Ophirnn slowly strides up to the goblin and turns to tower over the little creature, with the light projecting from his mace on to the face of the creature. "You will lead" Ophirinn commands in a rigid tone.

Ophirinn, the goblin backs away from your mace, clearly nervous. Yes, yes, follow. Please. He forgets to aim his weapon at you, but the other one is still on alert. The party follows the two goblins out of the tunnel and into the cave ahead.
The cave is large, and well lit with torches around the walls. There are two exits, back the way you came, and onwards and down. It's about fifty feet across, with a ceiling perhaps forty feet high in the centre.
In the centre of the cave stands a goblin, better dressed and armed than the others you've seen. On his left and right stand two more goblins; with the two who were waiting for you near the tunnel, that makes a total of five.
There's one other person in the room. Kneeling on the floor in front of the head goblin, bleeding, clearly beaten, but still alive, is Sildar Hallwinter. The head goblin holds a dagger to his throat, and smiles. We talk. Your friend lives. We fight, your friend dies. Choose.
The goblin leader smiles, showing pointed teeth, and lowers the dagger - very slightly - from Sildar's neck. A deal. We will have a deal. I am Yeemik, and I will be Chief You will kill. Kill Chief Klarg. Make Yeemik Chief. Then Yeemik give you man, and you go. Go go go. And kill no more goblins. This is deal. Or, Yeemik kill man, then you. He looks at each of you, then finally at Omnia. Deal?
Nate looks over to Omnia and the others with a non trusting look, although doesn't think we have many choices here unless we just start to throw down and forget about Sildar's life. That's actually what Nate would prefer to do (he has quite a hate on for goblins these days and frankly has no attachment to Sildar except for the reward for the wagon lol) - but quickly reviewing the scenario in his head he felt that might not be the best option after all. One of us might get hurt or even killed seeing there are so many goblins.
"Where can we find Klarg?" Nate shouts back to Yeemik, hoping that one of his comrades has a different idea.
Omnia returns the look too nate, she aswell doesnt trust this Yeemik. She whispers to nate "i think we can take them someone might need to heal Sildar he is looking rough over there"
"Idalie, how good is your aim?" Brom whispered over his shoulder to the gnome "wait for him to tell us where Klarg is then take the shot, I'll throw an axe and maybe we can take him out in one go" he whispered just loud enough for the team to hear.
(21) Yeemik (20) Goblins 1 and 2 (armed with bows) (17) Idalie (14) Brom (13) Omnia and Sildar (9) Ophirinn (8) Goblins 3 and 4 (armed with scimitar and shield) (4) Nate
Yeemik sees Idalie aiming an arrow, and brings his dagger back to Sildar's throat, cutting it in one fluid motion:
Attack: 21 Damage: 4
You can see that Sildar is restrained and already badly injured; he's unable to resist, and slumps to the floor. (Note: Sildar is not dead yet, but given that his throat has been slit, only magical healing can save him, not a regular Medicine check, and he will be making death saving throws).
Yeemik is not finished; as he released Sildar, he drops his dagger, draws an ugly scimitar, and rushes at Brom to make a second attack:
Attack: 21 Damage: 3
The blade connects, doing damage, but Brom manages to twist out of the away and avoid most of the harm. Yeemik snarls. Stupid, stupid. We will eat you now.
Goblins 1 and 2 each fire at Idalie with their shortbows:
Attack: 11 Damage: 3
Attack: 10 Damage: 3
But the attacks are clumsy; they clearly didn't expect it to go this way, and they look alarmed as they back off further away from you into the cave.
Idalie makes the shot that she had planned on Yeemik:
Attack: 26 Damage: 12
It hits the shoulder close to the neck, and the goblin leader roars with pain. There's a lot of blood, and a wild look in his eyes showing he knows now this won't be an easy victory.
Brom is up. You are in melee combat with Yeemik; Goblins 3 and 4 are nearby, but you would provoke an Opportunity Attack if you moved away to engage with them or with the two archer goblins further back in the cave.
Few questions cause i have a weird idea, how far away are Goblins one and two and are they standing next to each other, and is it possible to pick up and throw Yeemik at the goblins in one turn without burning my action surge? Or would i have to?
Goblins 1 and 2 are about fifteen feet from you. You would need one action to grapple Yeemik, and then another to attempt to throw him. So yes, to accomplish both in the same turn would require an action surge, and he would have a chance to resist for each action. However, even if both succeed, the rules don't really allow throwing one creature to be an attack on another creature, so you would only be moving Yeemik, not harming him or the other goblins.
"I say we go in and talk to Yeemik cant see us having much choice really"

"Good enough", whispers Idalie grimly. She calls out to Yeemik, "Where is Klarg?"
Yeemik the goblin leader glances behind him. Down that tunnel to big cave. And in the brief moment of his distraction, Idalie reaches for her bow.
Everyone please roll initiative.

(Healing Sildar, since it would be seen as a hostile act by the goblins, will be done within initiative order. Hopefully your healers will roll high!)

Dang alright then)
Brom looked down at Yeemik with an angry look tightly gripping his war hammer he swings it downward towards him, so much for the plan.
