Okay so it's Hilliard's turn? One suggestion to add clarity on initiative confusion might be to write in bold at the end of most DM posts, "It is now X's turn."
OOC: Right, I'm thinking that a 10' radius is going to shake a significant portion of the ship, as well as the water. But if it HAS to get the ground, then the water's too deep for it to do that, so it won't shake.
You could click the spell link I gave if you’re curious about its function on a ship. I’d note that in the description, it says “if the ground is loose earth or stone...” which seems to imply you don’t need for it to be literal earth to cast the spell.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Seems Balm is back in melee on the bunk bed, so she tries [spell[shocking grasp[/spell] on the one that closed again with her, before trying to dart away on a hit.
The wight moves away from the blast of flame, right in to Balm's attack. Electricity courses through it's body, causing it's dessicaited muscles to jerk and twitch wildly as it swings it's longsword and rakes at the warlock.
@nschrock - Balm and Whitley are in the room with the wight. Hilliard is about 15-20 feet down the hallway with one zombie, the second zombie is still tangled up, and I believe Biri gets to the room with Balm/Whitley now as well.

Pop goes the weasel, as it disintegrated into fairy dust.
Hilliard will cast earth tremor to try to knock Zombie A down (are these guys packed in together?) and move away from the fight
DC 13 Dex save 2 bludgeoning and prone
Paladin - warforged - orange
Would that work on a ship? And who's the save for? The caster doesn't need to save.
Yeah, I don't think that would work on a ship, since there's not actual "ground" to shake.
I suppose the alternate is that it DOES work, but everyone makes the save as it violently rocks the entire ship.
The radius is 10ft out from the caster, so it shouldn't effect the ground below the ship.

It’s also, you know... magic.

I’d assume the zombie that I described in my action, but there’s no map or clear description to easily determine if it effects anyone else.
Paladin - warforged - orange
Ok. Typically the DM rolls for NPCs, although, it might speed things up to have players do it when they trigger the save.
You mean when I rolled the damage?
Paladin - warforged - orange
Sorry, I thought the 2 was rolling the Dex Save.
It's arguable about weather the stone and such counts as earth, or if you can use it aboard the ship. It's just a DM-call ultimately.
In the interest of moving forward, I'll allow it. It'll cause the ship timbers to tremble in the spell's radius, enough to impact the Zombie.
Dex Save: 13

Shockingly the zombie trembles as the ship planks buckle and heave under it's feet...but it manages to stay standing.

Balm and Whitely, your actions are up for the next round.
OOC: Bump, need Balm and Whitley's actions for this new round.
Whitley will try once again to hit Monster A with a mote of divine light.

What does this fight look like right now? How close is anyone to anyone else?
