Melanthios dashes towards the back of the house on his first turn, then shoots it his second (marking it with hunter’s foe and monster slayer).
(Can’t seem to move my token on tablet)
Attack: 4 Damage: 24
So the attack misses, but which abilities did you mean? You seem to have a whole bunch of them: * spell Hunter's Mark * ability Hunter's Sense * ability Slayer's Pray * ability Favored Foe

Aurok recognizes this as a flesh golem and knows that these are VERY hard to destroy, but doesn't recall any more specifics.
Poole fires again at the southern golem and it sticks but it doesn't seem to be the least bit troubled by it. She also doesn't see the hag anywhere.
Anzir starts thrashing the hut.. (11 vs 12) but the hag is nowhere to be seen or heard. Is Anzir also knocking stuff into the fireplace? It's got some hot coals in there.
Aurok is left to act this turn, then Ord and gang goes.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Oh, right, Aurok was Dashing. My apologies.
Ord and gang attacks:
Ord vs northern golem: Attack: 7 Damage: 12 and 11 Damage: 6 (both hit due to Bless)
Guard 3 vs northern golem: Attack: 4 Damage: 9
Guard 2 vs northern golem: Attack: 15 Damage: 7
Guard 5 vs southern golem: Dodge
Guard 4 vs southern golem: Attack: 18 Damage: 6
Guard 6 vs southern golem: Attack: 22 Damage: 9
(14)
The northern golem has taken some damage and swipes back at Ord: Attack: 13 Damage: 14
The southern golem pummels G5: Attack: 12 Damage: 11 and 14 Damage: 12. He dodges the first blow, but gets caught by the second, which crushes his spine.
---
Players go.
The spiritual weapon swings at the northern golem: Attack: 20 Damage: 4.
Irma moves closer, just past Aurok and casts Toll the Dead on the northern golem. WIS(12) save: 22 or take 2 damage.
She calls out, "Ord, you OK?" to which the dwarf answers, "I will be once we cut these things down!"
Everyone may go in any order. Also Anzir has a choice from round 2 if to try to also set things on fire or not.

If Anzirfinds nothing of value in his destruction of the interior of the hut, he will throw blankets, clothing, etc. onto the hot coals, letting it spill into the room. He will throw any alcohol he finds in there as well. Then, the paladin leaves the hut, turning to see if it catches fire.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
An arrow rips through her armor as Poole is focusing on the southern golem. She takes a quick glance for where it came from and sees Melanthios nocking another one directly in her direction. It's unclear if the miss was at the northern golem or actually herself. (15)
Anzir notices a few jars on a shelf as he's destroying the interior and a quick sniff tells him that at least four of these have contents that should burn. He tosses things towards the coals and smashes the jars in there as well. The last glance back before leaving the hut tells him that it will go up in flames fast and wide.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(Holy shirtballs, so she takes 25 damage from Melanthios? That means no closing to melee, wow.)
Poole focuses intently on the arrow shaft, narrowing her eyes as she turns back to glare at Melanthios. "Going to have some words for him if we survive this, I will."
She nocks another arrow and aims at her golem again. Bonus action hide: 11

(sorry, it just went through the side of the armor poking a hole through and out the other side, but did not cause damage. Needs patching later.)
Pooletakes aim really well this time and places her arrow directly in the neck of the southern golem. It should have resulted in a massive spray of blood and possibly death, but it doesn't seem to have noticed at all.
Aurokcreates a bonfire under the northern golem who tries to step away (DEX save: 17) (16)
The side of the hut also immediately ignites as the flames are already licking it from the inside as well.
---
Ord grunts at the heat rising in front of him and continues attacking the golem as it seems to actually take damage: Attack: 21 Damage: 9 and 8 Damage: 5 (20)
Poole is looking to use her next turn to try to push the golem into the fire -- are those darker green crosses actually trees? Any seem wobbly enough to potentially fall on the golems if chopped down? Any small logs or large branches on the ground for a portable battering ram? Anything around that might knock the golem over?
(.. continuing the post here.. I messed up the dice rolls. Those up there show random stuff now, but I took into account the first ones that showed when I posted)
Guard 3 vs northern golem: Attack: 14 Damage: 9 (16)
Guard 2 vs northern golem: Attack: 17 Damage: 7 (20)
Guard 4 takes the Dodge action. "Some help over here please! We'll try to keep it busy". Guard 6 disengages, grabs the spear of his fallen mate and backs off 15 feet.
Guard 2 (at the northern hag) suddenly calls out, "This one is disguised! Must be the hag!"
At that the northern golem hisses, "That's right. Time for me to go." and it turns invisible and as it/she is directly in the flames then it's obvious she's trying to run away.
Ord, G2, G3 and Aurok all get an attack of opportunity (just a straight roll as the invisible form is still clearly outlined in the flames)
Ord: Attack: 16 Damage: 12
Guard 3: Attack: 12 Damage: 7
Guard 2: Attack: 17 Damage: 3
Two hits definitely land, causing two concentration checks to maintain invisibility: 7, 12. The invisibility fades as Ord almost chops her hand off.
Everyone can now see the hag/golem dash away, directly towards Poole.
The remaining golem attacks Guard 4: Attack: 17 Damage: 10 and Attack: 14 Damage: 9. The guard tried to redirect the blow with his hand and it barely worked. The hand and shoulder are destroyed and he's holding on baaaarely.
----
The spiritual weapon moves south, but doesn't quite reach the golem yet. Irmacasts Command at the hag, "stop!". (WIS(12) save: 9)
The fire spreads quickly now...
As Pooleis thinking of a plan for the golem then she notices how it shies away from the fire starting to spread next to it. A quick look around reveals a crude pitchfork stuck upright into the ground about 10 feet to her right. This could definitely be used to push something.

Melanthios knows his stuff and finally manages to put one right where it belongs. The golem/hag is staggering, blood squirting out of it in a weird angle due to the illusion. But it stands.
Poole is left to act in this round.

Well... if he can’t hit with Create Bonfire, I guess Aurok will dodge

(Sorry, meant Favored Foe and Slayer's Prey. I have too many damage buffs, lol.)
Melanthios fires again, this time not from the shadows.
Attack: 3 Damage: 25
(What are these dice rolls?)

Aurok tries to stab the hag as well, but between the other three attackers the weapons get in the way of each other and he misses.

Anzir moves 60 feet (I already moved him on the map) and, with his bonus action, casts Compelled Duel on the hag. (WIS(12) check to resist.)
"Auntie," Anzir says with a sneer. "I was kind to you. Do not run from me."
WIS(12) save for Compelled Duel: 7
The hag is NOT getting away it seems.
Melanthios curses viciously as yet another arrow goes awry, and fires once more at whichever target he has marked.
