Actually i am a drow with high charisma(18) and dexterity(20) but i think that the problem is that i should need the dual-wielder feat plus war caster in order to mantain hex. I would like to have a more assassinate( lvl 3 rogue) based character but in that case i would probably need alert feat too.
In that case I would follow this progression:
Fighter 2: Fighting Style, Second Wind, Action Surge
Warlock 5: 2 Invocations (my choice: Agonizing Blast, Devil's Sight) + Warlock's Extra Attack (Thirsting Blade). I like Fiend because of Dark One's Blessing and Fireball
Rogue 3: Assassinate
FYI: I chose Devil's Sight because a caster of Darkness can't see in it either. And it's a fantastic combo giving you advantage for free sneak attack and them disadvantage vs your high AC. The downside is it likely hinders other members of your party. If that's something you're not okay with, I'd replace Devil's Sight with something else. My personal favorite after that would be either Eldritch Sight or Repelling Blast.
For feats, I recommend Warcaster as it enables casting and opportunity spells and concentration on Hex and other spells.
Edit: Alternatively you could go Fighter 1, Warlock 5, Rogue 4, giving up Action Surge for another feat. You can always get the 2nd level of Fighter later. This puts you closer to having 3d6 sneak attack dice and Evasion.
All good ideas, you want to create a magical assassin it all depends on how you want to play it.
You know your character is 10th level, so look at what levels of what class you want. Then look at how you started.
From what you have said, your character is a Drow Elf and you wanted Warcaster and Alert feats (so you will swap out 2 ability score improvements).
Fighter 2, Warlock 5, Rogue 3 was suggested as were alternatives: Fighter 1, Warlock 5, Rogue 4 and Fighter 5, Warlock 3, Rogue 2.
Multiclass rules are met with your High Charisma and Dexterity. What background are you choosing? I presume Criminal or
Starting as a Fighter: Strength and Constitution Saves, 10 +Con Mod Hits, 2 Skill Proficiencies (plus Background and Racial ones): Later gaining a Rogue skill and thieves tools
Starting as a Rogue: Dexterity and Intelligence Saves, 8 +Con Mod Hits, 4 Skill Proficiencies (plus Background and Racial ones): (Total 7)
Starting as a Warlock: Wisdom and Charisma Saves, 8 +Con Mod Hits, 2 Skill Proficiencies (plus Background and Racial ones): Later gaining a Rogue skill and thieves tools
Simplest thing for Fighter is Champion, but Battle Master could be interesting.
Fighter 1 gives you a Fighting Style and Second Wind; Fighter 2 gives you Action Surge; Fighter 3 (Champion- Improved Critical), (Battle Master- Combat Superiority (3 Maneouvres, 4 D8 Dice, Student of War); Fighter 4 (Take a Feat); Fighter 5- Extra Attack (Not necessary if you have Thirsting Blade Eldritch Invocation)
Warlock 1- Otherworldly Patron, Pact Magic, 2 Cantrips, 2 Spells (1st Level Pact Slot); Warlock 2- Eldritch Invocations (Two), 3 spells known (1st level); Warlock 3- Pact Boon (Blade Pact) 4 spells known 2 of which can be 2nd level; Warlock 4- (Take a Feat) gain a cantrip (total of 3) and an extra spell (total of 5); Warlock 5- Extra Invocation (total 3), extra spell (6 total- 2 of which can be 3rd level)
To get 2 feats you will need to have 2 classes at level 4.
I would suggest starting as a Rogue, have 4 Rogue levels, then 4 levels of Warlock (Thirsting Blade and an invocation of your choice), Green Flame Blade cantrip, then 2 levels of Fighter. Feats Warcaster and Alert taken instead of ability score improvements. This character is definitely a magical assassin, probably wants to get access to 3rd level spells for Dispel Magic. But 2nd level spells of note: Invisibility, Misty Step and Spider Climb. I can see you action surging and sneak attacking.
Alternatively you could be less magical and go Rogue 4, Fighter 4 and Warlock 2 (NB Thirsting Blade is not available as you wont be a Blade Pact Warlock) but Devils Sight, Eldritch Sight are available. This would be "meh" in my opinion as you will not have an extra attack (except after action surging).
Warlock and Fighter both go well together, they like short rests. Thirsting Blade invocation does not stack with the Fighters Extra Attack. Which Patron will you choose?
Archfey for features, subtley, illusions and enchantments or Fiend (features, spells are less subtle) or Great Old One for features, illusions and enchantments. Or the Unearthed Arcana patrons- Seeker, Hexblade or Raven Queen
I don't think your character will be useless, whatever way you choose to go. He or she will be good at a variety of things, will be able to cover many areas within a party of adventurers (such as Face, Scout and (Striker) Assassin). Obviously you wont have access to higher level abilities of a Fighter (an Archetype feature, 2 more Ability Score Improvements and Indomitable), a Rogue (more Expertise, Evasion, 2 more Ability Score Improvements and an archetype feature. Or a Warlock (Higher level spells, more Eldritch Invocations, Ability Score Improvement and a Patron feature. Still there will be plenty of things you can and will do.

Let's see:
Fighter 5 (for extra attack) champion
warlock 3 (pact of the blade) the patron is up to you i like archfey
rogue 2
You must have high charisma and dexterity.
Ok. I would suggest to put aside dual-wielder, at least for now, and choose war caster and alert (al level 10 you have 2 feats at most).
But my final suggestion is try not to think too much about maximizing things. Proceed with your character in a way that is appropriate for the story.
