Lot is oblivious to his newfound proximity to the Balhannoth. It's maw comes down without warning.
-> Bite (melee weapon attack with advantage) vs. Lot: Attack: 13Damage: 13 piercing. Nonetheless, the sorcerer feels the air shift around him just in time to take a dive.
The creature, however, will not let its prey escape so easily:
-> Tentacle (melee weapon attack with reach) vs. Lot: Attack: 14Damage: 12 bludgeoning.
-> Tentacle (melee weapon attack with reach) vs. Lot: Attack: 27 Damage: 19 bludgeoning.
-> One of the tentacle swipes hits, and gropes Lot's head and neck, pulling him 5 feet closer to the Balhannoth (Lot is now grappled and restrained).

Hexblade’s Curse on the Balhannoth
Hexblade’s Curse
Once per short rest, as a bonus action, choose one creature you can see within 30 ft. to curse it for 1 minute (or until the target dies, you die, or you are incapacitated). Against the cursed target, you gain a 4 bonus to damage rolls, score a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20, and you regain +9 HP if it dies
Action: Nox move to AA19 (if 30 feet not enough Nox activate his racial ability *Feline Agility* doubling his movement aka a dash?) and stab Balhannoth with the rapier (+4 damage, 19-20 crit from Hexblade’s Curse) (OOC: i have no idea how to make a 19 count as crit so gonna roll the attack and damage seperatly) Attack: Attack: 27, Damage: 12 Extra attack: Attack: 19, Damage: 16
I Mobile Flourish on the first attack hit pushing the creature away from Lot (and undo the grapple?). Extra damage:4, Pushing 13feet
Mobile Flourish (Special)
Whenever you take the Attack action on your turn, your walking speed increases by 10 ft. until the end of the turn. If a weapon attack hits, you can expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration and deal extra damage equal to the number you roll on the die. You can also push the target up to 5 ft. plus the number rolled. You can then use your reaction to move up to your walking speed to an unoccupied space within 5 ft. of the target.
Nox end his movement at AA20 putting himself between the sorcerer and creature.
EDIT: idk why i added the damage die after looking if the attack roll was 19-20 but it rerroled evrything and when i try to roll back to the original post it give me an error.
(@Elite: So, with that 12 on the Lucky die, the attack roll comes out to a 19 to hit. For damage, we'll simply take the first 2 rolls from the damage tooltip, so Lot takes 12 bludgeoning damage instead).
For a moment, Lot could see the tentacle smashing his head, but the hit was a tad softer than what he had anticipated (Still moved 5 feet closer to the Balhannoth, still considered grappled and restrained, and still managed to keep concentration on Animate Objects, as per my last post).
Nox performs a quick chant and a dark cloud leaves his feline mouth, surrounding the Balhannoth. the creature see to wince a bit as a result.
The warlock then runs to Lot's side (no need to use Feline Agility; 30 feet of movement is enough to reach your destination), poking at his foe on the way. The first thrust comes a bit prematurely, but the second one finds its mark (Balhannoth - CMD: 38). The wincing Balhannoth is pushed 7 feet back, and Nox seizes the opportunity to nudge himself in between the creature and his companion.
(OOC: Please note that this does not break the grasp the Balhannoth has on Lot. The tentacles have enough reach such that the creature would be able to keep its hold on the sorcerer).
(@Elite: The creature has effectively been forced to leave your melee range. I don't see why this wouldn't trigger an attack of opportunity. So, if you wish to use your reaction for the round this way, you can perform an attack of opportunity against the Balhannoth using one of your daggers. If you decide to do so, please recall that it would be at disadvantage, since you are still restrained).

LAIR ACTION
Not enjoying Nox's little maneuver, the Balhannoth with focus its reality-bending powers on the Tabaxi bard (Nox must make a {DC 16} WIS saving throw: 21).
As Nox prepares to attack again, he suddenly finds himself in a very different location. He is in the corner of a dimly lit hallway. There is a door in 15 feet ahead of him, and an intersection with another path 30 feet on the other direction. Nox has no idea where he is in relation to his previous location.
Meanwhile, the Giant Constrictor Snake is unsure of the location of its supposed target. It will try to determine the enemy's location: perception check: 16. The snake does not know which direction to "Charge!".
(OOC: It is a dark room, the snake has no darkvision, the enemy is beyond the range of its blindsight, and the main source of light in the room, Dredge's greatsword with light on it, has been absorbed into Dredge's Rhinoceros from. The only other source of light would be the faint glow from the objects lit by Faerie Fire, but that's now far from the Balhannoth. This overall darkness also affects everyone else rolling attacks in this room, except Karwin right now).
@Lerus OA only happends if the target itself use it movement to move away.

Dredge swivels in place, looking to try and find his prey. He bellows, annoyed that he once again is faced with a frustratingly irregular fight. He takes a second to listen for his companions and the sounds of their fighting.
Perception: 18
Hearing the struggle, he turns towards it and charges 30 feet to engage his enemy, having located it. He also bellows out again, hoping that the Giant Constrictor Snake will be able to use the sound to locate the opposition.
(Ooc: My books have 30 ft blindsight, 1. Can they "see" the enemy. 2. If it did not try to stay quiet ((skill)Stealth(/skill)), can Lot make an attamot to move the books to the creatures new location?)
