So you are basically making a +2 weapon, think of it that way. The path will eventually make all of their attacks magical (6th level). Talk with your player about their tribe or background and mold an item to that. Maybe it is a skull given by a shaman that hones the wild spirit and is worn as a pauldron, a simple feather ornament worn loosely in their hair, a tattoo of viscous hamster, anything that seems to fit the character. Just remember, it is a +2 weapon enhancement that only activates when raging. The way of the Beast allows a lot of versatility with weapon choice. Most fighter classes do not have the advantage of carrying around three, +2 magical weapons with useful secondary affects. Bite is a life-drain war pick, claw grants an extra attack, and the tail is just a lance.
It is definitely an item which must be attuned. +2 weapon would cost 4000gp.
Thanks for the response - I specifically wanted to ask how I actually create this item on DnDBeyond though, I understand fluffwise how it works but how do I actually create the modifier to these attacks from a wondrous item. Is it even possible?
I'm trying to avoid creating x3 magic weapons if I can.
I just ran through the item creation process and it is not as homebrew versatile as pencil and paper. I made a quick wondrous item, but realized that unless it is a weapon, you will have to modify each type of attack separately in the character sheet editor under attacks.
Beast's Soul Binding (Rare Wondrous Item)
When a Path of the Beast barbarian enters a rage, the charm increases the power of the connection to the feral nature of the wild to an extent it confers a magical enhancement on their natural weapons effectiveness. Which ever choice of transformation the barbarian chooses has a +2 magical enhancement.
Notes: Item must be attuned during a rage.

IMHO, Earthdawn is still the best fantasy realm, Shadowrun is the best Sci-Fi realm, and Dark Sun is the best D&D realm.
I don't want to be rude but are you reading what i'm asking?
I need help with creating the actual item so it works on the character sheet and interacts with the character actions. I don't need assistance with the fluff of the item, like I said I can do that myself.
ERG, sorry about that, I didn't catch that was all you were looking for. When I tried to create the item in D&DB, I was not able to adjust the modifier sub-type to something other than either bludgeoning, slashing, or piercing. I am probably limited due to my account type as well though.
Once again sorry for the misread.

Nothing to do with account type. You were probably starting with a different modifier in the first place. It seems you were trying to make them as “+2 weapons,” but that would affect both attack and damage rolls. They just needed the Attack bonus modified.
Ah, I kept selecting Natural Attack as the modifier type instead of Bonus. I kept trying to figure it out last night and never thought to select bonus.
Thanks for the double help, that has been annoying me as well for some time.

Hi,
I am trying to create a wondrous item that will give a +2 bonus to the claw, bite and tail attacks from a Path of the Beast Barbarian.
Could anyone help me out with what sort of modifier I have to create for this?
Really appreciate the help

Create Wondrous Item
Add Modifier:
That one modifier will grant a +2 bonus to all attacks (not damage) for every “natural weapon” that character has.

Glad I could help. The modifier you were using would help create a natural weapon, not amend one.
