(No, the rolls were for determining the cause of the overflow. If rest of the members agree with the idea, she will use a drill from Smith's Tools to sunder the metal bars.)
“I can get through there- stay back…” Tetrevess says (note- all communication intraparty can be telepathic). He uses the sphere to disintegrate the grate.

You'd have to be overland, but from here you csn probably tell by rhe striations on the walls that this happens regularly- it would produce the classic ring around the bathtub on the cave walls.
<@InkedBee: what do you want with the Shocker lizards anyway. He's just running around somewhere down here or maybe topside. What are you trying ro do with him?>
You csn access the corridor to the east of the chamber where you rested. It is flooded, but relatively straight. Water flows quickly theough the passage, pushing you effortlessly to the door at the end of the passage. Similar the to last door, it is a rou d stone slab with three holes in a straight line, each hole about 1 inch in diameter. At four evenly spaced points along the edge of the stone disc are rusting metal plates, aligned with four similar metal plates embedded in the cave wall.
(@Wile_E_Coyote, Gravity is trying to avoid the direct contact with the shocker lizard as a precaution. But, she wants to train him so that he can be used as a 'taser' to electrocute enemies.)
Gravity will use a periscope from the set of Thieves' Tools to see what's happening on the other side of the slab by inserting the scope into one of the holes.
Investigation (Thieves' Tools): (28, 27) (Proficiency bonus doubled and advantage due to skill and tool proficiency)
There's no light on the other side kf the door... but in anticipation of Gravity figuring out how to illuminate the room somehow, she will see that it's a large round room, perfectly spherical with smooth walls. The southernmost point has a large rectangular opening (15ft wide by 5ft high). Light does not enter through the opening.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.

Gravity has been waiting for Tetrevess and Sam to suggest a less destructive way for removing the barrier between the tunnel and the round room. Anyway, she will use the 'superior mason's tools' to manipulate the area of the cave wall that intersects with the rusty metallic hinges of the stone disk like an enthusiastic novice artisan.
<just a reminder: ruinblade is cursed and there is a negative effect if it is not used to destroy things regularly- you can save it up for the end of the week (I think it's per week - Oerth does not use the Faerûn tenday) but you can't do too much damage>
Gravity manages to crack the seal, the force of the water breaking the stone slab in half along the newly formed fissure. The two semicircular stone plates swish through the opening and into the spherical room beyond. One slide efforessly theough the rectangular opening as both are pushed in that direction .. along with Gravity, Sam, Tetrevess the guide and the calf. The second half of the stone seal has lodged against the wall, unable to fit in this orientation through the rectangular slot.
Make a Str (athletics) save or a Dex (acrobatics) save (DC15) to keep from being swept through the rectangular passage into whatever lies on the other side, (or voluntarily allow yourself to be swept away if that's what you would rather do.)
<there are plenty of places you can grab onto - any edge of the rectangle or the stone slab. >
Gravity grabs onto the forearm of Tetrevess and casts Warding Bond before letting it go while allowing herself to be swept away by the waterflow.
(The possibility of successful spell-casting depends on the fact that Tetrevess wears the platinum ring, otherwise it's ineffective. So, did he accept the ring?)

The bars are in pretty rough condition, they give way to Gravity's haphazard drilling. The path is narrow but you can now squeeze through.

Ruinblade growls, "Destroy the stone.. all crumble in the wake of ever expanding entropy."
(Just one option... you have a few.)
(Gravity has darkvision)
"We're about to get into a round room similar to the one we just left behind"- Gravity explains everything to the party, then adds gingerly:
"I don't see anything peculiar inside, but I know that someone or something's definitely detecting our presence."

So.. gonna try that direction or... ?

<I think he said it earlier. I'd allow a retcon at this point even if I'm 100% wrong about that fact.>
Waiting on Sam.
Eludicia tries to grab something as the water sweeps her from the room 16.
(Sorry for late response do I need to roll a save?)
sam looks “ahhh that’s not good”
<Only if you don't want to get swept through the rectangular opening. Gravity opted to allow herself to be without attempting a save.>
Dex save 18
