I think both zombie hands attacking Tyrael are within 5 feet, so he'll cast green flame blade as part of his attack. If the attack hits (and the hand is within 5 feet), it will take 4 points of fire damage.
Attack: 14 / damage: 8
(( You said Flower was up and I’m after her in Init, I think ))

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
OOC: I will roll my attacks now, the DM can clarify eligible targets. Jairus would be shooting at enemies within 30 feet, his range without disadvantage at present, moving first to close to this range if needed, and prioritizing 1 - targets in melee with allies, as that could allow for sneak attack, 2 - already wounded targets, and 3 - if one shot drops a target he will take the second against a different target.
Attack Action Attack Roll: 10
Bonus Action Attack Roll: 14
Attack Action Damage Roll, non magical Piercing: 6
Bonus Action Damage Roll, non magical Piercing: 8
Sneak attack damage if applicable, additional non magical Piercing, added to only 1 attack: 4
(Appreciate the enthusiasm, but none of you are actually up yet.)
This post where I said "I'll resolve the rest of my turn after they make their opportunity attacks" and that post are part of the same turn. Step by step:
Rage (bonus action)
Attack with great axe
Encur opportunity attack from the last claw on Flower-of-Ivory then come back (movement)
I just needed to clarify something first, then did it anyways. Sorry for being confusing!
(( I was the first to state I was doing anything, so I thought initiative started after that (particularly being at the front of the party with Jairus). Sound like you’re saying despite what I said, I still came later in the round after half the combatants. ))

Jairus will probably just focus on the zombie, unless it drops, then a claw would get the 2nd shot.
A 6-foot tall old man wearing common clothes approaches from the direction you all entered the cave.
"What's all this noise? It's enough to wake the dead!... Oh dear me. It already has."
(ooc: I was given the option to jump right in or wait, considered waiting but decided to get my feet wet right away.)
Jairus stays focused on the immediate threat of the undead, but on noticing the arrival of this newcomer, just shouts and waves his hand, saying, "Sure nuff, they are! Best stay clear, buddy, this is dangerous! Don't want your face to get eaten by some hungry zombie!"
All 4 skeletons will move straight forward 30 feet. 2 will shoot at Jairus, 1 will shoot at Flower, and 1 will shoot at Kethra (no cover or long range for anyone).

(OOC: Oops! Sorry. Let me know when Flower is up combat-wise. What follows is just a lil roleplay welcome.)
Flower spares a quick glance at the newcomer.
"Be careful New-Person! There are dead-not-dead here. We are killing them now. We will say proper greetings once we have killed."
All 4 skeletons will move straight forward 30 feet. 2 will shoot at Jairus, 1 will shoot at Flower, and 1 will shoot at Kethra (no cover or long range for anyone).
Vs Jairus
Attack: 9 Damage: 7
Attack: 14 Damage: 5
Tyde Init: 6
Davian init: 6
(Well ok then.)
Vs. Flower: 11 Damage: 3
Vs. Kethra: 19 Damage: [roll]1d6+2[/roll

Kethra is hit by an arrow, and the claw tags her as she runs past. Everything else misses.

Save: 23
Jairus's bolt almost drops the zombie, but it just barely hangs on.
(Two crawling claws, one zombie (almost dead), four skeletons (one wounded) and one necromancer are left.)
Flower lands a precise shot on the barely visible necromancer, her keen ranger senses telling her where to strike.
Tyrael drops both crawling claws near him with a single swing, a bolt of crackling fire jumping between them.

The necromancer will scream in pain, then keep running. He turns a corner and is no longer visible.
The two remaining crawling claws (one on Jairus, one on Flower) will attack their respective targets.
Vs Jairus: 8 Damage: 5
Vs Flower: 9 Damage: 2
Both miss horribly.
