Kraven sees some of this companions jumping into the water and will shrug his shoulders, and follow along, but from up above and will fly on over, pulling out his bow just in case.
Gin make an attack and damage roll for me using the staff.
When you get to the coconut you find 5, 5, well bugs in it. 3 of the bugs all look almost exactly alike, orangish in color, standing on their hind 4 limbs, and their front 4 limbs acting as arms. Each about an inch tall. The next one stands taller than all just under 2 inches in height, rather than the orange coloring this one is green. And if he is almost twice as tall he is just as much or even more as wide, and as much as one could tell he is muscular. Lastly this bug person puts a horn to his mouth and speaks up.
"Hello big people. My name is Haulani, we are in need of your help."
Haulani is in the middle of the group in height, right around an inch and a half, rather than 8 limbs, this one has only 6, one set is legs, the other 2 sets are arms. He also seems to have some form of natural shell like armor. His skin and from the front the armor is the same orange coloring as the other bug people, but his shell armor from the back is more colors, starting at bright blues going to greens then yellows, for a lack of better words he has natural looking eyes are on his back. And he is wielding a spear.
Bonus action: Attack: 19 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
" Wait,Mist! Wait! Darn it! Why do you always jump in first and scout later! " Groans,.Gintarou grasps a hand axe and is ready to throw it. He waits and watches. About three minutes later, The giant lowers his weapon and says. " Hum… Okay. they look not so dangerous. " He clears his throat and shouts to the coconut ship. "Greetings little ones! We are adventurers from Greyheaven,. willing to lend our sword for a fair return… But first we need to know why you guys need our help! "
@Aubric
After answering the ship, Gintarou looks back and whispers to the dwarf wizard. " Hey Aubric! Have you heard or read anything about these bug people?"
Mist shouts back over his shoulder, "Pish posh! It's a coconut. What's the worst that could happen? Besides, did ya hear that? He called me Big People! I like them already."
Looking down to Haulani, Mist smiles joyously, like a kind unwrapping new toys on Christmas morning.
"So the forest is attacking your home? Way out yonder?" He points to the island in the distance. "How long have you been out here bobbing along on the tide? There's no way it's just a quick trip in a coconut..."
Mist's brow furrows as it hits him: "Wait. The forest is attacking your home?? How's that now? Is it creatures or plants come to life? Are they... How do I ask this delicately?... Your size or ours?"
(@DM is the island in the direction the compass is pointing when Gintarou puts the staff in the bag?)
Druquilla rolls her eyes at Mist calling for her to follow him but with a sigh does follow curious as to what was floating towards them. Seeing the tiny creatures does leave Druquilla even more curious wonder to herself just how such creatures were actually able to survive, but stays silent allowing her halfling companion to ask all the questions.
"We have been at sea for over a week, trying to find someone to come and help. Its the plants that are attacking, and the size changes, but its not huge like you all are." Yes the compass points to the island.
Aubric finally catches up with the group after having been under deck alone for the last 2 days. You've been with him for a bit now, it is surprising to see the clean shaven dwarf with jet black hair now instead of his usual red/brown. But more surprising are his eyes. They were nice light brown, but now are a very deep almost black purple color.
He looks curiously at the bug people and responds to Gin "I have not ever seen or read anything like this." to the bugs "Have you always been this way?"
"Ah, I believe what my..." Mist trails off, staring at Aubric's new look. "...dark and brooding companion means is... um... 'Have you always been at war with the local flora in this way?' Yeah, I'm sure that's it. Has this happened before?" He shoots a look back at the dwarf. Aubric hears in his head, "Don't be rude to the desperate bugs! I'm sure their situation isn't hilariously silly in any way!" A snort of laughter escapes the halfling before turning back to the miniscule mariners. "It just so happens that our present bearing is toward this island of yours. I'm sure uprooting a few shrubs along the way won't set us back significantly!"
He playfully (and carefully) lifts the coconut ship slightly out of the water, marveling at the whole spectacle of the thing.
"Why don't you come aboard and hitch a ride with us? We'll get you back home much faster than you could manage on your own."
If no one objects, Mist will bring them back to the ship.
" Wow! What happened to you! " Gintarouopens his eyes wide when he sees the face of the dwarf wizard. " Did you read too many books? Or someone splashed ink on your head! "
@ Mist
Seeing Mist take on helping the bug people, Gintarou thinks it's time to prepare a boat. Since drowning in the dream, he isn't feeling like swimming anymore. " I expected the next adventure is under the sea… but it seems we have to go to jungle exploration first. " While loading their adventuring gear, the warrior asks Jarin. " Do you have any kind of insect repellent? I've heard there are nasty… " He looks at the little people on the coconut ship and clears his throat. " … Creatures in the jungle. I'm not racist. Just prefer to be prepared."
"The plants started to attack a few months back now, at first it was an attack on an exporation party, and those Oahtu were able to defend themselves, but the plants got smarter, then more agressive, when we left the plants were attacking the city itself, maybe once a week." Haulani is thankfull of the lift to the ship, but you do notice that the cocanut did slow down a lot when you got to it. (It would not keep up with the ship but it could probaly keep up with a row boat, that you will need to take to shore.)
Mist's intention was to carry the coconut onto the ship with him rather than make it try to keep up.
"Who's drivin' this thing?" Mist shouts as he shakes the water out of his hair onto Aubric yet again. "Head for the island! We've got some prunin' to do..."
You all climb into a boat withLalia, who helps row the boat.
Once you get to the island there is a dock. It looks like an old fallen tree, whoes branches are being used as each slip, your row boat takes up the largest slip. There are other cocanut ships along with other kinds of ships, most look like miniture versions of huminoid ships.
Once on the beach you see that the Isand is some what larger than you would have thought but it is not massive what so ever. The sandy beach bleeds into a grassy area. You can bearly see all the way across the island in most parts but there is an area with a tight forest the trees while close are not all that tall for trees, 6 to 8 feet tall.
Haulani yells into his horn again at you, "We have had visitors before but you will have to have this done first." And he nods at on of the 3 smaller ones, they pull out a wand and wave it at you all and you start to feel wierd, as you shrink down and to the size of the Oahtu. Mist and Laia are still shorter than everyone else, and now even the Oathu, Gin is still just a little smaller than Haulani is. "Good now we can travel to Kuloa."
"Woah woah woah!" Mist protests when he sees the effects of the spell. "Now why would ya go seekin' out big people like m'self if you're jus' gonna make 'em into small people? Isn't that missin' the whole point? At this size we'll be at the mercy of the shrubs just as you are! Where's the advantage in that?"
Kraven ruffles his feathers in annoyance, "Being small and even smaller is not the way to go when going on the attack, I much prefer being back to my original size."
"Well you would surely not fit into the castle at your size, and the Queen is not leaving her tower of late. And of course we are able to return you to your size."
Druquilla is caught off guard at the sudden shrinking spell, "A little warning next time would be preferred."
After she takes a moment to adjust Druquilla jumps a few times with an inquisitive look on her face as an idea begins to form. Turning her attention to Mist a mischievous smirk takes shape on Druquilla's lips as she calls forth her spectral school of fish with a wave of her hand in order to cast Mage Hand then uses the fish to attempt to lift Mist into the air.

Training goes a little rough for Gin but nothing too bad.
I would say with Aubric's background he would not have.
