Ithelion raises her eyebrows, and puts her finger to her lips and speaks in hushed tones, "They are resting" she says, indicating the sleeping forms.
Standing by the door, a little suspicious despite the familiar face, she focusses on Lorell, "This is a surprise! Is there a problem back at the villiage?" she asks.
She queries Elosa: Do you really trust him? Or are you positioning yourself for his eyes?
Elosa hoots and you swear you see a tuft of feather over one eye raise a little. You get the sense that if owls could scoff, she’s doing it now. You trust her instincts that if Lorell was in any way malicious, she would already be dining on an eyeball or two.
Garnet releases her hold on her sword and steps forward in unconscious haste. Her curiosity is mirrored by Ithelion's questioning with concern quickly setting in.
"Are you all right? How did you get here?" She steps around Lorell to observe the direction he came from and the state he is in.
Perception: 12
You get the sense that Lorell came exactly the way you did, albeit more dextrously and easily than some of you. ;)
Lorell sighs heavily relieved to see people still alive. In a hushed tone "My dreams while in town kept getting worse. I was unable to sleep or get a proper rest. What was constant was that tree .... it seemed to grow more vicious and confident while I was in town. My dreams started to sour heavily when all of you would appear dead" Lorell shudders slightly, " and start making your way to town, to take vengeance in place of the tree."
Lorell looks around seeing everyone whole, "I was able to follow the path that you all left, I'm glad you're all alive."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ithelion smiles and nods, still speaking quietly. "Well....I'm glad you don't believe in fate! A lesser being might have run the other way."
She considers for a moment then continues, "Your tale suggests that ... " she stops herself saying the name, feeling that perhaps here is not the place "...our patron's influence can reach the villiage at least, and that is good to know."
She examines him carefully, still cautious (( Perception: 23, passive 14)) then says, "You must be exhausted if you have had no rest since you left the inn! We have a few hours rest yet, why don't you try to relax? The shifts are all covered; I will let you know when we need to get going."

@ithelion - Lorell seems a bit haggard, hair a bit discheveled, but nothing out of the ordinary for someone who rode through the evening and then climbed down a rope into darkness and dirt to reach you. He is tired and needs his rest (at least 4 hours).
Lorell slumps down "Hopefully I don't trouble everyone with the sounds of my recently restless nights. It's good to be back out in the thick of it." Lorell tries to get his rest.
Ithelion smiles, "Get some rest.", she glances at the two on the ground, "Between the snoring of the dwarf -- well, I hope it's snoring -- and the screams of the young one, I doubt we'll notice".
The hours pass by without incident and Lorell sleeps soundly through the shift change, with Ithelion working on his maps and notes and briefly filling in Daemya and Krom on Lorell's surprise arrival.
You all feel stronger this morning and you make your way back into the Tower Shell room. There are 2 doors that you have not been through: 1 in the northwest and one southwest (both still open, I believe).
@ithelion - northwest - you peer through and it looks to be a long room nothing of note. There is a door at the opposite end and another door near it on the north part of the wall. southwest - you peer through and it’s a fairly big room with what looks like a collapsed wall and a lot of rubble at the south end of it. You notice a door with something on it - it’s not a normal door, it looks a lot more elaborate. You can make out what looks to be carved dragon (bad relief) figure on the front of the door.
Daemyar points to the northwest door. “Then let’s go this way, first. If that’s your instinct.”
Daemyar is watchful for traps on his way through the long room now, after the first steps into this building seem riddled with problems. He’ll head towards the doors and see if there’s keyholes to peer through, traps to find, locks to unlock, etc. He’s realized he’ll need to be the 24/7 rogue.
(sorry folks, went back to work for the first time since having surgery. Left me a bit whooped, sore, and trying to play catch-up.)
(I take it that Garnet is going to want her shield/armor blessed again? If so, Krom will take the time to do the Blessing of the Forge)
Krom hands all four (4) of the arrows back to Ithelion, "These be called, and yer gonna love it, Ashardalon's Rage Arrow and they are enchanted to give a wee bit more punch (I'm guessing it is +1 to damage). Not sure who all uses arrows, but ye like the magic stuff." He stands around in the main room as the party discusses which way to go.

Be excellent to each other, and roll for initiative dudes!
[re: Ashardalon’s Rage Arrow +1: Yes they are +1 and a bit more. There is a 25% chance of sonic damage because they shriek as they fly through the air. If you search for them (manage equipment->add equipment) you’ll see them].
When you decide which door to go through, just let me know the party formation or order, and how you approach the room, whichever room that the party decides on.
Okay, you enter the longer room at the northwest first. There are actually 3 doors you see as you move through this long hallway-like room. There are several piles of rubble that can be found in the room. Daemyar (and anyone else who wishes to) roll me a perception check.
On the southern wall, there is a stone door and in front of it is a painted, sea-serpent-like dragon. Daemyar, testing this door, you find that it is locked. The others doors in the room don't seem to be locked.
1 As you near the piles of rubble, a giant rat jumps out at you. Roll initiative!

Ithelion peers through each door, curious, but does not leave the relative safety of the room.

Ithelion points at the carved door. "That way looks interesting, but if fear it may be best to search everywhere if we hope to find the missing ones"

"Thank you. I suppose I will keep them for a special occasion." Ithelion says with a slight smile.
She takes the arrows, and hands two to Garnet if she is now carrying a bow.
(( I have no strong opinion about doors; I meant southwest (the bass relief), but happy to go northwest if that's where Daemyar has led ))

Daemyar will lead the way, but I thought the implication was we’d make our way back around to the door with the bas relief carving

(( I agree; bass relief carving room ))
Order suggestion (same as before + Lorell):
Daemyar
