Poole retrieves her arrows, and then circles around quietly, looking for any other goblins, arrow re-nocked and ready. She barely reacts to her amazing shots.

If there are no more goblins around that we can see, Poole will offer to check for traps and pick any locks that they find. She's also looking for crocs to walk on. Mostly joking.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.

Poole circles towards the river, keeping quietly in the shadows of the broken tents. As a large bird dives into the river nearby and takes flight again with a fish flapping in its beak Poole, Aurok and Melanthios use the distraction to slip further south or even into the statue.
Poole makes it all the way into a half burned building on the south side (number 3 on the map) and blends into the shadows there. As she situates herself to peek through and around the walls she finds her foot sink about 4 inches. It's not stuck and after lifting her foot out of the divot it seems that someone had dug a little tunnel to hide a small pouch of coins. As it happens though whatever it was dug under had been wooden and left nothing but ashes. There's 25 gold worth of coin inside.
On the outside though he counts another 8 goblins spaced out between the river, all the way around the south side of the camp and a couple up near the statue even.
Then everyone can see and hear something or someone crash heavily. It seems there's a guy armed to the teeth and in full chain mail in the sweltering heat trying to quietly run up the stairs to the statue. Anzir picks himself up, looks around and sees two goblins standing up from behind some wooden masks and nocking arrows.
Anzir gives a sheepish, cocked grin and hustles up the stairs. He runs to the southwest corner of the statue's platform, hurling a handaxe at the goblin below.
Handaxe Attack: 20 Damage: 4
He then retreats to stand in between the feet (just north of the left foot, in front of the gray blob).
Poole didn't know it before, but she was born for this. She takes aim at a nearby goblin to the east and although they seem to be fully behind their wooden mask then the arrow finds the tiny slit for eyes and a body goes *thunk* behind the mask. Nobody seems to have noticed that this happened.
(rkmobius - you can edit your Cunning Action to say "You can take a bonus action on each of your turns to take the Dash, Disengage, or Hide action. Or to attack a goblinoid")

Lorahana and Melanthois to act. Two goblins are dead, one is severely wounded.

Lorahana rushes forward to stand near the large tent in the middle and readies a create bonfire should any goblin show themselves within 60 feet.

From left and right of Poole the goblins raise small horns and blow them, "WHOOOOOOOOOOOTTTT, WHHHOOOOOOOTTTT". The others near them bang their short swords against their wooden masks. Then they all drop to their bellies and (stealth checks: 24, 20, 14, 19) seem to disappear. She can see just one wriggling away from the situation.
The wounded goblin runs directly south, heavily limping. He comes into view of Lorahana then and (dex save: 18) just as he hobbles forward a patch of earth right behind him bursts into fire, but he seems to escape unscathed.
Poole can see one of the goblins west of him to be crawling towards the river and a wounded one directly east of him, but the rest of them seem to have disappeared altogether.
(1, 3)
After the cacophony of sounds have died down everyone can hear a moan coming from somewhere southeast of this camp. It's very similar to the sounds emitted by the zombies that attacked Port Nyanzaru while the party was there.
Poole aims an arrow at the goblin east of her and says, "This goes through your eye unless you tell me how long that moaning thing's been there if it has friends around here."
Poole doesn't bother, figuring that the zombies will take the goblins' attention, and moves, and bonus action dashes up to the stairs. "So are we going inside and hoping whatever's in there is more friendly than what's coming? Or do we bail on this and run to Qawasha and the boats?"
Everyone runs up the stairs. About 10 feet in from the toes of the statue the form of it turns into a tunnel that heads deeper in. The ceiling here is 23 feet high and draped with cobwebs, and the stone-tiled floor is covered with a thick layer of mud, creepers, and blown-in leaves.
Brushing aside the first cobwebs reveals more of the same, supposedly going tens of feet directly into the statue.
As you peek outside then you can see that one zombie and three skeletons amble in from the east, down towards the tents and continue towards the river. None of the goblins are in sight.
You assume this is somehow dangerous or trapped, otherwise it would have been cleared out a long time ago. Nothing obvious stands out though...

The map (I WILL learn a better tool after this):

Initiatives:
Initiative: Anzir 22, Aurok 11, Irma 18, Lorahana 6, Melanthios 15, Poole 12, Undril 14
Goblins: 21, 18, 6, 9, 11, 11, 17, 4
The players go first.
Irma looks at Anzir, sighs and prepares to heal him (ready action Healing Word on Anzir for 6 health should he get hit)
Undril sprints towards the center of the camp on the side of the river, sees a goblin and lets loose a Guiding Bolt towards it:
Attack: 9 Damage: 14
Aurok draws the scavenged scimitar from his belt, takes a deep breath and assumes a bizarre stance with his arms held high.
He then gestures with his offhand towards the goblin just west of Poole, casting create bonfire
DC 13 Dex save 8 Fire damage
bladesong activates, forgot your say
Paladin - warforged - orange
Anzir gives a sheepish, cocked grin and hustles up the stairs. He runs to the southwest corner of the statue's platform, hurling a handaxe at the goblin below.
Handaxe Attack: 20 Damage: 4
He then retreats to stand in between the feet (just north of the left foot, in front of the gray blob).
(Does it seem like the goblins realize Poole is there?)
The goblins have not noticed Poole at all.
Dex save for the bonfire goblin: 4. The goblin west of Poole doesn't notice anything any more as it goes up in flames.
Anzir throws his axe and the goblin tries to jump away, but is caught up in the mask he was sitting behind and takes the axe deep into the leg.
Poole will wait until her companions act, and then target whichever goblin is closest to them or seems to be drawing a ranged weapon to attack.
Attack: 26 Damage: 9
Bonus action hide somewhere on the near side of the ruined house. Stealth: 15

The goblin looks around and says, "dozens, that way!" as she points somewhere behind Poole, then crawls behind a tent nearby.
You can take a held attack against her at disadvantage - she's prone.
