Maltake, Laire and Oden are up before Vincent gets to search the collapsed first floor and tavern for survivors.
Joao shouts out "I'm going to check if there are any more of these creatures for me to cut down on the island. Give me glory or give me death!" and he runs 60ft north west.
Elanza shouts "Don't be an idiot, come back you fool! We need to get off the island" and she double dashes 60ft north.
Strenvon runs 60ft north east towards the docks without yelling anything.
If anyone wants to convince any one of the above (either Joao, Elanza or Stenvon) not to follow their chosen course of action, please choose one, roll a persuasion check and let me know what you yell to them.
Laire would try her luck to talk (yell) Joao out of his reckless action, surprised that someone is going to throw his life away for nothing: "There is no glory in drowning! The islan is almost gone!" Persuasion11
She, herself, is running north to the bridge (double speed)
Oden will motion to anyone still loitering about to get moving and he approaches the tavern to wait for Ervalin and help if needed. He then shares Arvastan's message.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Joao turns back to you all, seemingly convinced to join you all.
Laire and Maltake double dash towards the bridge.
[Oden, are you just staying next to the roof of the tavern? You used 15ft of movement to get to the square under Ervalin on the above map, so you have another 15ft and you can either hold an action (let me know what it is) or double dash for another 30ft movement.]
Ervalin looks concerned at what Oden tells him, seeming to blame Oden for not taking better care of their siblings as he did for Yrashiae, asking "How could you let them leave without anyone to protect them?" He then looks back towards the window, seeing that Vincent hasn't come out and says "Well at least someone here has the strength of character to do what is right" and he rushes back towards the window, holding an action to help anyone trying to get out (or in) the window.
The dwarf lady looks at the people rushing towards the bridge and then back towards the Riptide Inn and Tavern with hope in her eyes and waits. She assumes you are all a party/friends and says to Aliez "The Allhammer bless you all. I cannot reward you and your friends enough for saving me and my bairn, but I can give you this [she hands you a pouch] andwe... I?...[she looks at the Riptide, with hope in her eyes] No, we... We have a store in Brokenbank. WE will reward you and your friends properly if you come to the Prawn's Pawn and General Store in BrokenBank."
The pouch contains: 14 GP, 9 SP, 7 CP and 4 Shark Tooth necklaces worth 25 GP each (these need to be sold, and are not automatically converted to GP).
[Lucky roll for the GP. I think I got the initiative slightly out of whack, though it matters less now we are out of combat. I think Tharhun, Aliez and Vincent can all go.]
Tharhun, seeing that the conflict around him has ended, lets out a tired sigh, as he kneels down before the creatures he had fought. Laying a hand over their eyes, he closes them and offers a silent prayer for their souls. Once that is done, he stands himself back up, rewrapping his weapon before walking back towards the tavern.

Nice work, a 20 is good (and means you find everything this round).
Vincent searches through the debris and very quickly finds another dwarf and the barkeep/proprietor and a few dead bodies, though it appears most other people were able to escape.
Vincent sees that there are also bottles of alcohol that are unbroken, that the dead patrons have their gear on them, and that the bar cash box is next to the proprietor.
Whilst searching, please make a DC10 DEX saving throw as the debris moves and bits of the building crumble. If you fail, take 3 bludgeoning damage.
The proprietor is trapped under a beam behind the bar. He is dazed and somewhat injured, though conscious. From your high perception you can tell that he would likely be able to move by himself if freed.
The dwarf is unconscious and his breathing is shallow, from your high perception you can tell he is in critical condition and may die before your next turn if not healed. If conscious, he could get himself to the window, but would need someone to help him get back through.
Vincent can also tell that the building looks like it may further collapse any second, injuring or killing anyone left in on the ground floor [From next round the building will have a 50% chance of collapsing further each round.]
Vincent still has his action (and bonus action) and his movement. If he wants to move the beam, please make a DC12 STR check and this will be his action. If he wants to carry the unconscious dwarf (who is making his final death saving throw) up to the window this will be his action, and will require a DC15 athletics check to do without stumbling.

Vincent brings the dwarf back to consciousness and easily frees the proprietor [Vincent still needs to make a DC10 DEX saving throw or take 3 damage though].
The dwarf gasps as he returns to consciousness, and immediately looks around starting to panic "my wife and my and child, we need to help them" pushing debris aside.
The proprietor tries to figure a way out through the haze 10 . He cant seem to figure out which way to go out. Vincent you have about 6 seconds worth of speaking that you can do as a free action if you want to tell the dwarf or proprietor to do anything.
From the outside of the tavern, Steve cannot see to the ground floor, though can see that the building has collapsed down (that was why I PMed asking if he was staying outside). With a perception of 17 he can also see that a number of guests left their belongings in the Inn - though also sees that most of the second floor that is standing is shared dorm type accomodation.
Beatrice stops outside the tavern. "Hey - I'm pretty small but I'm also pretty strong, can anyone see anyone in a tight space that needs help?" she calls in the direction of Vincent.
I'm going to call that an end to the initiative (unless Vincent was going to risk staying on the ground floor another turn to loot the building or dead bodies, though that doesn't seem in character) and DM fiat that Piotr, the Riptide proprietor and Vincent all make it without issue out of the building and off the roof and join those waiting outside the tavern still.
Piotr bursts into tears and cries "Bryn, Ness, you are alive" when he gets outside.
Bryn beams when she sees her husband is alive, but quickly puts on a manufactured stoic look and says "Come here you oaf" and hugs him. She grabs his pouch, then says gruffly, "we aren't out of danger yet" pushing him to follow the majority of the party to the north.
Bryn then turns to Vincent and says "You have saved my family and for that the Goldfisher and Ironforge clans are eternally grateful. I gave your human friend all the coin I had on me, but I wanted to give you the most valuable item we have, a pouch crafted by one of my ancestors. It was my gift to Poitr when I proposed to him, but our lives are a much more valuable gift, so I want you to have it." She hands you a bulbous pouch that looks like it is made from iron, yet oddly moves like leather and feels as light as cloth (in case it isn't obvious, it is the money-changer pouch discussed in the chat. OOC: Vincent can give it to someone else if a different person deals with the money and Bryn wont be upset. I'll homebrew it soon. It will have some extra coin in it for Vincent).
If anyone wants to try and see what is happening in other parts of the village, they can make a DC10 perception check.
Most of the party are running towards the North of the island at the moment and so Bryn, Piotr and the proprieter follow the group that way. If anyone wanted to go elsewhere or do anything on the way, let me know.
Aliez sprints after Vincent while keeping an eye on the dwarven family. They are a good family. I'm glad we were able to save them. She thinks to herself as she runs. Under her breath she whispers, "At least I didn't kill any of those fish people. Don't need another weird language whispering after me." She tries to help those who are running away as best as she can showing them the right direction and helping up anyone who falls.
