"Well, are you going to keep dancing with me or show me that I ought to be scared of you?!" Kuori hurls her taunt at the bugbear, hoping to goad him into approaching her position without the aid of his troupe of lackeys at the wagon.
You hear the Bugbear bark out an order in his hideous voice (and imagine how bad he would sound as a bard, lol) and you hear a goblin voice respond. taking a peak around the boulder you see the barrel-like top of the wagon lift up slightly and a ramp lowers to the ground out of the back of the wagon. The goblins begin to move the top in coordination with marching sounds of " Hooop, Hooah!..Hooop, Hooah!..." as they move down the ramp carrying the top over their heads for cover. This strikes you as the most coordination and example of training you have ever heard of goblins employing. They slowly (but faster then the pigs pulling the wagon) move to maneuver around the stone, opposite side as the bugbear so as to pinch you in the middle
Seeing that the undead is clearly immune to illusion magic, since it did not even take an action to check out the illusion or anything else, Bree is a bit surprised by the absolute waste of a first level spell. She had expected the undead to at least have to use an action to figure out it was an illusion or to attack it, either way slowing the creature down for her new companions. Since neither thing happened the creature before them is quite clearly more than she can handle, having immunity to her most powerful spells.

Bree takes the dodge action...
Actually it did take an action, it went for it until it noticed it wasn't real, otherwise it would have made straight for Perzy'S. It could have easily moved the distance to attack, so your spell did help

Awesome! Maybe make that a bit clearer in the post next time, since that was not how it sounded. Also, just so you know, it takes either physically interacting with the illusion, I.E. touching or attacking it, or doing an Investigation check against my spell DC to know it is an illusion, they cannot just tell by getting close to it. I am guessing she did one of those things, in a way I am unaware of as Bree. If the int check, then can you please include those rolls in the post as well?
Also, I do realize some creatures have a 'sense life' trait, or some other means of doing things that get around the above. Just have had a lot of DMs who nerf illusions when there is no reason to do so. Won't even play a wizard illusionist anymore, due to the fact that it is all so DM dependent.
She passed right through the illusion, but I will try and do better at describing the activity, sumit will be more obvious what is happening. The undead doesn't really have an intellectual decision making process, lol
All rolls will be in this thread so you know no shenanigans is going on. Had your illusion been a person it would have suffered dmg when she entered it and if she attacked it, she still would have moved to where she is now. Just dont let her get in melee range of you. ;)
I like the use of illusions to trick bad guys, just this isn't the type of bad guy that will be effective against
((So for my turn... Can I just copy paste what I posted earlier and make a reroll for my attacks? I'm on my phone at the moment so rolling dice is kinda wonky but I'll manage somehow. XD))

I am fine with things as they are, but have a couple questions for you in regard to this. First, she would auto-fail any investigation check then, so the spell would be 100% more effective against this creature than others. Second, if she is intangiable, then she cannot interact physically with the illusion, she can not even tell she did not damage it with her attack. That tells me she is even more likely to be fooled and thus still think the illusion is a valid target. Unless she can physically interact with it somehow, she cannot actually know it is an illusion. None of the above may be valid, just wanted to point out a few things. Being undead, and not able to do int-based things, does not give her immunity to illusions. As I said there are ways around all of this, but I want to make sure things are considered as we move forward and more spells like this are cast.
Confused again at other sounds, unlike last time these cause alarm, "Heathens! Vagabonds! These are sacred grounds."Casting a spell of protection on himself, he proceeds to protect his home.

Kuori blinks several times as she gawks at the goblins using their mobile cover. "I'll not claim I was bored, today." She prepares herself momentarily before sprinting away from the boulder and, as she nears the bugbear, throwing the two handaxes at her side before continuing to move toward melee range.
Action:Attack with a thrown Handaxe as soon as she is within 20 feet of the bugbear.
Attack: 12 Damage: 4
Bonus Action:Attack with a second thrown Handaxe as soon as she is within 20 feet of the bugbear.
Attack: 13 Damage: 5
Movement: After moving to within 20 feet and attack with her action and bonus action, Kuori will continue to move as close to the bugbear as possible with what's left of her normal 30 feet of movement.
Reroll using the combat tab on the dice roller so you can have your bonuses count and it will figure the dmg appropriately
Attack: 12 Damage: 4
(Like that? xD)

the red Arm yelps as you slice a nasty gash across his face. he clearly wasn't expecting you as he was focused on the name calling bard.
Red Arm2 moves forward in order attack Skip, he figures a little guy with a spoon would be an easier mark. Attack: 5 Damage: 5
Daishi Longguard Status | Round 1 | Initiative 14 | AC 14 | HP 10/10 | Wielding: torch (lit), shortsword
Daishi, while expecting trouble, is not expecting the speed of the attack and will act after the goblins.
make sure you add your damage bonus also,

(I don't think Jaeson has a damage bonus. He has a minus 1 in strength, if that's any detriment to his damage rolls xD
Let the noobishness flow)
