After his successful attacks Bryn moves to position himself behind Doloran to assist Jormund and Jared. (The intent is to set himself up to be able to sneak attack Doloran.)
( Jormund's going to try to take the red robe down and move into position to help the rat-man... perhaps he can regain control of the rats. )
"My apologies there Ms Enya. Going to get dicey here!"
Jormund drags the red robe close to where the musician lies, so that the dwarf is almost standing over the crumpled rat-man. He then lets the red robe go, pulls his warhammer to his hand, and shouts, "Ye want battle?! I'll give ye battle!" while rapidly swinging his hammer at the false official.
Jared will also strike with his dagger, 22, doing 4 points of damage if it hits.
(I feel bad, having to act as the rules lawyer, but I still want to say this. When you dual wield, you don't add your dexterity/strength modifier to the second attack. Also, you have to have two light weapons in hand, so rapiers don't count. Sorry in advance if this is in any way considered bad behavior.)
Again, trying to lower their numbers, Ann rushes over to Red Mook 2, hoping to help Quinry. In a flash, she goes for a strike, hoping again, to pierce through some non-vital organs to drop another of them unconscious.
Jared will also strike with his dagger, 22, doing 4 points of damage if it hits.

This is a fair point. I didn't catch it, and I'm not gonna worry about it for anything up till this point. For this roll, I'm gonna just ignore the dagger and keep the rapier. If you want to switch to dagger + dagger again moving forward, I'll let you retcon that you were dual weilding daggers.
Rowan watches the rat-man go down, panics for a moment, then makes a (probably bad) decision. Sliding down from her horse and hoping it doesn't run away, she rushes to kneel by his side. After checking that he's still breathing, she tries her hardest to stop him from bleeding out. She still isn't quite sure if he's at fault for this situation, but regardless, he doesn't deserve to die.

Nope. I thought 11 would put the Mook down. Bryn stays with the Mook to keep him occupied and finish the job next round if no one else finished him this round.
Vedui will move to the next closest target, helping Bryn if there is an option....looking to see if he can recognize the fighting technique used by the warrior...

Hello All! Due to my being bad at editing forum posts, I had the manipulated die rolls tag on my previous post, and I decided to scrap my previous version of this and regenerate all the numbers because I didn't want there to be any discrepancies. It was a big round, so we'll see how this goes. Sorry for the confusion!
Jared, you strike at Doloran with your rapier, and deal a solid thrust into his side. 6 Damage Doloran
Bryn leaps over the body of the fallen crossbowman and seeks out another foe. You come at one of the red-robed man and slash open his arm with your first blow, only to have your hand deflected as you come through with your second blade. 7 Damage Red Mook 1
Jormund, as the rat musician falls to the ground, the wrath of the mail-maker fills you, and you find yourself overcome with holy rage against this bad link of a man. You drag him to the foot of the musician, and strike at him with a flurry of hammer strikes. One of them strikes true. 7 Damage Doloran.
Ann, seeing your comrade in arms facing off with one of the other Red robed men, you rush over and wet your blade with this blood. 12 Damage Mook 2
Quinry, your flurry of blows finishes off your opponent, and you turn your attention to the next combatant. (Let me know if you go after Red Mook 1 or Doloran.)
Rowan, you are moved to compassion, and seek to aid the rat-man. you attempt to staunch his wounds, but as you try to stop the bleeding, your hand slips and a new spurt of red begins spouting from the wound.
Vedui, after you finish of the crossbowman, you move on to the closest enemy combatant and attempt to engage him. However, the man anticipates your every move, as if he is performing a dance done many times before. His face is expressionless, dispassionate, almost clinical as he regards your attacks and easily parries them. Make an insight check with advantage.

Doloran: With the wind knocked out of him and blows falling on him from all sides, Doloran looks around desperately for a way out. Suddenly, he mutters "What is a curse but a new way to die?" as swoops to the ground and picks up the pipes, and begins to play. You immediately see him lock into the same lively melody of the musician and begin to transform into a rat as well, although much more rapidly than the musician. Simultaneously, he sweeps his scythe in an arc and creates a spectral visage of death between himself and the party, providing himself with additional protection. Charisma check for the rats: 8 (His transformation will complete in 3 rounds.
Mook 1: After dancing around your spear thrusts for a moment, the red-robed man's hood falls off, revealing an almost albino white face with ritualistic scars scattered across the forehead portraying a dying man. His face twists into a cruel smile "Interesting, you've trained with the brotherhood? The masters will be excited to know another lost sheep has been put to rest!" and will unleash a flurry of blows on you.
Attack: 15 Damage: 3
Attack: 16 Damage: 6
Rat swarms:
1.4 Lock onto Doloran's melody, and begins attacking Rowan
Attack: 9 Damage: 5
2. 13 Appear to be entranced as well, and make to envelope Jared
Attack: 18 Damage: 3
3. 11 Stop chittering, turn in unison, and rush toward Jormund.
Attack: 7 Damage: 4
4. 2 Appears unaffected by the melody, but is still extremely agitated. It smells the decaying flesh mound nearby and begins assualting the carcass of a dead pig with a hungry vengeance.
Rat Man: 16 Death Save. (2 failed saves)
Edit: In the previous post, rat swarms 2 and 4 switched their saves. I haven't modified because I don't want to make a mess again.
After losing most of his allies, Doloran decided to attempt to use the pipes against you. 3 of the 4 rat swarms have become entranced by him and are attacking you. Vedui and the red-robed albino mook share a fighting style, and the mook knows it.

"Oh no,"Rowan mutters as her shaking hand slips into the wound. "Oh no oh no oh no oh no."She has no idea what she's doing, and she's pretty sure she just made it worse, and both of them are covered in blood now, and there's fighting all around them, and they're probably all going to die here. Bunching up the corner of her cloak, she tries to use it to apply pressure. That's something you're supposed to do, right? She feels like she's read that somewhere...
((Trying the medicine check again. Fingers crossed for a good roll: 7))

Jared
"I'll end you before they end me," Jared tells Doloran as he thrusts his rapier at the villain. Hit: 13 and if he is successful Doloran takes 8 points of damage.
(Jormundreaches down and casts spare the dying on the former musician. And otherwise focuses on drawing all rat attention to himself and away from the musician to make sure he stabilizes. See message below for why I crossed these out. Jormund ascertained the musician was already stable.)
To Rowan, "Thank you, he's stable!"
”Still okay back there, Enya? Master chef, how are you doing... need a medic?”
To the group, ”He’s turning! Remember how the musician deflected arrows? Let’s end this fast...”

And in the flash of motion somehow his hammer is cocked again and again flies down at the leader.
