Reaching out with her Divine Senses Kazri does not detect anything.
Krom heads over to the other platform.
In the middle of the gazebo sits an unlit stone brazier, its bowl twenty inches in diameter. The brazier is full of snow and pine needles that the winds have swept away from the gazebo’s polished marble floor. Eight marble pillars surround it. The pillars at each if the four points of a compass have an etching of a flame in them. The other four each have etchings of a twig, a pinecone, a flame, and a humanoid hand.
"Ideally."Rhogar added after Krom's initial point. And as he went off to examine another set of pillars, the dragonborn stayed beside the first, offhandedly commenting, "Though, we should not underestimate the old magics. Some, from what I know at least, tended to require things that those outside those circles either would not understand, or simply cannot reanact without knowing the old ways... Or so Brother Vixix once told me."
Despite such concerns the Bronze hardly seemed despirited at the odds. He just resummoned Gorrah from her pocket dimension, and the two chatter each in their own way about the many of the carvings. Once Krom points out the smaller pillars having a similar set up towards them, Rhogar frowns and scratches husi chin. "I will not lie. The hand symbol concerns me the most. But all the same! Chill! Or.. hmm.. actually..."Rhogar looks to Gorrah, seeming to communicate something in thought. In response, the dragon scowled back at him, before flying off towards the nearby trees to look for twigs, pinecones, and a fallen feather.

It doesn't take long for Gorrah to scour the woods and find the items. The hardest is the feather but he eventually finds one of them and then races back to Rhogar a triumphant look on his face.
"Maybe we do not have to use all the items" says Krom "Even if I'm not an expert on elven history and rituals, but from what I know of their culture, I doubt that we will have to use an actual severed hand." the dwarf pauses for a moment before adding "But even among elves there may be someone that used unorthodox methods."
The dwarf points at the gnomon "Let's take a better look at the gnomon and at the carvings on the floor. We may find further clues." Krom walks towards the gnomon, examines the crystal trying to figure out if he can recall some useful information about the type of crystal (History18). He then chanting an hymn of Guidance examines the floor for carvings and other markings (Perception21 + Guidance1)
"If its the 'Old Ways', a severed hand is hardly unorthodox by its standards." Rhogar replied with a grin to his voice. And though his attention shifts to collecting the item's Gorrah finds, the Bronze nevertheless warns, "Be down in a moment. But, do be careful not to step on them. Could be offerings alone might not be the end of whatever ritual might be tied to gaining access to this place."
It takes Rhogar a few moments more to get finish getting situated and prepared to head down. But just before doing so, his attention is again drawn back to the first pillar with the abjuration magic. "I wonder..."He mutters alongside a few words in draconic, blissfully unaware of legs moving on their own accord, bringing him closer to the pillar. By the time the realization comes about, the Dragonborn dismissed any concerns in favor of focusing more on a closer inspection.
Expectations were low on finding another key to the puzzle. But, some hope remained of discovering the purpose of the magic in any faint sigils, positioning, and so forth that might give away the purpose of the magic, if not something else altogether in the process. ".... Is everything alright, Rekuberk?" He called somewhat absently. "You've been fairly quiet."
Krom moves down to inspect the gnomon and what is found around it.
Rising from the center of the circular depression is a tall, triangular, crystal gnomon—a device one typically finds in the middle of a sundial. It is thick near the base and narrows to a sharp point at the top. The snow around the gnomon has melted away, revealing a circle of symbols carved into the stone around it. The symbols depict phases of the moon, suggesting that the circular depression is not a sundial, but a moon dial.
Something has punched a rough hole in the wall in the northwest edge of the depression, creating a dark opening that leads under the hill.
Studying the lunar symbols Krom sees tiny inscriptions in Elvish around the full moon symbol (the white circle to the north) and the two half-moon symbols located on the west and east sides of the dial, but not the other partial moon symbols or new moon symbol (the black circle to the south).
Meanwhile Rhogar returns to the line of granite pillars along the south that had the mark or abjuration magic.
Each statue is life-sized, depicting an elf standing rigidly atop a 7-foot-high cylindrical base of wind-worn granite.
Rhogar know that The admiration school of magic encompasses protective spells. They create a physical or magical barrier, negate magical or physical abilities, harm trespassers, or even banish the subject of the spell to another plane of existence.
Perhaps these statues protect the shrine from being found.
Rekuberk nods as suggested and takes an antler from the moose, going forward to stay close with the others. As each of them go to look over the tomb he sits back and keeps his sword at the ready. "I do not want to find any traps if the elves set them. I can only imagine how they would trap this place."
With Rekuberk and Chill guarding the sarcophagus, Kazri goes to investigate the whole on the wall. Perception: 8

Chill continues to watch from the where the sarcophagus was.
"In my experience of looting old tombs on Chult powerful items are often buried with the dead in these things. But the dead often don't like to be disturbed either. My guess is the brazier is connected and you have to place those items on the brazier. Probably have to burn them considering the etchings of fire. The humanoid hand will be a bit hard to come by unless we take one from Ravisin."
"Maybe Ravisin or someone else made that opening in the wall as they could not execute the elven ritual." says Krom as Kazri informs him of the opening. "What do you see lass? Do you think that we could walk into the tomb from there?"
The dwarf asks to Chill "Have you found tracks near the main door? If there are not recent humanoid tracks near the opening we will know that Ravisin probably entered the tomb by that opening."
Kazri looks inside the burrow and the spacious chamber tucked under the hill is strewn with bones and holds the sleeping forms of several animals (foxes, hares, goats, owls, wolf pups, and young bears).
"Master Krom, I am not sure if we are able to enter the tomb from here, but I do see bones and sleeping animals. I wonder if this is where the Druid 'awakens' her creatures." Kazri takes a step inside the chamber and instructs Oli to wait outside (of the wall).

"Anti-Divination then? Or... hm.... Fortunately, a nip at the cheek from Gorrah brings his attention back to the present. "Ah! What is--Ahh.... Good point." With a hearty chuckle, Rhogar makes his way over to Krom's side, delivering his findings and listening intently to the rest.
Once the whole gets brought up Rhogar too tries to get a peek inside, wondering if Gorrah might be able to squeeze through it. In accidentally broadcasting that very thought, Gorrah flies over to the wall to try, folding in her wings and suck in her gut for maximum squeezability!

Rekuberk moves to examine the animals that are sleeping in the pit, keeping his sword ready to use at any moment. "Here is hoping that we will not end up having to fight these animals. I do not doubt we could win but it would be more then a bit unpleasant."
Seeing that Rekuberk already entered the chamber, Krom says to the rest of the group "I hope too that we will not have to fight those animals, but I fear that they may be already under Ravisin's control." The dwarf pauses for a moment looking at the chamber "Anyway since we have found an opening, we should enter and look for Ravisin, she should not be too far."
Krom waits for a few moments then takes a few steps inside the tomb.
