Jairus hears nothing from the leftmost passage, and a faint sound of jingling bells from the right one.
Jairus speaks quietly, “I hear somethin’ from the right passage, sounds like bells. Weird. I think we should check it out first. Better than having something come at our backs.”
If the group is in agreement he heads that way, still in formation and alert for traps or ambush.
(Sorry, missed your edit. You can roll a strength check to embed one in the wall (could probably keep your rage bonus just for the first one).)
Once you climb up on the ledge, you see a round high-ceilinged cave open up. A flat boulder sits in the middle of the room, about 6 feet across, 8 feet long and 3 feet high. The top shows signs of dark stains. It has two narrow exits, one on the left and one on the right.
Athletics check with rage: 24
(I would also like to make a check on what the dark stains are, maybe survival or something? I'll examine it with the aid of a torch.)

(The passage is 5 feet wide, so the line would have to be single file. I’m assuming Jairus is in front for now.)
Said passage is about 10 feet tall, and the walls are uneven. Several spurs on the wall show signs of more dried blood. The passage opens out into another room after a while:
The star-shaped cavern ahead has many clefts in its walls. Only two, across the cavern, seem large enough to traverse. Three zombies lurch about the area. One is costumed like a bear, another is dressed as a lady in a frilly dress and thick makeup, and the last is costumed as a jester with jingling bells on its collar and sleeves

Jairus thinks about how bizarre and unnerving this sight is, and seems about to question it aloud, but just shakes his head, says “Nope. Nope nope nope.” He raises his crossbow and moves to within 30 feet of the 3 zombies to fire on them, gesturing for the others to join him. He attempts to catch them by surprise.

(The zombies are all 15 feet away from Jairus. I assume you want to move into the room a little right before combat starts to not block your companions?)

(Kethra is up)
Certainly, he would not want to block the entry or angle of fire of his allies.
Once Flower enters this room, her eyes light up and a Cheshire grin spreads across her face.
"Flower knows this. Her mistress had one when Flower was little. It is called a Mask-Raid. She invited all sorts of people to the manor. They all wore masks and costumes. Except Flower. Everybody wanted to see Flower. There was lots of tasty foods. Including pineapple. Did Flower tell you how much she loves pineapple? She does. Lots of meat bites and sweet bites. Lots of drink like Two-Silver-Ale but fancier. Everybody shook Flower's hand and patted her head. She doesn't see any food or drink here though. Maybe these dead-not-dead people aren't so bad after all. Do you think they will welcome us to their Mask-Raid? Should we ask if they have any pineapple? Look at that one they are costumed like bear. And that is a fancy lady. Then that one they are a court jester. There was a court jester at Mistress's Mask-Raid. He went around saying funny things. He did little tricks and some real magic. He pulled a coin out of Flower's ear. She knows it was real magic because she did not have a coin in her ear. She would have felt that. Do you think dead-not-dead jester will tell us funny stories?"
Jairus searches both for signs of traps and listens for noise behind either exit - let me know if rolls are needed.
(Sorry, should have been more clear. The exits are open narrow tunnels, not doors.)
(That would be perception)

Jairus perception: 18
Flower-of-Ivory looks warily around this new cavern. Bow at the ready. She points to the flat stone in the center and looks at the others.
"This must be their butcher table. Seems like a excessively large room for butchering."

Flower agrees.
Lasair remains quiet and follows the party still in the middle nearest to Flower of Ivory.

Tyrael will bring up the rear, turning to check behind him every few steps.
First D&D set: 1980 red box. Haven't stopped playing since. :)
(Actually, scratch this. With a light source it’s easy enough to tell that the stain is blood.)

"Guess not," Flower shrugs and looses an arrow at the jester (or lady or bear whichever is still standing on her turn).
