Gruxx, I'll move you to E10, but the orcs were still to the right on your turn. Do you want to hold an action for when you see a target instead?
Glynquinal skillfully strikes with each of his blades, cutting down the creature before him with the first strike and wounding the monster standing beside it with the second. (pink is dead, blue -9hp)
The ogre reaches over, picks up what appears to be a tree trunk, gets to its feet, and begins lumbering toward the party. (It is still 15 feet away from Ian.)
Rock, you're up! Unfortunately, the others have created a bottleneck. You could, with 50 feet of movement (movement and action to dash) get to E6. That would leave you ready to be in combat next round. Also, if you wanted to, you could rage, but then you would need to attack or be attacked before the end of your next turn or you'll lose your rage.
Not being able to see anything, but reading from Glyn and Ian's body language that danger is nearby, Gruxx prepares a javelin to throw at the first sign of danger. When the (blue) orc appears, preparing to attack Ian, Gruxx quickly throws his weapon. The projectile catches the creature in the side, but it continues its attack on Ian.
Zip zip ...
Glyn's first attack takes out the (pink) orc. He then turns and brings his second strike against the (blue) orc. With the damage it had already sustained from Gruxx's javelin, the (blue) orc also falls.
Rock, do you also want to rage, or are you waiting?
Round 2: HDP, Ian, Gruxx, orcs, Glyn, ogre, Rock
HDP, you're up! Then Ian. Then Gruxx. Moving through someone is double the number of feet when you leave the space they're in. If you move diagonally, the first time on a turn is 5 feet, then 10 feet, then 5 feet, then 10 feet, etc.
Gruxx runs forward, nimbly making his way through the party before him and heading straight for the ogre. He mightily shouts the name of his diety through bared teeth, his blood pumping in his ears.
Two orcs come running from the north part of the cave. Each draws a javelin and throws it at Gruxx as they run. (Orange: Attack: 25 Damage: 10 piercing damage; White: Attack: 13 Damage: 6 piercing damage) The first javelin catches the barbarian off guard, landing in his leg. Luckily, the damage is reduced by his rage. (-5 hp) Also, it catches his attention, and he is able to deflect the second projectile.
The (green) orc at Gruxx's side attempts to hit him with his greataxe. (Attack: 11 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll. slashing damage) Despite his focus being on the orc, Gruxx dodges the orc's swing.
A fourth orc (black) appears from the south and ends up just north of Gruxx. This one, using the (green) orc's location to his advantage, also swings a greataxe at Gruxx. (Attack: 15 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.14 slashing damage) This attack just barely hits, but, again, the barbarian's rage reduces the damage. (-7 hp, -12 total)
OOC - Sorry for missing these posts, and this round. No need to rewind/retcon. Ian and Glyn deliberated too long on what to do, and end up doing nothing.
Glyn joins the fray, moving behind the (black) orc attacking Gruxx. The elf shoves both shortswords into the creature's kidneys from behind, causing the orc to make a short moan. Its knees give way, and it falls to the floor of the cave dead.
Its eyes still on Gruxx, the ogre lifts its huge club and attempts to knock the barbarian's block off. (Attack: 26 Damage: 26 bludgeoning damage) Gruxx attempts to stop the attack, but he is just not prepared for the ogre's strength. The tree trunk slams down on the barbarian's neck and shoulder. Luckily, Gruxx's rage reduces the damage, or the hit would have knocked him out. (-13, -25 total)
Rock, you're up! The only change to the map is Glyn is now in the square above the black orc, and the black orc is dead.
Rock marches over to stand beside the ogre (I6), his axe held in fighting posture the whole way over. Once in position, the dragonborn (with slightly wolfish features) swings his weapon. It's not the best aim, but the ogre is large and not very nimble, so the attack hits for a bit of damage. (-6 hp) There's something about Rock that catches the ogre's attention, and it keeps diverting his eyes toward the barbarian.
Round 3: HDP, Ian, Gruxx, orcs, Glyn, ogre, Rock
