I believe that your chill touch rolled a 1 on damage.
// OH okay...does she have Resistance to necrotic or something? Or am I able to tell that? //
Emre looks around, searching for signs of anything. (Passive Perception is 17) "Val, what kind of magic was that? And what did she do to your armor?"
(Intelligence/Arcana 2 if Emre can deduce how Morgantha vanished)
The cleric whispers a prayer and the symbol of Kelemvor on her shield becomes a light source, a glowing white sword which shines a bright light as she tries to keep her wits about her and her eyes open.

Emre will send her spectral sword over to attack the hag—realizing now that's what she is—and attack her (if possible), setting her shield firmly against herself to brace from any foul effect the creature is preparing.
Morgantha flinches but shows no other signs of pain.

Valanthe looks down at her armor, then looks up at the transformed old crone, saying, "Looks like I'll have to use your skin for my armor... if there's anything usable left of it." She then strides up to the hag and slashes her with the radiating longsword!
Morgantha appears weakened, but she screams, lashing out at Valanthe with her razor-sharp claws!
25 to hit. Damage: 15 slashing damage.
Morgantha's claws rake through Valanthe's armor and skin, leaving an unbearable wound. "Bella! Offalia! Get down here and help your mother!" she calls upstairs.

Emre places her hands on Valanthe. "I have a feeling they'll be down before long...if they're anything like their mother, we'll need protection from their magic. Valanthe and Thpas, can you hold them at the stairs if I keep up some magical Silence? Byllemura, you can hang back with me so that we can keep casting. If we keep them close together, I can hit them both with my chill touch cantrip."
As she speaks, she mentally commands her floating sword towards the stairs to the upper level.
// Emre will cast cure wounds on Valanthe, 6 hp. //
"For the children" Thpas drags his Shadow Blade deeply across the neck of the now dead Morgantha before rushing over to the side of the stairwell leading up so that he would be out of sight until the others of the coven reached the landing.
Valanthe looks down at the Hag and spits, then says, somewhat pragmatically, "When this is done, we search them and this building top to bottom."
Valanthe touches her heart and hums a small tune causing light to radiate from her hand at which point the slashes on her body already stemmed by Erme's magic, almost completely shut (Lay on hands for 15 hp).
Valanthe picks up a bag of flour and walks to the edge of the stairs mirroring Thpas and dumps the flour on the steps and base of the stairs. (// Idea being I'd like to see footsteps or the like should these creatures go invisible like Byllemura did. //)

Suddenly, an ugly, warted face pokes down from the floor above! "Hello, chickens! Where's mummy? Ave' you killed mummy?" Lunacy has made its presence known in the hag's voice.
A second face appears, this one uglier then the first. "Yes! The killed mummy! There's her bloody body! Look at the delicious blood flowing from her!" She then licks her lips.
The two women waddle down the steps, stopping right in front of Thpas. They are extremely fat. "How would like to be changed into a toad?" says the first hag. "And stepped on!" adds the second. "I bet that you've come for the children," says the second hag again, but her sister nudges her "that we don't have!" she quickly adds.
The two ugly hags stare down at you with hungry eyes.

Emre hears the sound of claws on metal, sending a shiver down her spine. "Hello, chickens!" says a voice from behind.
Turning around, Emre sees a hideous figure: Morgantha. But yet, she isn't!
Brandishing an orb of blue energy, Morgantha cackles as you all look upon her new form.

Thpas, frustrated he was not able to grind the old witch's bones, is amazed when he sees the eerily familiar, yet newest contender.
"you are no devil I've ever seen!"

Sylciss has a crazed look in his eyes as he attempts to remove the hair from the hag's own head. (Helping Thpas attack with advantage)
