Sheyla will similarly relay the information that she had found and the reagents. "A night's rest, a bath, some cleaner clothing and resuppling are without a doubt needed. We can discuss which route to take back in town."
(Please add to your character sheets the divided gold and silver. )
You are now aware of two exits to this location. The one where Prentiss was brought in that leads to the upper structure ruined kitchen area, and the tunnel from the cavern where you came in.
Prentiss will exit via the way he was carried in. "I assume everyone knows the Stonehill Inn? We may want to use both exits from here in case one offers clues to Glasstaff's whereabouts"
“We may need to track down both in turn. According to this letter, we have become embroiled in some plot. I think our dwarven employer may owe us some explanation, if we can find him. With some luck, we may find all 3 together.”
"There's some food and drink over here, as well as some more money. Gods, this is more than I've ever seen in one place before."
Loren heads up through the stairs in the cistern, glad to be leaving this hideout and mind filled with ideas on what he could spend his treasures on. He also recalls the various other objects and items scattered throughout the dungeon - beaver pelts, weapons, food supplies. All likely stolen from humble merchants and townsfolk in the area. Maybe the Phandaliners could use such supplies to bring a little prosperity to the region, in addition to the surgical removal of this criminal element. The problem of Glasstaff and this Spider figure still present a problem, but nothing that a new day couldn't handle.
Loren is not particularly helpful, being short of frame and build (-2 str modifier!) but is eager to do what he can and quickly contacts the general store and tavern owner, as well as his halfling friend (what was his name? Benny Alderleaf? something like that) to find some more hands to move the goods up from the cave and someplace where they can be properly tallied and sold without too much trouble. Loren isn't particularly concerned with how much money is made off of this transition, but more that the town gets a good deal, and a bit of hope for economic revitalization and prosperity. Perhaps a pelt or two might go missing in transit, but Loren would particularly want to see that the weapons go to the mayor of the town, or whatever closest elected and lawful official, such that he might be equipped to support a volunteer town guard against any further bandit depredations. Essentially stocking up the town's arsenal so that a sheriff and his deputies could stand a fighting chance.
You find that there were three platinum signet rings in the crypts worth 50 g ea, you can manage 4 beaver pelts worth 30 g ea, and recall that Sheyla carries the treasure from the Nothic.
@Velshir and Sheyla
Nothing appears different as you leave through the tunnel and are able to return to town nearly unnoticed until you reach the streets. At this time you join the group again coming from down the down the road from the manor.
@Joshua and Prentiss
The only difference between leaving from the manor above or the tunnel below will be how quickly the townspeople notice that you are back. Should you wish to completely evade notice, the tunnel offers that possibility as its little know so far.
Your group is greeted with cheers and applause as you return to town and you are invited to the Stonehill Inn for an evening celebration. Your same accommodations will be available at no charge for the night and Toblen seems so relieved that he's gone all out on a feast for the locals. It appears that the other Redbrands departed shortly before you all returned to town and they are giving you the credit for ridding the town of them. Sildar, of course, wants to speak with the group again, but will leave you to the evening's festivities and your separate objectives until the following evening
Loren, Joshua and anyone else coming out with an armload of supplies are quickly approached by the local merchants who may recognize markings, etc. The group is additionally provided with 100g in reward from an accumulation of sources. The merchants will coordinate if no objection is made by the group and with the assurance that anything not very specifically accounted for be distributed to the townspeople to assist with things stolen. Arms and armor found will be given to the local newly established militia to enforce the peace - Sildar will ensure appropriate people handle this. All parties involved will be very conscious of any objection from the party(meaning DM will adjust if this is not an agreed fair outcome by the group)
It is Sildar's hope to meet with you all the following evening at the Stonehill Inn. Please advise either here or you may message me directly (or both) with your activities until then.
Joshua will spend the next day looking over his journal he carries and writing down the things he saw in the caves. (should be 20 GP to each of us) Also Would like to find out if the local shops have any healing potions.
You can buy them from Linene @ The Lionshield Coster. They usually run 50g but she will sell them to you for 45g ea.
You stopped into Barthen's first though and were directed here. He mentions to you that the other brothers of Gundren Rockseeker, Nundro and Tharden, were camped somewhere outside town when you came before and he was expecting them by now to come in to resupply so he could tell them about his brother's disappearance but hasn't seen them yet and is getting concerned.
Does Phandalin have a jeweler, or a merchant willing to purchase expensive luxury items from amongst the treasure? Perhaps as well an opportunity to buy other helpful items? (specifically thinking helpful magic items. Loren might tag along with Joshua for a while to wherever one might find healing potions, since he does now carry an unknown potion picked up from the Nothic's cave. It would be good to get that identified by a professional.)
Prentiss is conscious of his brush with disaster and well aware that without the group's intervention he would be far from receiving a hero's welcome - he would likely not be seeing this evening, let alone the next dawn. He responds to all celebrants as a matter of courtesy and probably overdoes the humility in pointing all praise towards Loren, Velshir, Sheyla and Joshua.
At an opportune time, not so early as to be rude, Prentiss retires to his room to relax with his book of poetry and find some calm. The next morning he seeks the town master to offer the silk pouch and its contents. "This is to be assigned as you see best fit, to benefit the young and infirm of Phandalin"
Sheyla will immediately want to take a bath and have her clothing washed. Afterwards she would like to stop by an apothecary to sell the rare ingredients and restock her healers kit.
Sheyla will similarly relay the information that she had found and the reagents. "A night's rest, a bath, some cleaner clothing and resuppling are without a doubt needed. We can discuss which route to take back in town."

Joshua joins the rest of the group in time to exit the area
Velshir:
“We may need to track down both in turn. According to this letter, we have become embroiled in some plot. I think our dwarven employer may owe us some explanation, if we can find him. With some luck, we may find all 3 together.”
Velshir:
“I’ll take the exit the way we came in, as I may notice something that has changed.”
"I'll go with Velshir. Your logic makes sense," she says in response. "Then we will meet at the inn."
Which way do the rest of you leave? Through the stairs in the cistern or the tunnel?
"There's some food and drink over here, as well as some more money. Gods, this is more than I've ever seen in one place before."

@ Joshua please add to your character sheet / thank you
(Need to respond to most in several hours as out of town for work. Missing my notes). Apologies for the delay
