Oh and primarily oylimpic gods please, maybe some notable titan age ones.
Out of the Big Twelve:
Zeus - dead. He sucks, and it would cause beautiful chaos! KILL HIM.
Aphrodite - dead. there's no wooing fire robots.
Athena - missing. She's sequestered herself away, waiting for the perfect time to return.
Ares - gone evil. He's killing everyone as revenge. EVERYONE.
Hephaestus - enslaved. MAKE BIGGER ROBOTS.
Hera - dead. She was killed protecting Zeus.
Apollo - imprisoned. Fire don't kill Apollo.
Artemis - missing. She's hidden with Athena, but her patience is waining.
Hades - untouched. He just keeps on stayin' alive.
Demeter - dead.
Dionysus - dead.
Hermes - dead.
Hermes is actually much more powerful that people tend to give him credit for. He’s powerful enough to stand up against the other gods and defend humanity, when the rest had lost all faith in humans.
I am half remembering some story about Hermes. Though I might be mistaking him for another God, and if so, feel free to correct me.
He is also super fast. Fast enough to outrun fire I’d say.
Also, I agree that Hades would survive. You can’t kill death, and he is quite literally lord of the dead.
I have to point out that not only have gods died but,3 gods have specifically died to a creation of hephaestus.hephaestus is also the only reason zeus is alive, because somehow zeus got saved by hephaestus's time traveling metal cat(probally a chronology error or plot hole but it's really funny).
Where did you get your information on the time traveling cat? Also, gods can only be killed by other gods.
a few youtube videos,2 large scale wiki's on greek mythos and a direct excerpt from anceint greek transcripts.Got it wrong though it was a time traveling dog.
Again pointing out the 3 times a creation of hephaestus killed a god.
So, "god" is actually a weird word when dealing with Greek Myth. It makes them all sound much more like big G God than what they really are.
Like, the Olympians are all pretty close to immortal, which is why Chronos ate nearly all of them, and yet they survived. This isn't the same with the Titans, or "petty gods" who were their parents and are generally easier to kill... except for those who weren't and Zues fed to another Primeval force (Tartarus).
Heck, the only real story of Divine Mortality that I can remember is when Zues absorbs his first wife to prevent her from having a son to castrate and overthrow him... which results in the birth of Athena.
Techinically, the chimera, hydra and medusa(depending on your sources I suppose) are all gods, all of which have been slain by half-gods.
Half gods are confusing, most of them seem hard to kill but mortal. However,Dionysus is a technically demi-god in his current form, and he is beyond immortal.Being a deathless god of insanity in some forms and still have some death related myths attached to him.
Beyond the land of the sun,by the gates of hell lies velobarn.Velobarn is a millitary settlement connected to hades, here hades and persephone have prepared an army of the once dead. They hope to defeat the robots, which are programmed to fight things slightly more alive. However they are currently suffering from terrible infighting between those that used to live in Tartarus and the ones who Landed in Elysium after death.
The guide to races of the Hephaestomatchy (which is now the offical name for this world bit on shallow and one the nose, but it works)
Undead of velobarn, you know what this is already.
Humans (variant human too)
Rogue robots(warforged)
half-giants(goliath)
Demi-gods,custom race yet to come, not much background needed.Could also be played as aasimar, tiefling, dwarfs, orcs Etc depending on the type of demi-god.demi-god
Sunheld/moonheld.Strange corruptions of other races, created from the power of the sunlands or darklands. They hold duel power of the sun or moon, hot and cold, light or dark,Destruction and protection, chaos and order, fire and water. These guy's are gonna be feats instead of proper races.Could easily be played as genasi, assimar, tiefling,or dark elves as well.
The enedrévon, octopus like people who live down in the depths with the sea gods.Another custom race, though could also be played as sea elfs, water genasi, tritons or simic hybrids as well.
The sfagí,A race of violent four armed warriors,They spill blood and reek of carnage. They are born from aries quest to kill all.Another custom race.
They may be More races and you could totally play others in this setting, but these are the most, notable common and Unique races.
Deep beneath the waves lies the land of októdáfi.This sprawling city is the home of poseidon and the enedrevon,It's buildings are fashioned from sediment, shell and coral. The land here is incredibly cold, most people would freeze overnight in this city. The land is home to 8 large temples(half of which belong to poseidon) each of which the center of different district.Fish and other sea food are common meals here, sea weed makes up most of the diet. From above the waves they gather a variety of spices.
Trigger warning:canabalism and mythological inaccuracy.
The rătăcitori are a group of nomadic people, they wander large stretchs of this blasted landscape and keep herds of pegasi(this is a notable departure from greek myth, since the pegasus is normally a single entity, but it works and is cool.)They worship poseidon, hermes and the four winds, whilst wandering they look for wide open plains, upon which there herds can feed. While there horses feed, they set up houses made from mud and thatch, and make simple weapons from bone, string and metal. They get most of there food from hunting and some of it from gathering. The products they get from the pegasi include feathers, ethereal oil(oil secreted from the feathers of pegasi, used for cooking, magic and to make fire easy) and poop (which they use to make bombs). If a pegasi or tribe member dies, there feathers and hair are scattered to the four winds, and the organs burned to hermes and poseidon. They then ritulistically feast on the flesh,as many canabalisitic tribes from around the world did.
In a fight or during hunting, they would mount the pegasi and shoot arrows from above. In actual combat, they would also use bombs and enchant there arrows with the lightning that prometheus gifted to the people of earth.
I have to point out that not only have gods died but,3 gods have specifically died to a creation of hephaestus.hephaestus is also the only reason zeus is alive, because somehow zeus got saved by hephaestus's time traveling metal cat(probally a chronology error or plot hole but it's really funny).

