Our characters could get the knowledge of the layout without us seeing a map. Let's maybe wait until late at night and go straight for bedrooms. In and out, nobody has to wake up.
We’re going to find wine in the bedrooms? Or kill sleeping druids? If that’s the case then we could ignore the sleeping druids and just slip in and out with the wine. I feel like the blights won’t sleep, but don’t know. I guess we’ll find out. We’re going to need to sleep too, so if we can clear the inside we could lock ourselves in and sleep there
Can a floor plan be drawn in the dirt of the road? Is there a stick Chubs can hand the fellow to draw with?
Why is this like pulling teeth?! We're here to help and got good persuasion rolls.
He draws you a map. It looks like this:

I am sorry my map is so hard to read. My hand was burned terribly in the fight, and it pains me to write.
You realize that his hand does, indeed, seem to be burned. As you look around, you realize that all of his companions also have burned hands and therefore nobody is drawing in the dirt for you.
Ok, we sneak around through the woods to the back side of the winery. We bend a sapling near the edge of the woods over and tie it to the base of a nearby tree. We set a small fire under the rope giving us time to come back to the front before the rope burns. When the rope does burn, there is a commotion, the blights go out back, we sneak in the loading dock, simple.
Blue: Because Ben doesn’t have time to draw you a map. We’ll be fiiiine.
Mechanically, this would involve one or more stealth checks, followed by a survival check. Which could theoretically be assisted, giving the check advantage. And there may be more stealth checks upon the attempt to return.
Getting wine for a sham festival seems to be a pretty week objective when compared with helping these folk get their home back.
Getting wine for a sham festival so that the Burgomaister doesn't chop our heads off seems to be a pretty strong objective when compared to just about anything.
BTW: I'm here and ready to assist, I just don't have any good ideas to offer.
Barnaby, I used to know a magic dude who could make noises at a distance, can you do that...he used it almost as a party trick
I can do that, and it is a marvelous party trick. Unfortunately I can only make the noises at a distance of about thirty feet, and this party is somewhat larger than that.

Barnaby slips quietly into the trees, attempting to circle the vineyard. Does anyone want to go with him?
When the time comes that I call for those numbers, Barnaby, don't forget you can swap in the ones you slept on. But don't do it until I'm ready to use the number.
edit: and just give me that first stealth roll, if you’re going with him.
It's not hard, in the dusk, for Barnaby and Chubs to slip through the trees undetected. They get to the rear of the vineyard, as close as possible to the winery without getting close enough to alarm watchers, and they take their assembled parts and try to get it together to make this little fused distraction.
Chubs helps, so we will treat this as Barnaby's Survival roll with advantage: 11
A thin bit of rope connects a bent sapling to a nearby tree. A number of noisy and distracting things are also fastened to the top of the sapling: bits of gravel, a few larger rocks. All aimed at the rear of the winery, near the edge of the vineyard. A small siege engine, even!
Barnaby uses his magic 19 in place of his lousy return Stealth roll. Chubs gets a 7! Oh no!!!
The two hustle back, not knowing if they were detected. The party gathers as close as possible to the gate, and waits.
The catapult goes off! Gravel and stones spray across the rear of the winery. The faint smell of smoke no doubt is also present, to those back there.
Tulip, watching from overhead, observes a group of 5 blights emerge from the shadows near the barn, and go toward the back of the structure.
Head stealthily for the loading dock as a party assuming the day has gotten dark enough to allow stealth across the open area. Otherwise, we will move quickly across the open area.
You're on the map! Please let me know if there are issues with how it's set up.
Parked in the loading dock is a wagon with three barrels set in braces on the bed. A raised wooden walkway runs along the west, south, and east walls. Through a hole in the ceiling you see the wooden arm of a loading crane with ropes and hooks dangling from it.
There is a broken door at the southern end of the loading dock that seems to lead into the winery. It does not look like something that would be easily repaired.
Everybody make a Perception check, and discuss amongst yourselves what to do. The wagon looks like it might be possible for the 4 of you to move without assistance, but it would not be easy. And certainly not stealthy.

Stealth: 17, 8, 6
Survival: 13
Stealth: 3, 3, 6
Barnaby slips quietly into the trees, attempting to circle the vineyard. Does anyone want to go with him?

I'll wait out front for their return
Ok. Lucento and Kif will wait behind, and Chubs and Barnaby will sneak into the woods and try to circle around back.
Chubs' Stealth: 15
It's not hard, in the dusk, for Barnaby and Chubs to slip through the trees undetected. So the Survival roll that matters is 13.
A thin bit of rope connects a bent sapling to a nearby tree. A number of noisy and distracting things are also fastened to the top of the sapling: bits of gravel, a few larger rocks. All aimed at the rear of the winery, near the edge of the vineyard. A small siege engine, even!

What do you do?
Head stealthily for the loading dock as a party assuming the day has gotten dark enough to allow stealth across the open area. Otherwise, we will move quickly across the open area.
Stealth: 9
Stealthing 21
Rolling Stealth for Lucento: 14
. . . and, finally, Chubs: 10
And I'll basically take an average, and that will be a measurement of how successful the party is at sneaking.
With an average of 17, in the gathering darkness, the party successfully reaches the loading dock. I'll set up the map.
