Chubs will move through Misalyk's square (if required, here is an acrobatics check (for the record, without looking it up, I believe RAW does not require a check to move through an ally's square, but it does count as rough terrain?: 20). He will then attack the already injured witch with a short sword attack and use a ki point to take two unarmed strikes as a bonus action. Obviously, on the off chance that that witch goes down, any remaining attacks will be directed at the other.
Short sword: 13 for 9 damage
Unarmed attacks: 7 for 7 damage and 13 for 5 damage
Barnaby, meanwhile, will spend his entire turn screaming his throat raw at Chubs for poor thinking and poor timing of the silence spell, but, of course, no one will hear any of it. Chubs is otherwise occupied, so he doesn't even see the screaming.
Misalyk, I'm sorry for cramping, what I assume is your spell casting style here, but Chubs is not the best of tacticians, and he was told to use silence against the witches. He does learn though, so hopefully he will do better in the future...and hopefully you can be more useful in silence than Barnaby is.
With my crappy roll I went and checked the PHB. From "Moving around other creatures", "You can move through a nonhostile creature's space. In contrast, you can move through a hostile creature's space only if the creature is at least two sizes larger or smaller than you. Remember that another creature's space is difficult terrain for you." Of course, if the DM wants to put other limitations on movement due to the cramped nature of the room...so be it.
Kif, retroactively inspired by Misalyk's soothing pat on the backside, nevertheless missed.
Both of the witches have been hurt, though Kif's opponent has been hurt by his crit a bit more than Misalyk's opponent was hurt by Dissonant Whispers. Assuming you intended to go after the more inured one, you slash her with the sword once and also deliver a kick to the kneecap. She looks roughly half as healthy as she was when the fight started.
We're still waiting for Misalyk and Barnaby, I believe. Barnaby is down the steps.
Misalyk squeezes into position for a clean shot, but the hag swirls her flowing rags and catches his slender blade within it. Miss!
The southern witch slashes at Kif but, as Barnaby had foreseen, her nasty claws cannot penetrate his armor. The second one, shrieking silently in rage, swings at Kif and misses as well.
Is the tide turning? Perhaps. The party senses that this is the most deadly combat it's seen since the basement of Death House.

Barnaby looks around and grabs a turnip off the shelf, feels its weight, and tries throwing it at the witch's head. 17 for 1 damage.
Chubs lashes out with his short sword and then uses a ki point for flurry of blows and two unarmed strikes: Short sword 19 for 9 damage, first unarmed strike 23 for 5 damage, second unarmed strike 7 for 6 damage.
Incidentally, I went to move Barnaby to the top end of the steps, but somehow he got stuck on the outside of the building.
Barnaby, the turnip throw from the bottom of the steps will be at disadvantage for a half a dozen reasons, and it will do 1d2 damage. Not 1d4. So give me one more d20, please, and a new roll for damage. And you're welcome for the turnip in a room that was, moments earlier, empty.
Ok. So, as I see it, Kif has taken his turn, and may use his inspiration now - on that attack - or hold it. But everybody else still has to go.
sure, I'll burn the inspiration for last attack 2

No need. I had not intended to pose additional restrictions in that maneuver.

Barnaby took his turn silently yelling. There’s not much he can do under the circumstances.
Yes, it's frustrating when things like that happen, completely out of your control.
😛
(Will post tomorrow setting alarm)
Moving up (N, NE) Misalyk tries to squeeze (17 Acrobatics) into a space so he can strike at the hags. (Attack: 13 Damage: 12)
He mouths a bunch of curses but nothing is heard.
No worries about the silence. MIsalyk is more a melee boy with healing/support spells.

Everyone is up!
Kif is going to do another feinting attack on first witch 15 if that hits 13 plus 2 damage
then he's going to action surge for another less dramatic attack 15 to hit 10 damage
Misalyk follows Kif's example and strikes again. Some absolutely amazing witty banter is lost due to no one being able to hear him.
Attack: 20 Damage: 7 DEFENSIVE FLOURISH: If it hits, he'll use another inspiration use and add 6 to his damage and to his AC.

It's nicer outside atm.
XD

Barnaby misses, let's move on.
The turnip wasn't slowing us down. What's slowing us down is that I've been too busy to do all the math and rolling, though I did move you inside.
