Bleep will look for a branch or small tree that is hanging over the river, preferably near where Ghee is, that looks like it can touch the river if his weight is applied.
If he does spot one, he will add enough force to it for it to dip into the water for Khan to, at least, arrest her being swept away.
@Lerus - will let you be the judge as to whether the below action is possible (eg cannot move far enough or get near enough to have another effort at saving Khan). If it is fruitless then Saros will only stare after the Grung as she floats downstream.
As the hapless Grung gets swept away from the attempts, Saros calls out an arcane phrase and dissolves into mist only to reappear 30ft downstream Misty Step and will move further if need be to reach out the pole once more in an attempt to give Khan something to grab hold of.
Additionally, he commands Omen to grab an end of rope from Ghee and fly after Khan, calling out to Ghee "Let the bird take an end of the rope". If the raven can carry the weight of the rope, then Omen will look to land on or just past Khan in an attempt to take the rope directly to her. (@Lerus - don't know what checks you want Omen to make in the attempt) striking the post based on Ghee's stated action below and replacing it with an alternative potential action from Omen below
As he sees Ghee attempt to fashion a lasso and toss it at Khan, he gives a command to Omen to watch the rope and if the Grung in the water does not take hold of it, attempt to fly down, snatch the rope out of the water and move it to Khan (@Lerus - if this becomes a necessity, let me know what rolls are need for Omen to make the attempt)

Ghee loops the end of the rope and ties a knot with an easy practiced motion. Tossing it towards Khan, he knows that a pull on his end should secure it around her.

At this point Khan is so dazed and bruised up that a weird song she overheard one of the greens sing began playing back over and over in her head. While she vaguely recalled being annoyed at the time, it now for some strange reason seemed oddly.... comforting. So much so, in fact, that her hands and legs began to largely move on their own to the beat, somewhat drowning out the physically and mental strain of her impending doom...
Saros sees Ghee trying to lasso Khan out of the river and sends Omen to help. The dwarf tries to throw his rope before the grung smashes against the rocks again but, even with the raven's assist, misses his target. Khan hits the rock and continues to thrash downstream. (Khan takes 13 bludgeoning damage.)
Bleep and Ang begin running as fast as they can to keep up with their leader. While they catch up, Sarosteleports closer and extends his gondola stick once more, but the orange grung is simply too far away from the tip of the modified tree branch.
While Darrik watches in awe, the purple and green grungs spot the perfect hanging tree branch. Bleep and Ang move closer and jointly put their weight on it so that it arcs toward Khan. Unfortunately, the current pulls her under right at the moment she would have come in contact with the tree branch, and yet another rescue attempt fails.
As Khan travels beyond the reach of any of the other party members, but just before exhaustion conquers her will to live, she begins paddling again. This time, she does just enough to change her trajectory so that her body crashes against a set of hanging roots. She is trapped there for a few moments before the rest of the party can catch up and pull her out of the river. Now safely on the muddy bank and surrounded by her crew and the Watchers, the orange grung begins spewing water. This is quite an embarrassing situation, but at least she is alive.
This river might have been Khan's greatest ever opponent.
(OOC: Feel free to add RP and other aspects in between this and my previous post.)
Once Khan has recovered, the party evaluates their surroundings and agrees on the way forward. Luckily, you all know by now that you still have to follow the river until you come across the path leading to the village of Weirding, and that's at least another 30 to 40 minutes away. That said, it must now be some time around mid-day, so a pause for lunch might be just what the group needs.
(OOC: Feel free to take a short rest at this time.)
Once you decide to continue traveling, the rest of the trip alongside the river is quite uneventful, if not a bit relaxing. You pass by a group of flowering jungle trees and get to enjoy their sweet scent for part of the walk. Beyond the rapids, once the river calms down again, the water is crisp and provides enough for the group to drink and for the grungs to bathe. The temperatures are not too hot, and the nearby river also helps cooling down when needed.
Eventually, just as the grungs had promised, the river crosses a well-defined dirt path perpendicularly. The frogfolk estimate that another four to five hours traveling northwest on this path should lead the party to the village of Weirding. With that in mind, the group continues onward. Away from the river, the temperature rises a bit and the walk is less comfortable. The canopy is less open as well, so your surroundings are somewhat darker and the air feels a bit heavier.
@Ghee:
At some point during your walk towards Weirding you spot a majestic white stag in the distance. You momentarily look away to point it out to your fellow travelers, but when you look back the stag has already dashed away. You attempt to spot it again but it disappears from sight.
After an afternoon of tiresome walking, the group finds themselves just a dozen or so minutes away from the village limits. If the party wants to agree on any plan before entering the town, now is the time.
Once Khan had recovered enough to open her eyes, seeing the Watchers, the draw to a close again in a tired sigh. "Now you see. Why Grung no use river. Better to have feet firmly on ground and Trees."She spoke. "Cannot keep one's fate firmly grasped while being dragged along. Those doing so rarely live long. Become food for Nangnang's rivals."
Afterwards, if Ang hadn't already sprung until action, Khan motions her over and just gestures to her most visible bruises and ripped skin. "Best not dwell long yet. Once... finished this-..." She pulls out a container made from some large, hard nut gives it a shake. "We go. Still much ground cover before rest."Having said that, she downs its contents, wait for Ang to at least set the worst injuries straight, and then despite feeling worse for wear, pointedly avoid leaning on anyone once on the move again.
Though the next while of travel would be painful, to say the least. Which is why -- even though perhaps more wary of ANY sources of water now -- the lunch break and bath time was a welcome relief. So much so that hardly a complaint comes out of the Orange once on the move again from there.

"Aye, nae maer messin' around in boats for us. Terra firma for us from now on."
Seeing Khan back to something close to herself Ghee collects his pack and spear from where he dropped them, fastening his rope back.
In getting back to their journey, Ghee considers pointing out a magnificent white staff to his companions but before he can gesture, it is gone leaving nothing behind it but a rustling of leaves.
Reaching the outskirts of town Ghee looks to Khan,
"Worth sending some ahead tae scout about or do ye reckon that other grung will keep clear?"

Khan just looked up to Ghee, and then back to the way ahead. "Standard Way of Things for Unknown Areas. Other Grung though unlikely. Keep homes quieter. Scouts find us sooner than us find home. If belong to other tribe, they approach within hour of Wierdling. If Lucky, will demand before trying to incapacitate non-Grung in secret. Maybe even offer-..." She looks over briefly to Saros and Derrik, before returning her attention to Ghee. "Trade."She said with a smirk and a snort, before shaking her head and focusing forward.
"If not spied or confronted. Not fear other Grung Hunters. They lurk outside if trail they find. Not worth trouble from locals... Speaking of locals, best Mr. Ghee do talking. You or... Watchers." She said with some reluctance.
Not missing the look and the sentiment expressed by Khan, Saros looks quickly to Darrik, then shaking his head regretfully addresses Khan's ambiguous comment "Come on Darrik, let's press ahead and not forget our goal"
As the party continue, Saros will ensure that the Grung are all in front of him - trust as they say, if for the naive