Wow, picking on someone for a typo. Luckily spelling is not a required skill for D&D unless you have some kind of runic spelling bee puzzle.

Greek myth nerd?If you think the greek gods were unkillable, you need to go back to stage one. Some of the most famous myths are about god dying, plus a few more obscure ones (like all 6 times Plutus died, before hades just says no.)
Plus, the wiki's had historical records, and are highly reputable. One of the youtubers is actuallly, a historic academia, with 2 decrees in history and some in greek myth.
In between the sunlands and the darklands, lies the small strip of land with somewhat normal seasons and day cycles..This area is somewhat tropical, with regular monsoons in large regions of the area.Other parts are swamps, grasslands, and the occasional savanna.Part of this area is the tropical in-let of ampéli.This in-let is the lair of dionysus. Here,Many people come here to have great parties, and dionysus gifts the greatest parties in this land with his presence. The land is also well known for the fact that is naturally causes people to get absurdly drunk, and the large quantity of grapes, perfect for making wine.
A secondary magic system for this setting,MYTH.Myth is the power of fame, and comes to all who are famous. The magic enhances your ability to things your famous for, often empowering you to perform normally impossible acts. This power normally scales with the users fame, and specifically how many people know specific details about them.Because this magic simply comes from fame and association,it can be gained through pure association. One connected to a myth user draws from their myth, empowering in the same way as the original user.
Well it is assumed all character of 5th level and above wield this power, paladins and bards master the magic of myth in particular.
Currently working on the endrevon, and looking for some idea help (currently, they get stealth prof, water breathing, swim speed and nimble escape reflavored as shooting ink.)
Edit:I have decided that instead of being their own race, endrevon are simic hybrids that can also choose from the following mutations.
Camouflage
You have advantage on stealth checks, and can take the hide action as a bonus action.
Blinding Ink
You can take the disengage action as a bonus action. In addition, you learn either fog cloud or color spray and can cast the chosen spell, once per day without a spell slot.
5th level adaptations
Increased intelligence
Your intelligence score goes up by one,and you gain proficiency in two skills of your choice.

Hera-Living,killed Zeus before the godslayer bot, angering Hephaestus.
Artemis-Hiding inside an invisible realm, made by Hecate. They are waiting to strike.
Athena- leads a empire on the edge of the sun lands. Is working with Eris to defeat Ares.
Demeter-Was spared by Hephaestus,as she is way too important to kill.
Hermes-Same as Demeter. They plan to overthrow Hephaestus, and are gathering an army with Artemis and Hades to do so.
Dionysus-After being killed 23 times, was allowed to live in peace.Still causes problems, thanks to being a god of insanity.
Ares-Amassing an army to kill every sentient being on the planet.
Eris-Fighting Ares with an army of rogue robots.
Hestia-Same as Demeter, but also helps Athena,Hecate, and Selune with their empires.
Hecate/Selune-Queens of the moonlands.Hecate focuses on learning more magic, and protecting the empire's borders.Selune is focused on the citizens life's,and is a great ruler,if a little too focused on Hecate's love.
Hades-Doing their everyday thing, plus amassing an army of undead.
Just to note: anti-magic, as in the spell, has no effect on gods.
The gods are immortal. Only other gods/titans can kill them, and the robots are not gods, just powerful robots. The robots could defeat them, and maybe destroy the physical bodies - but being gods beyond restriction to mortal bodies, they can just keep coming back as often as they want. They're true immortal, not just ageless, as in immune to any death not also caused by equal divinity.

A caffeinated nerd who has played TTRPGs or a number of years and is very much a fantasy adventure geek.
Techinically thanotos is death, and their not doing so hot(robots are not very killable in the practical sense no souls and all).

That's a great topic to debate! Similarly, how do demi-gods fit in (like Heracles, who is burned to death, but doesn't die).
Half gods are confusing, most of them seem hard to kill but mortal. However,Dionysus is a technically demi-god in his current form, and he is beyond immortal.Being a deathless god of insanity in some forms and still have some death related myths attached to him.
