Arogna feels the battle rage rise in her and charges after Muharg with her hammer raised, targeting the mephit that isn't under attack by Muharg or by Bjorn's arrows.
I should have asked earlier, but how do you do ammunition in this game @TheBritGeek? Do we assume we have enough ammo or do we keep track of number of arrows, bolts, etc.
To be honest, I don't normally expect people to track ammunition, and don't often specify. If you track all your ammunition then it becomes something to keep track of, which isn't that fun. It also reduces the effectiveness of ranged weapons in comparison to javelin for example. Though, it does reduces the usefulness of the unbreakable arrow.
You fight mephits and as Muharg runs and deals the finishing blow to one of the creatures it explodes in a burst of lava. The burst of lava scatters flying bits of lava in all directions with Muharg, Arogna and Qinfaren in the blast ranage.

Arogna, enraged as her hammer swing misses its target, and roaring curses at the mephit, doesn't even notice the shower of lava heading towards her back.

Shad is comfortable behind Qinfaren when the firbolg disappears, jumping to one side. He will try to jump in the same direction and will cast Toll the Dead on the most wounded looking mephit: WIS DC 12 for 9.
Muharg manages to dodge out of the way, avoiding most of the burst of magma. Arogna and Qinfaren are not as lucky, and pieces of magma strike their exposed skin. Shad casts Toll the Dead on one of the remaining mephits almost finishing it off.
In retaliation, the mephit swoops in at Shad and tries to claw at him.
(Attack: 15 Damage: 5 slashing damage 2 fire damage)
The last mephit will take a swing at Muharg.
(Attack: 17 Damage: 3 slashing damage 2 fire damage)
DM Note: Arogna and Qinfaren take 7 fire damage, Muharg takes 3 fire damage.

"Just one left," Bjorn takes aim at the last mephit, secretly glad he had decided to stay at range as he sees the exploding little balls of magma. Steading his aim, he lets fly.

I think there are two still up, DM said "almost finishing it off". I am assuming the mephit has probably also swooped out of immediate melee range of Shad. If not, Arogna is now next to them both.
Arogna chases after the mephit that is attacking Shad, yelling at it, and tries to move between him and the creature. "Get back!" she calls to Qinfaren and Shad, realising that the fire-beast will probably explode like the other one. She readies her warhammer to hit the mephit if it makes an attack on her, provided that Qinfaren and Shad appear to be out of range, or if the mephit flies past her in their direction. If they are not out of range, she will not hit it.

Muharg grunts as some of the molten rock (thank you Matthew Mercer) flies past his shield and onto his skin. Nevertheless, he manages to parry the other mephit's attack and snarls, ready to finish it and to deal with the subsequent magma blast.
****ed up rolls:
Battle axe attack: 16 for 13 slashing damage.
DEX save if needed: 5 + 3 for a total of 8
Real results (if you hover on the rolls you can verify): Attack: 16 Damage: 12 DEX Save: 7
Edit: damn, that 1d4 bless ruined the critical hit formula. And now all rolls are showing all messed up.
If Shad can move farther from the closest mephit without triggering an opportunity attack, he will. If not, he will cast Cure Wounds on Qinfaren for 9 healing.
EDIT: Whether Shad can move without an opportunity attack or not, he will cast Cure Wounds on Qinfaren.

Qinfaren sees the mephit burst into a rain of molten rock with wide eyes. He leaps as best he can to move his large frame out of the way.
(Dexterity Save: 10 )
As Muharg notices the mephit exploding, grunts and tries to cover himself behind his shield.

The molten magma burns all along Qinfaren's arms. If he gets caught in the blast radius of another one of these creature he'll be done for.
Holding his shield up, he moves back away from the mephit, getting at least 10' away from them.
As he passes Arogna, he sees that she was burned badly as well. He says "Sermo qui sanat," as he passes by her.
(Action: Disengage Bonus Action: Casts Healing Word and cures 7 for Arogna)
Arogna mutters her thanks to Qinfaren as the pain of the burns eases, but she keeps her eyes on the swooping mephit.
