To Win... 2... Control Points. 4 flags (¥) will be available to capture. Begin and end the same turn within 10 feet of a flag (¥) to capture the point. Either capture all four or hold more than your opponents for five rounds to win the match.
The time: 3, Night. The arena is lit by flickering flames which dance along the walls of the central building and among the headstones, but the stones give off no other light. Checks relying on vision have disadvantage even with Darkvision.
As competitors enter the arena, they hear no sounds of stones moving or furniture being created, but rather a loud *pop* as though a vacuum had been promptly created and then filled. The smell of fire, ash, and burning flesh fills the prep room. The arena is dominated by a central building, a church of some kind, yet the walls on both ends have gaping holes still glowing red around the edges. Headstones are scattered around the arena, and the "flags" are corpses hanging from flagpoles. There seems to be some mechanism set up under the entryways into the building, with signs outside warning you to "Beware the child of flames".

There is a top hat on the ground. Maginio walks out, and points to his left. Another Maginio pops out, and points to in front of the hat. One more maginio pops out, and points at the hat. Sand starts to kick up and circle the hat, pulling it into the air and blocking it from vision until it is dispelled. Maginio, for real, is there, along with his mirrored selves. He puts away his quarter staff and his staff shines like a moon, creating light so he can see. “Hello! I am The Great Maginio! I am here to give you a spectacle!” His hat shines with a purple light and a raven lands on his shoulder. All 4 Maginios try to hide, along with the raven, at 1I.

(So, I rediscovered Manowar again, and thought... why not?)
For a time, Mazara's is subdued as he goes through preparations(Scrolls and what have you). Well before the clock can wind down however, he turns to the others -- his face obscured, but eyes literally glowing an increasingly bright light -- and starts to sing to the accompanying sound of strange illusionary instruments and sounds(Minor Illusions). Their spirits thus bolster by performance and force of presence, he presents his shield for a final Bless along a cry of, "Now what say you, Sons and Daughters of Battle?!"
Once he had his answer, Mazara puts away his shield, stands at E1, clenches his hands at his side into tight fist, and starts building up a yell of, "HaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAA-...<AN: To be continued for seven episodes later>"

Bardic Insp: Once within the next 10 minutes, the creature can roll the die(D6) and add the number rolled to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw it makes. The creature can wait until after it rolls the d20 before deciding to use the Bardic Inspiration die, but must decide before the DM says whether the roll succeeds or fails. Once the Bardic Inspiration die is rolled, it is lost. A creature can have only one Bardic Inspiration die at a time.
Bless: You bless up to three creatures of your choice within range. Whenever a target makes an attack roll or a saving throw before the spell ends, the target can roll a d4 and add the number rolled to the attack roll or saving throw.
Bless Cast Upon Mazara and two others(TBD!). (If there are at least 4 allies, it will be cast at 2nd level for an additional ally.)
Ready's to use SSJ/Diablo Angel/To become Glorious Incandescent Form upon match start/seeing an Enemy move onto the field (As you do.) (AKA Radiant Consumption Race Feature.)

In addition to the above, Mazara will offer to cast Light upon an allies weapon, and warn others to keep away from his radiance if they do not wish to be 'cleansed'. (ie. Don't end your turn near me.)

Sha'kar, owl on his shoulder and protected by his Mage Armor he had cast earlier (before short resting and recovering the spell slot), quietly enters the coliseum once again, intrigued by the mysterious letter he had received under his door and the seemingly illicit battle it spoke of. He waits patiently for the match to start, bow ready in his hands, prepared (readied action for when match starts) to begin his Bladesong.

Ashiera wearily enters the underground arena. She looks around at the competitors and the arena itself. "By the gods what have I gotten myself into." She takes a spot at G1 trying to stay in the shadows.
(Except for the homebrew, Hammer of Og Slaying which deals 10dOg'sHealth damage to Og every time you attack with it)
