The second monstrosity;s ell head will do the same thing, for this one I will need the dex saves from Jecob and Kuatho, same DC 15 dex save or 24 lightning damage, 12 on a success.
It will then take a bite with the shark head at Kuatho, Nat 1 no damage, the dolphen head will head but him also, Nat 20, 22 bludgining damage.
You all may take your next turns. I also have put colors on the monsters, Varlan and Kuatho I have moved you each next to one of the monsters, for everyone else who is not next to a monster yet please let me know which one you are attacking by the colors I have made them.

Kuatho is also reeling from the 22 bludgeoning damage from the dolphin head, he is bloodied. Kuatho attacks the blue dot ell, using his spear, but also uses a point of ki for a flurry of blows, with one being replaced by a hand of healing.

Flurry of blows : Kick : Attack: 22 Damage: 10
Hand of healing : He makes a circular motion with his hands and heals himself for 6 hit points.

(Based on the map, Kuatho and Mist are within 10' of the paladin, so they both get a +3 on the save due to Aura of Protection. Kuatho 13 -> 16, so only half damage! :)
Jecob DEX save (all rolls in game log): 15 It is only due to the benevolence of the Oarsman's aura blessing that Jecob avoids the worst of the lightning (12 damage).
He swims west to the red-dot that Varlan hit. (Ideally, 5' west and 10' south of Varlan. That should be enough separation to avoid both of them getting hit by the breath weapon.)

He adds a (1st level) Divine Smite to his first attack. (I assume the second misses?) Damage: 11 bludgeoning and 10 radiant

Mist gets fried. His hair stands up and his eye twitches uncomfortably.
Attempting to shake it off, he swims around the other side of Jecob (realizing the double bonus of using him as a meat shield as well as this fancy thing making it easier for him to avoid getting hurt) and squeezes off a pair of bolts of dark energy at the red chimermaid while allowing his giant henati tentacle to slam down on it from behind!
Varlan Dex Save: 4, but he uses his reaction to cast Absorb Elements then moves to flank and strikes at the enemy next to him, now with even more electricity surging over his fists.
The red monster gets blassed by Mist, the blasts cause the monster to move a bit causeing just the tip (lol) to smack him (flavor for why the damage is so low).
Varlan's attacks hit, and a small serge of electricy runs over its body.
Kraven's daggers hit and the Monster lets out an odd shriek, from the eel, (the eel is shrieking) (I can't believe how bad at spelling I am, that I have been spelling eel wrong).
Now the Monster's turns, the Blue one regained its breath weapon, Kuatho I need a dex save again, DC 15, don't forget to add the 3 from aura. 24 Lightning or 12 on a success.
Having no other targets the shark head will bit and the dolphan head will ram with it's nose, shark is a nat 1. Dolphan is 12 to hit, and 16 bludgioning damage (max damage on such a low roll)
The red eel did not gets its breath weapon back so the eel head is going to attack at Jecob, with a 15 to hit and 16 slashing damage (again max damage that I am sure didn't hit) the shark head and dolphan will attack at Varlan, 13 to hit, 11 piercing damage, 25 to hit, 15 bludgioning damage.

Kraven will continue moving around the creature but now swim about 20' above the weird thing and throw his daggers down on top of the creature, slowly making his way closer to Mist and the other creature.
I will allow Kraven to hold the SAD for the second attack (I do need you to roll a second attack due to disadvantage from distance) becuase the first one dies as the dagger hits it.
[OOC: Did not even edit my post and it messed up the rolls. I believe the total damage was 27.....1st attack was hit 21 - 9 damage, 2nd attack was hit 23 - 10 damage and then sneak attack was 8 damage. Disadvantage roll in log was a 15. Dunno if that affects any of the above decisions.)

Kraven squawks out an alarm and then swims back 20' letting loose a couple of daggers at the nearest creature.

Kuatho does not let the pain bother him long, and rather makes 3 quick attacks at blinding speeds, all hitting, and the monster is looking rough.
The 12 does miss. but the 21 points of damage does send the monster screaming.
