((I think I likely didn't get this combat encounter 100% correct with the surprise and everything. But let's just go with it. To be honest, I am looking forward to Tomb if you guys can hold on and make it through these ruins so I can just follow an adventure instead of creating it :) ))
Round 1: Got-bear, Ralf, Creep, Creep's dogs, Mori, Alton (The creep and his dogs are all surprised this round.)
Got-bear does just that. The first bite snaps down onto the creature's arm and it yells out in pain. "Bah!! Bear! Dogs, attack!" but the claw attack goes over the little guy's head.
Ralf is up!
(I will move Ralf tomorrow if Snake does not make a play. Maps are also updated.)
Alton will pull out two of his throwing daggers. With a flash, he spins out from behind the tree and flicks both of them towards the small creep creature.
1st: Attack: 19 Damage: 9
Sneak Attack: 7
2nd Attack: 28 Damage: 4
For a total of 20 magical piercing damage if both hit.
Alton, both of the finely crafted throwing knives find their mark. A thing of beauty. They both stick deep into the little guy, and he yells out in pain as he now sees Alton behind the tree. "BAAAAAAAHHH!!! More of them! Dogs! Hurry up!" So Alton is no longer unseen.
I will move Mori and assume that it flies over to perch on Alton's shoulder again, helping him. (Snake let me know if that is totally off and we will retro action that!)
Next Round: Got-bear, Ralf, Creep, Creep's dogs, Mori, Alton
Got-bear, this little creep is a small target and you just can't seem to get your footing right this time. Maybe you're just more used to running and then attacking. Anyhow, your jaws and claws miss as the little creep grunts to dodge the attacks.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"CURSED BEASTS!"
Ralf yells as he raises his tortle arms and instantly 4 shovels appear. They immediately shoot towards the 3 creepy dogs and the creepy looking guy, leaving a trail of black smoke as they fly through the air.
Creep 2 Dog1 4 Dog2 3 Dog3 5 and they all explode in a grey cloud once they hit their targets and do the damage.
The creep is now able to focus on the huge bear in front of it. This little dude is FAST. He flicks his sickle through the air and manages to get 3 slashes with it. Attack: 9 Damage: 9 Attack: 11 Damage: 10 Attack: 7 Damage: 10 the first two cuts hit the huge bear in its chest, and it vanishes before the creeps eyes as the almost as big GOTUR appears! That last slice misses the half-orc.
The creepy dog 1 manages to run to Gotur and bite him. You sense that this beast doesn't like being in the sunlight. Attack: 16 Damage: 13 but it is still able to latch on to the half-orc. Gotur, please make a STR save (DC 13, prone on fail)
Creepy dog 2 has to use a lot of energy to get to Gotur, so it isn't able to bite, but is right beside him.
#3 darts towards Alton as close as it can get.
Mori is startled by the charging beast, and remains on Alton's shoulder, helping him.
I don't know what happened, but all of the rolls I just did are completely messed up. All of the roll results changed, even the magic missile.
Please just focus on what I wrote for the results. It seems I made the error after I had finished the post.
The magic missiles damage were also different which I noted.
The only result that isn't clear is the bite from the #1 dog on Gotur. It was a 20 to hit with 9 damage.
Basically, the bear was killed with the first 2 attacks from the little guy, and the third one missed the newly appeared Gotur. Then, dog 1 bit Gotur for 9 damage and he needs to make that STR save.
((I tried the new dice roll log thing, I think it is something that would be more conducive to running live games with DDB, sort of like roll20, but for forum based stuff, it would mean checking multiple places, so probably not all that useful?))
((I was wondering how that new dice roll log thing was going to work, and I also though the same thing that it will be more useful for live games but just another place to look for the forum stuff. Thanks for testing it out in here!))
Ok, Gotur you are not knocked prone and manage to remain standing after that #1 creep-dog bites you.
What are the CON saves for? Yep, barkskin would still be active.
((Concentration checks to keep Barkskin up, he took damage a couple times, so has to do a CON check to maintain it. Slightly less important in Gotur form vs bear, but +1 AC is +1 AC.))

((Cool - I did not realize that part of barkskin! Or maybe even any spell that requires concentration for that matter. I was aware of not being able to cast 2 that require concentration, but I don't think I've been playing with that damage piece, which I now clearly see in the rules))
(No worries about the rolls. They can be super finicky sometimes, and it happens to the best of us.)
Alton pulls out both of his shorrswords and makes two strikes against the dog now nearest to him (#3). Both are with advantage due to help from Mori, and the first includes sneak attack.
((Yeah there are a lot of concentration things that are easy to miss/forget. The Concentration saves are part of what make magic missile a strong anti-mage spell, since you trigger multiple saves (and on the other hand, what makes shield a strong anti-anti-mage spell). Another one that gets overlooked is that holding the casting of a spell uses the slot, takes takes concentration, and can be broken. So if for example, Gotur had barkskin up and one of his allies was injured but Gotur wasn't able to reach them and called for them to come to him... If I wanted to ready cure wounds to heal them as soon as they got close enough to touch, I'd expend the slot to begin casting it, then be holding it... which takes concentration, so would have to drop barkskin to do it... but then if he gets shot and loses concentration, the slots gone, and the ally never gets the heal.))

Alton, the crazed beast is able to dodge the first sword, and the second sword doesn't seem to hurt the thing as much as you might've hoped. (-1) It snarls at you.
Next Round: Gotur, Ralf, Creep, Creep's dogs, Mori, Alton
Gotur is up!

(I will move Ralf tomorrow if Snake does not make a play. Maps are also updated.)
(again, terribly sorry) Ralf will make incantations with his hands, firing a black beam at the tiny humanoid, casting Ray of Enfeeblement!
Ray of Enfeeblement: 20
The three teachings of Tyre:
Nothing is forbidden.
Nothing is sacred.
Nothing is impossible.
Also I stan Tomoe for life
(it's all good!)
Ralf, your magic bursts forth and covers the little guy, and the effects of the spell take hold!
The little creep and his dogs are surprised this round, and are too caught up in the moment of awe to react.
Mori and Alton are up!
(Alton is unseen. Advantage)
