(ooc: I don't speak for the group but I believe so... no one has spoken up directly against it... I think a few characters did a few things beforehand such as waiting or sabotaging a boat but it seems like a reasonable course of action providing what we know so far.)

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
Kethra will follow right behind Rubin. If the party reaches the top of the stairs, she will wait behind until Rubin gives the clear. Same with any doors or blind corners we run into.
Any guards we are forced to confront, Kethra will attempt to grapple them, covering their mouth in the process.
Tyde follows up the stairs, not wanting to be left behind.

Rubin moves up to the body and checks it for anything of interest or use, then nods to the others as he verifies the man is dead. He waits to see what they wish to do from this point, continue around dispatching guards or take another path into the keep itself, now that a wall was cleared for a possible exit route.
"Wow, that was pretty slick, Dwarf," the Blacksmith gives Rubin a thumbs up as she stealthily moves beside him.
Given the noise of the sparsely guarded creaking old "large" castle mixed with fresh timbers aside a moving river, Kethra will Help with checking for any tools or weapons, then toss the dead man over the wall if there's no door nearby.
There are no doors leading off of the wall, and it seems the only way you can go is back down the staircase you came from. The body has nothing interesting on it, but is definitely dead.

If there is no way to get to the other wall sections here, then Rubin would head back the way they came, planning on looking for other paths forward.
(Is the only other option the stairs to the bluffs then? I guess we could try that sewer grate or whatever it was that blocked access to the tunnel/cave.)

"My vote is for the bluffs then. Now that we've dealt with the guard on this wall it's only a matter of time before they notice." Tyde follows the others back down the wall stairs. "Might as well find out where it leads. Until an alarm is raised we should make good use of our time to explore as much of the keep as we can."

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(Which side wall are we on?)
"That's all that's guarding the water gate? I guess our friend Jeb Willowsplitter was referring to it being defended when its guarded during the day time. Or maybe we're overestimating them?"
Kethra peeks over the parapet to see what's within view inside the rest of the castle, then gestures to her friends to do the same. (Assuming this wall is higher than the bluff?) Kethra's perception roll: 5

If it is dark enough Rubin will take the lead, as he would be invisible going up the stairs to the wall.

(Assuming you want to move stealthily, please reroll stealth.)

All of you manage to hide with no issues. About 20 feet ahead of you on the wall is a single bandit, whose back is currently turned.

If you’re facing the main gate, the wall you’re on is on the right.
