At level 9 the Artificer shouldn't need to select any infusions in the character edit screen and they should see the available infusion go up to 6, but it stays at 4.
Also related, though less of a bug, there is no way of splitting the power armor into the chest, boots, bracers, and weapon for infusions.
The Thunder Gauntlets do not receive the proper mods from Strength only from Int I do not believe this is intended due to the wording on the armor weapons of the Powered Armor description stating that the armor can use Intelligence. It should use Int or Str whichever is better. Here is the link to character showing the with a belt of Stormgiant strength worn and attuned to.
Like, I was eventually able to find this, in the features section, in a subsection, with no obvious indicator it is even clickable of all strange things. But you still can't infuse it, or dual wield it. And as far as I can tell the gauntlets can't be made as weapons in your Homebrew system.
Has there been any progress in fixing the helm of awareness infusion? It still does not allow for infusing it, saying that there are no items that can be infused

So far this session I have hit my teammates twice, flat-out missed 3 times, and only hit the enemy twice. Trust me, you don't want to borrow my dice.
The UA Artificer Infusion "Spell-Refueling Ring" requires an action to use. However when the infusion is applied to an item, it's showing as a Reaction, not an Action.
Not a fan of the artificer class & the entire Druid class needs a major nerf revision (to drop it to equal power levels of other classes) before tacking on more subclasses.
I have an Artificer who would love to make a shine new helmet for the party, but can’t because even though enchanted helmets exist, nobody in all the realms has figured out how to make a nonmagical helmet yet?!?

When equipping Heavy Armor with a 3rd level Artificer - UA Armorer Specialist base movement drops from 35 to 25 (when infiltrator mode is selected) or 30 to 20 (when guardian mode is selected). The character's strength is less than the 15 requirement for Plate Armor, but as per the UA, the Artificer can ignore the strength requirement.
This can be rectified by overriding the base movement.
Best solution would be allowing us to select a set of armor to be set for power armor which ignores weight and strength.

Armorers are supposed to be able to change the model of their battle armor on a short or long rest but there is no way to pick the model on the character sheet. It appears the only way to change the model of armor is in the level management menu. Am I missing something?
I have created an Armorer Artificer for a game starting at level 3. He does not have heavy armor available as starting equipment so has scale mail. This means he is unable to benefit from the power armor features until he buys heavy armor
The problem is that when selecting model of power armor it is not possible ot select "none" so his character sheer must either include the guardian or infiltrator armor features.
In an ideal world it would be better be be able to change the armor model while viewing the character sheet (as it can be changed during a short rest) but if the coding makes that too difficult you should at least be able to say while editing your character that you have no power armor, or the power armor features do not come up unless you are wearing heavy armor.

I imagine if it makes it to official release (which I hope to God it does) we'll see some revisions on how this functions on this site.
I have an Artificer Armorer, and he is using Power Armor on Splint Mail. The Armorer rules say that I ignore strength requirements using Power Armor. However, the armor is still penalizing me 10 feet of movement. Can there be some way besides overriding the movement score to reflect that an Armorer should not be penalized? Some approaches:
1) Allow the Power Armor ability to select a suit of armor in the inventory, and blank the movement penalty (ideal). This could work like Infuse Item for item selection.
2) Allow any suit of armor to disregard movement penalty in Customize for that armor
Yeah - this is mentioned in the bug thread, but they haven't responded to it yet. There was a post in the subreddit about it from someone who said they'd been emailing support, who basically told him it can't be done. I'm waiting to see how it turns out; I'm really enjoying my artificer.

I hit the same thing and came to ask... currently I have studded leather armor and all the Infiltrator properties apply even though they shouldn't. Is there any update on this?

Yeah they can't make it conveniently do that using modifiers. Would have to code that specially.
You understand that these screenshots of how to make the armor or weapons work doesn't say how to actually do that, right?

Yep. That is wrong.

Ranger looks interesting though.

I know this is UA content, but can someone confirm why I am seeing something weird in Character sheet?

Armorer can't set armor as power armor to get said benefits. Not the armor type, but the power armor.
