Once he has detect magic up, not as a ritual but as a regular spell, Dain will look around the place, checking all around to see if there are any magical areas in our around the entire site.
Albanus finds a suitable place to dock the horse, where it can eat. “This is the place you were taking about? Seems a bit creepy, no?” Albanus says to the girl. “Has there been anything weird here, with the graves or the mausoleum?”
Watching the women approach, Survivor will start to move over near to where we saw the figure in the woods and start looking for tracks.
Survival: 17
(There are definetly tracks, some look to be human, some look like they might be animal, but they all lead away from the cemetary much deeper into the woods.)

(You pick up the sphere from earlier, as well as a strange bit of runes carved in the ground, otherwise invisible to the naked eye. The school of magic would be abjuration.)

Yes sir this is the place! And I dont think so.. She says looking at the cemetery, before looking back and seeing the two so.en approaching she looks a little puzzled. Well thats strange though. We usually dont get visitors out here. This is mostly a family grave site. Maybe they saw us coming here and wers curious about it? But everyone should be in the fields or at market I think..
“Little one, tell me the story of that building,” Albanus asks the girl as he points to the mausoleum. “And what shall we call you? What is your name?”
Manfred hangs at the gates of the cemetery, alternately watching the women approaching and the child. When the women get within hailing distance, Manfred will suddenly smile and wave at them, yelling in a very cheerful voice "Hello there, good women! I see you are planning on visiting this place. My compatriots and I must ask you to keep your distance for the moment. We are on official business from the GIant Slayers' Guild in regard to the rash of recent disappearances."
Manfred will stand in front of the gates, partially barring their way, but ready to talk to them in greater detail if they come closer.
Aura decides to follow Manfred. Just the simple fact that as the girl pointed out, these people's presence here would be unexpected, or almost suspicious, she decided to be in on the action of talking to them. Seeing that he was already keeping a check on the women, Aura instead focuses on the surroundings, knowing that his voice would be an instant warning to look to the other side. She's looking for any movements, or things that may pose a threat.
Insight Check:19 (Sorry, I meant Perception, and I don't have proficiency in Perception, so that means I rolled -3 in comparison to that last die roll.)
Survivor will mentally note the tracks, but say nothing just yet. He’ll move back over to stand near Dain for the moment to watch his back while he’s investigating.
(Youre not exactly sure, but it looks like the runes have some sort of script around them, and from what you know, youre pretty sure this is written in Abyssal. With most of this information, you can assume there is some sort of Abyssal glyph carved into the stone.)

Im not really sure. I think my dad would come here alone sometmes and take care of it. You know like clean it and stuff. And you can call me Winter. I was born on the winters solace and thats supposed to be special my momma always told me.
Hey. Uh. Mr Albanus that sorta looks like the mean lady..

The two women slow their approach, not altogether stopping just yet. You also see the sheen of red hair on one of the women as they get close enough to really make out details of their features. The other you havent seen before, but also looks rather similar to Janice, at least same look and dress. They are exactly 30feet away from Manfred at the moment. Ah, we didn't realize. Apologies. My sister here is visiting and i just wanted to show her some of the local sights, im sure you understand. The one with red hair says to Manfred, staring rather hard at you at the moment.

(Looking around, being rather smart about things, you see a something just appear out of thin air right behind Survivor, although due to his size all you see are two demonic like wings suddenly appear. Quick glances around.let you know at least there arent more coming at you from other angles, but due to where this new figure appeared, ((above and behind the mausoleum)) you realize the enemy does have you flanked, and that's never a good a thing.)
Survivor will mentally note the tracks, but say nothing just yet. He’ll move back over to stand near Dain for the moment to watch his back while he’s investigating.
(As your standing there, you hear the faint sound of rushing air and the quick smell of something burning, and a sensation in your mind youve never felt before. What's more you hear a female voice inside your own head, telling you to get the journal. Can you please make a Wis saving throw.)
((Trying to get a grid for the map done at some point today, probably a little later than im hoping for, but I shall do my best!))
“I think you’re very brave, Winter. I need to you to find somewhere and get really small. I’ll be close but not too close.” At the mention of the red-haired lady and making an assumption that it might also be Janice (from her identifying her back in the house) Albanus’ eyes turn black and start smoking, black tendrils snaking into the sky.
Albanus, nearly enraged by the draconic roaring in his head, steps away from where Winter is hiding and readies acid splash on Janice (and guest) IF they come within range, which is 60 feet. (Dex save 15). The guttural voice of his ancestors is not happy at being controlled, and is letting his host know.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Manfred sighs as he sees the bubble of acid splashes towards the women. He spins around and sees Albanus's fingers outstretched. "I certainly hope you're right about this, my friend," he says, unhooking the stay on his rapier.
