Dwarf. I did see your friend Firnat. He went off with a Dwarf by the name of Nundro on a secretive journey. Where they were headed, I don't know, though believe me I tried to find out"

You notice some Redbrands across the street (different ones), trying not to look like they are watching you. Looking down towards the Sleeping Giant, you see the original 2 who were eyeing the wagon approaching

Delta has just been silent, watching this tensed conversation between the three.

Halia smiles at Ordrin again. "You can probably find Glasstaff at Tresendor Manor at the edge of town. It is where the Redbrands have holed up."
