As everyone huddles behind/near the large boulder, HDP creates the sound of rocks banging into each other further up the tunnel. After it finishes, the party waits, but nothing happens in response that they can tell.
Glynquinal seeing no reaction moves forward again stopping just before the passage goes to the right. Pausing briecly, he listens for sounds of activity around the corner.
Ian and HDP will stay right with Glyn. HDP will continue to cast his minor illusion sound at every intersection that Glyn stops at, about 30-50 feet ahead to see if there are any responses. (if you need another spell modified roll: 14)
When we find out where everyone else is, Ian puts a hand on Glyns arm, and motions to the rest to stop, then motions for Glyn to move up and inspect the sleeping area (quietly), and Ian and HDP will both load their bows (shortbow for one, hand crossbow for the other) to cover Glyn as he moves forward. (cant really ready an action outside of combat, but thats sort of what we are doing).
Herr Doktor creates the falling rocks sound ahead of the group and Glynquinal stealthily moves another five feet forward to be able to see into the chamber on the right. What he sees are two orcs and an ogre looking in his direction!
Round 1: HDP, Ian, Gruxx, orc, Glyn, ogre, Rock
Assuming the others can read Glyn's body language (since he doesn't go until after most of you), what do you do? HDP and then Ian, you're up! As the map doesn't really show you yet what you'd see if you were a little more north, let me know if either of you moves ahead of Glyn, and I'll post a new map with more information before you decide exactly where you move or what you do. But I don't want to give away anything just in case you decide to wait.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ian and HDP can see from Glyn's body language that something is up around the corner, but they dont know what. HDP will stay where he is, and ready an action that he will fire his crossbow if he sees anything come around the corner.
HDP readied action to attack: 17
Damage: 6
Ian moves up with Glyn, and peers around the corner. He will use his action to put away his bow, and pull his rapier. and i am pretty sure thats all he can do with his action, but thats ok. It maintains the fiction. its what would happen in real life.
Gruxx, you can still move more if you want. Or even take an action or bonus action.
Glynquinal watches as one orc (blue), which is standing, stomps over to him. On its way over, it yells some kind of alarm. When it is near, it seems to catch sight of Ian, and, surprised, it takes a swing at him instead of Glyn. (greataxe attack: 7, damage: 15 slashing damage) Changing targets at the last minute seems to have thrown the orc off, and Ian easily dodges the attack. Another orc (pink) gets up off what appears to be a bedroll and rushes toward Glyn as well. It growls as it approaches, dodging the first orc and ending up in Glyn's face. (greataxe attack: 18, damage: 4 slashing damage) The heavy blade comes down across the rogue's defending arm, leaving a cut, but not a bad one. (Glyn hp-4).
Gruxx, I'll move you to E10, but the orcs were still to the right on your turn. Do you want to hold an action for when you see a target instead?
Glynquinal skillfully strikes with each of his blades, cutting down the creature before him with the first strike and wounding the monster standing beside it with the second. (pink is dead, blue -9hp)
The ogre reaches over, picks up what appears to be a tree trunk, gets to its feet, and begins lumbering toward the party. (It is still 15 feet away from Ian.)
Rock, you're up! Unfortunately, the others have created a bottleneck. You could, with 50 feet of movement (movement and action to dash) get to E6. That would leave you ready to be in combat next round. Also, if you wanted to, you could rage, but then you would need to attack or be attacked before the end of your next turn or you'll lose your rage.
Uhm ... HDP (Ian), give me a grid spot where the sound will take place and roll a d20 and add your spell modifier.
I would say somewhere around D-13.
And the (drum)roll please:8

Perception 13
Glyn, you listen, but don't hear anything that sounds like activity from the corner. This is what you see:
You can tell there is a larger opening to the right and a much smaller opening or depression further on the left.
Glynquinal will inbestigate the smaller opening to the left to see if it leads anywhere.
Investigation 17
Glyn gets to E9 and can see a sleeping pallet along the far wall on the right. Where is everyone else?
Rock will follow Gyln about 20 feet back
Ian and HDP will stay right with Glyn. HDP will continue to cast his minor illusion sound at every intersection that Glyn stops at, about 30-50 feet ahead to see if there are any responses. (if you need another spell modified roll: 14)

Glynquinal will move quietly forward to inspect the sleeping chamber. Taking time to look at paths out of there.
Investigation 15
Stealth 15
Gruxx stays behind Rock about 10 feet trying to not give away their position with the torch.
Herr Doktor creates the falling rocks sound ahead of the group and Glynquinal stealthily moves another five feet forward to be able to see into the chamber on the right. What he sees are two orcs and an ogre looking in his direction!

Gruxx will charge up for F,11 to see what is going on!
Gruxx, that only uses 20 of your movement. Just letting you know in case you want to do more this round.
Updated map after Ian peeks around the corner:
Ian, you also see that orc and ogre eyes are looking at Glyn and now you.
Gruxx, you can still move more if you want. Or even take an action or bonus action.

Glynquinal, you're up!
Glynquinal wil draw both short swords and strike back on the Orc that dared to try him.
Short sword 1 to hit 21
Short sword 1 Damage 10
Short sword 2 to hit 19
Short sword 2 Damage 8
Sneak Attack 6
If that Orc drops, Glynquinal will take a position behind the Orc facing Ian at E6.
Gruxx sees the Orcs!
Gruxx steps up to E,10!
”Duck!” Gruxx shouts.
Gruxx drops his handaxe and throws a javelin at the Orc at E,7.
