((Yup I counted exactly the same as you did - all good))
Got-wolf, you get a good grip on the zombie 1's leg and thrash it about. It almost comes off. (-9) STR: 11 you thrash the leg and it is so close to coming off... but the zombie somehow remains standing. Must've been a tightrope walker in its previous life.
The human says "Zombies, take care of these fools! Ba ha ha ha! Aaarrggghhh!! Heee-haaaw, see-saw, me-me-me-me!" this guy seem a bit nuts. He darts east and out the northeast door of the room. No one can see him anymore from where you are currently located. Not even Got-wolf.
Alton and Venovar are up!
(Thorvin will cast sacred flame on the Zombie 1 that Got-wolf is biting 7 Zombie 1 DEX save: 2) -> this will be slotted in after Alton's move.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(I think Alton has to use bonus action dash to reach the Zombie that got-wolf is fighting. Let me know if that is not the case, but that’s what I’m running on for this turn.)
Alton uses his bonus action to dash andr reach the first zombie, then making a shortsword attack with sneak attack because of Got-wolf.
Alton, 25 feet with diagonal movement will get you within melee range. You can get to the square to the left of Got-wolf. No bonus action required for the dash, so you can go ahead and make the other sword attack if you want!
Alton, you burst onto the scene with both of your short swords blazing. They carve into the zombie and sink into its rotten flesh (-11), and at the next moment you see Thorvin's holy flames engulf the zombie as the flames scorch the zombie dead. (-6) Radiant damage, zombie does not get undead fortitude, Zombie 1 is toast.
"COME BACK, YOU FILTHY RAT! YOUR DEMISE AWAITS!!!" Ven roars. You see his eyes change from blue to a deep red as the metal of his halberd begins to drip with what appears to be blood. His face turns into pure anger as he uses the Dash action to rush to the door so that he is right next to it(the first square to the left of it). "Helm, BREAK HIS DEFENSES! His death will protect the inhabitants of this city... HELP ME!" he quietly prays.
A question for you: What do I see on the other side of the door?
Venovar, you dash forward exactly as you've perfectly described. There's nothing else I can add to make that awesome image of the enraged Ven in my head any better!
What you see on the other side of the door has been revealed on both of the map tabs.
Zombie 2's initial attention was on Got-wolf and Alton, but the last thing it saw was Venovar run by it, so it follows Ven in a dumb blind zombie-like stupor, and is able to reach him. It swings its arms towards Venovar: Attack: 7 Damage: 3 and the zombie stumbles and almost falls over.
The zombie ogre is getting really agitated now. It thrashes its neck and upper body wildly, trying to break the chain: 17 the chain tightens and loosens quite violently, but it remains attached.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(moving for Got-wolf)
The beast follows Zombie 2, and tries to bite at it's lower back, using pack tactics: Attack: 20 Damage: 8 and the zombie 2's STR save: 8Got-wolf's teeth sink deep into the Zombie's rear upper thigh and takes a huge chunk of flesh off (-8). The zombie manages to stay standing.
Venovar, you see the apprentice move south and disappears from your line of sight. You assume he's bolting down the passageway.
Alton, Thorvin and Venovar are up!
(I will make Thorvin's move once you guys make yours and then slot it in accordingly)
"Thorvin, go back and block off the necromancer's escape! I'll trap him from the other side!" Venovar will take the Dash action again and chase the cultist, not giving a flying crap about the zombie next to him.
Alton bursts forward with ruthless halfling intent. He reaches the zombie with a dash and his sword cuts deep into the zombie's clavicle and continues to cut the body downwards. (-11)
It's not in the correct order for Venovar to call out to Thorvin, but I think Venovar would've called out a turn ago, and Thorvin also would be aware that Venovar is chasing someone. So, Thorvin will head south to try and cut off the escapee. He dashes and almost gets to the human. He can hear him coming but can't see him just yet.
Venovar, you dash out the door and follow the human. You almost reach him and think you hear Thorvin coming around the bend. This of course provokes an attack of opportunity from the zombie who flails its arms wildly at you: Attack: 10 Damage: 2 and the clumsy undead misses; you're too fast.
Zombie 2, getting its bearings back from missing, and just getting cut deep by Alton, will return the attack by clawing out at the halfling: Attack: 14 Damage: 2 the rotten hand slaps you across the face. It's a solid thud across your face. (-2)
Next Round! (Zombie Ogre > Got-wolf > Human > Alton > Thorvin > Venovar > Zombie 2)
The Ogre Zombie continues to thrash its neck wildly and also begins to pull at the chain with its hands: 24 this time, the huge zombie easily breaks the chains because it thought of actually using its hands instead of just thrashing wildly. Duh. Anyhow, this beast of a zombie is free and very, very angry at all of the action going on. It picks up its huge morningstar and is ready for battle next turn.
Got-wolf is up!
I only updated the OVERVIEW map since you guys are quite separated. I will add the ZOOMED maps when you are all together.

Got-wolf tears into the zombie, in hopes of dropping it, then darts through the passage way, whining for Alton to follow down the tunnels as they flee the ogre.
Attack: 13 Damage: 5, DC 11 STR or prone
((If it's still alive, Got-wolf will take the opportunity attack, but hopefully finishing it or at least dropping it prone so it's at disadvantage!))

Got-wolf tears once again at the zombie, its guts spill to the ground... Undead Fortitude -> 7 the zombie uses its arms to hold its guts in place... success (zombie is at 1hp). Then STR save: 19 the zombie sways back and forth holding its guts in its abdomen... just barely alive. It notices you dart away and does take the opportunity attack: Attack: 7 Damage: 2 the zombie nails you as you turn your wolf-back (-4) and *poof* the wolf disappears as your half-orc form suddenly appears. Gotur takes the -2 damage as the wolf had 2 hp remaining. Gotur retreats back down towards the entrance. (let me know if you meant the north east door and I will move your token).
The human keeps running away from Venovar, and then sees Thorvin and runs into him! The human, in desperation, grabs onto the dwarf and screams. "AAAAARRRGGHHH!!!!" Inflict Wounds Attack: 6 Damage: 19 and the human apprentice necromancer isn't able to get a grip on the powerful dwarf.
Alton, Thorvin and Venovar are up! I will make Thorvin's move after you guys make yours and will slot it in accordingly.
((By my count, even with needing to move through ally's spaces, with 40ft move, Got-wolf can just get to zombie 1, just south of it.))
Bite: Attack: 14 Damage: 9
DC 11 STR to stay standing if it hits as Got-wolf bites at a leg and thrashes it if he gets a good grip.

Have a great night all!

You too! So excited for Venovar to get his VENgeance. God I love making puns.
