Guy stabs and misses.

One of the birds leaps and flutters between Mark and Big Un, underneath Talon, to snap at Mark's back while the other two attack his front. The alpha missess, but the other two hit him, beaks carving in.

Attack: 6 Damage: 9

Two more attack Big Un, both getting in good hits on him.

Attack: 13 Damage: 7

Attack: 22 Damage: 4

While the last attacks Blue, but doesn't manage to score a hit.

Attack: 19 Damage: 3

As the first bird snaps at him, Mark winces slightly in pain, then roars in anger.  As he does he focuses on his rage, ignoring part of the strike from the bird.

Stone's Endurance: 1

Big'Un will first use his reaction for Stones Endurance for 3 = whatever plus his Con modifier is. He will use his previous Fire bolt (against the boss if possible ..... if he cant get a shot at him then against one of the birds attacking him

Well at least the Goliath's may be able to tell what their Con Mod is.......

Blue will once again fire his poison spray.

Big Un and Mark both grunt and weather the damage as best they can.

Big Un blasts the boss bird, the stink of burning feathers getting pretty thick.

Mark takes a few steps back to be closer to the group and pulls out his shield, then bangs his axe on it. 
(OOC: No actual movement, just flavor)

To the Alpha: "Fly away now, we won't chase.  Otherwise, I will be the new Alpha!"

Seeing that his words had no effect, Talon gives music a try. He lets go of the crossbow and takes out his instrument (is it a lute?) going for a battle song combining notes with beats onto the instrument's body, hoping to help Mark and the others concentrate or, who knows, maybe scare the birds away.

Ember holding her dagger like a very short sword, attempts to peirce the bird under a wing joint with precision. Her stance is similar to a fencer finding their mark.

Seeing little Ember deliver a blow to the bird guy will try to imitate her movements  and strike at the bird!

Missing again Guy will try to remember who he was surely he wasnt this useless " Damn it i hate these f**king Birds and this stupid Island!!!! FFFF******K!"

Guy strikes out, and feels that Embers approach of a quick, darting strike seems to work fairly well, but he's too busy assessing his technique to put it to good use just yet. While these birds don't seem familiar, he gets a sense that he's worked with animals in the past. ((Dex > Str, Proficient in Animal Handling))

Mark gets hit by the alpha bird, and he collapses to the sand. (Death save for your turn!)

One of the ones that had been attacking Mark steps over his downed form to slash Guy.

Attack: 19 Damage: 6

While the other turns to slash at Big Un, dropping him unconscious.

Attack: 18 Damage: 10

Ember has drawn the ire of the bird that she nearly scared off, and gets hit pretty hard.

Attack: 15 Damage: 8

The other two that had been focused on Big Un shift to other targets, one slashing at Guy and missing...

Attack: 10 Damage: 6

While the other takes a chunk out of Blue.

 Attack: 18 Damage: 5

Big'Un will once again shoot a fire bolt at the leader for 3 damage attack: 3

((Sorry Big Un, the inability to see the roll outcomes until after posting means that Big Un got more damage allocated to him than he had HP before I had a chance to update the stats and whatnot... So I can take that d20 attack roll as a pass on your first death save, unless you'd like to roll again for that 5% chance you get a nat 20, and 50% chance you fail...))