HDP and Ian, you're up! Followed by Gruxx. Since Rock is raging, all attacks against enemies within melee range of him are made with advantage. Right now, that's just the ogre. Remember that moving through friends or over dead bodies costs extra movement when leaving the space. And you can occupy the same space as a dead body.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ian, overcoming his momentary shock, moves around the corner to G-7 and attacks the black orc.
To Hit 18
Damage 9
Sneak Attack Damage 3
HDP will move forward, but seeing what he sees around the corner elects to stay out of the fray. He moves to E-6, and casts ...wait, before he casts, DM, do any of the orc or the ogre wear metal armor, or just leather/hide armor?
HDP will move up to where I said earlier, and cast Fairie Fire with a 20 foot cube that catches both the orange and the white orcs. They both need to roll DEX save, DC13. If they fail, they are outlined in violet light, and attacks against them are done at advantage!
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Orange DC13 dex save: 10; White DC13 dex save: 12
Both the (orange and white) ogres who threw javelins suddenly light up with a violet glow, making them very easy to see in the dark cave.
Ian slides around the corner, moving up behind Gruxx, and attacking the (green) orc to the barbarian's right. (The black orc is already dead.) The rogue's blade slices across the creature's side and stomach, doing considerable damage. (-13 hp)
Gruxx, you're up! You have advantage on attacking the ogre because Rock is standing within five feet of it.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Once again, the attack is not the strongest, but the ogre's size and relative slow movement makes it an easy target, and Gruxx brings his glaive across the creature with great effect! (-15+-6=-21 damage)
Seeing Gruxx on his last legs, the (green) orc (on its last legs itself) swings at the barbarian. (greataxe attack: 20, damage: 6 slashing damage; fumble roll: 15) A grin on its cracked and puffy lips, the orc raises its greataxe. It swings! Gruxx actually stumbles a bit, jerking out of the way of the greataxe. The weight of the weapon, combined with the injuries the orc has sustained, causes the beast to lose control of its own weapon, and it swings down, landing in the orc's own leg. Blood begins to gush from the wound. The orc looks at its own mistake and then collapses ... dead.
The (orange) and (white) orcs that had previously thrown javelins continue across the cave, ending up beside Glynquinal and Rock. The (orange) orc swings its greataxe at Glynquinal. (greataxe attack: 18, damage: 13 slashing damage) Intent on the battle ahead of him and not paying attention to the approaching orc, the rogue is caught completely unaware until he feels the bite of the greataxe slicing down his back. While he is still on his feet, he is just barely still on his feet.
The (white) orc swings his greataxe at Rock. (greataxe attack: 9, damage: 5 slashing damage) Rock turns at the last second and brings up his own weapon. The action is enough to deflect the orc's attack enough to reduce the damage. Rock's rage also lessens the blow. (-2 hp)
A previously unseen (red) orc comes out of the tunnel to the north, and seeing the Herr Doktor Professor standing alone, attacks the bard. (greataxe attack: 21, damage: 4 slashing damage) Luckily, the half-elf is more dexterous than the orc anticipated, and HDP dodges the attack.
Glynquinal, you're up! Ogre, Orange and White are all within melee with Rock and can be attacked with advantage.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Glynquinal caught by surprise by the attack with the great axe takes a critical hit. As he falls unresponsive, (previously 11 hit points, then 18 damage from the great axe) he calls out weakly to Tymora.
That sounds good!
Rock will use dash to get to E6
OK, a little bit of rewinding ...

Rock will rage
“Tempus!” Gruxx shouts!
Gruxx will bonus action rage.
Gruxx will dash to get as close to the “orange” ogre as he can.
Rock is raging.

Short sword 1 damage 4
Short sword 2 to hit 22
Short sword 2 damage 2

All leather and hide, as far as HDP can see.
HDP will move up to where I said earlier, and cast Fairie Fire with a 20 foot cube that catches both the orange and the white orcs. They both need to roll DEX save, DC13. If they fail, they are outlined in violet light, and attacks against them are done at advantage!

Gruxx can barely see through the fog in his head from the pain. His rage sees him through. He decides to go down swinging.
Gruxx raises his glaive and swings it at the Ogre!
