I hope so as well, but I'm doubtful. It's not a true Sourcebook, just like the Sage Advice Compendium isn't a true Sourcebook, and I can't get that to show up in the app either. If it isn't listed in the Marketplace, it seems we can't get the app to realize that we own it. Somehow they made it work for the Basic Rules, but not for these two items.
This is the crossover I have wanted for forever. For League lore, Bilgewater is my favorite location. My only question is can we expect more crossovers, either with League or other IPs? I for one would love a Guild Wars one as well.
I love it, but some of the balance feels a bit off?
Some of the renegade options feel lacking and the rogue archetype looks nuts. The lvl17 feature feels way overturned (weird that it shunts enemies you stand inside of, instead of the PC which like every other ethereal-style feature does).

Every class is broken.
Renegades at level 5 get two minor upgrades and one major upgrade to their gun. Go Sniper, take Crosshairs and Double Barrel as "minors" and I guess Barrage as a Major but it doesn't matter because the minors are what you want. Advantage on two attacks that each do 2d10 + dex. 4d10+ dex at level 11. Being able to action surge here and do four attacks totaling 16d10+20 at level 11 all with advantage as a fighter? It's busted.
Barbarian is the least powerful of the three but man is it still powerful. Bonus action grapples to pull you in, teleports that aren't ever restricted and give you an attack afterward and then true sight and then tidal waves when you teleport so you don't feel bad about losing that other attack you got.
Rogue is where they really they just channeled their inner Bruce Buffer and shouted his signature catchphrase, IT'S TIME. Charisma mod uses of abilities such as healing you for half your total sneak damage and that transferring as an overheal to temp hp or the dice one to instead of using a reaction to half damage taking the chance to use dice to just say screw it and negate damage entirely due to a now miss. Then a bonus action teleport that does 4d10 damage, goes 120 feet and recharges on a short. Then being able to swap init order with anyone at the table. Then a capstone that lets them use their level 3 ability twice a day, gives them resistance to all damage, double movement, immunity to four powerful negative conditions, and when you end your turn in a creature's space THEY take damage, not you.
I'm a massive nautical / pirate setting fan despite never having the chance to play in one. This may just push me to actively try and find a game where I can play some of these subclasses. I really love the themes of them even if I haven't read them in too much depth. I'm not too bothered by Renegade but the Barb and Rogue ones intrigued me so much.
If I had any qualms it was the fact that Races came up on the list and I was super interested only for it to fall flat and be a couple of paragraphs how to vaguely reflavour things. It's nice to note, but it felt a bit like I was set up to be knocked down.
I think it's a very cool idea, this could be a very good way to hook LoL players into D&D.
Back on my day my group of friend and I were playing the wargame Confrontation and I made a setting with classes to represent the units from the game (D&D 3.5e). They were super enganged playing their favourite classes and meeting the heroes from the game.
Admittedly, I judged it before I even opened it and here's why: 'partner content' is shorthand for 'we were paid to host this.'. My least favorite sources are Ravnica and Theros because they smack of corporate 'cross promotion'. It feels almost incestuous. I'm a fan of MTG, been playing since Odyssey, but I really don't like the idea of D&D being a gateway to cardboard crack where you get much less value for your money. In the same way, the Runeterra 'source' is an advertisement for League of Legends - a pretty toxic game loaded with microtransactions. I say this, having also been a fan player of League for years - and sorely tempted to return, as a Volibear main. The timing is also pretty unfortunate due to the recent dustup regarding executive social commentary.
But I have to admit, Ravnica and Theros added some meaningful things to the game. Races, classes, backgrounds, magic items mostly within the ballpark of core balance. Ravnica's setting is pretty interesting, and a Greco-Roman mythos is something not often properly explored in D&D. Grimy magitek pirates isn't as compelling to me.
The classes are the main draw and they're simultaneously underwhelming and jarring. It's really obvious they just tried to cram as many LoL Champs as they could into it, and there really isn't a satisfactory link between the crunch and fluff of the subclasses. Sometimes (like with the Barbarian's pull), the flavor is effectively 'lol who cares, that's your job.'
This isn't meant to be a personal attack on anyone who likes the material, mind you. I think it sets a bad precedent, though - we now have a special little section for 'partner content' in the character creator, which suggests there is going to be more like this. This recent shift towards ad revenue is SOP for Fandom, I guess. Hopefully I'm going to be proven wrong. I would really like this kind of material to be relegated to the Homebrew collection, maybe with a one-time notification to announce it. This way DMs can opt in if they want it, and people understand it's not well-developed. Using a euphemism like 'partner content' makes it confusing (especially for newer players.). Anyone familiar with the old DandDwiki?
Edit: Forgot to mention the magic items. Adaptive Helm is the worst, as an at-will Absorb Elements at uncommon rarity, except the resistance lasts for more than one turn. The rest are also problematic, but Adaptive Helm is the worst.
Additionally, I'm really disappointed that all the art seems to be reused assets. Hotbar icons? Really?
I REALLY am not a fan of this, but not because of anything in the content.
This content scares me, because I feel like it has the potential to ruffle A LOT of feathers at WotC/Hasbro. This is just a guess, but I'm going to assume that they are not super happy to see DNDbeyond use a logo that contains the dragon ampersand to promote a digital card game that competes with Magic the Gathering: Arena. ESPECIALLY when that content is not clearly labeled as 'Unofficial'.
From what I've seen online, people seem to believe this is official- when it clearly has no ties to WotC. This is the sort of thing that ruins business relationships and ends partnerships like the one between WotC and Fandom that allows DNDBeyond to exist. It's playing with fire for a quick payout, and as someone who has invested hundreds of dollars into sources on DNDBeyond, that scares the shit out of me.
Literally the only thing I like about this is the powder monkeys.
The subclasses are overtuned, the monsters generally aren't anything to write home about, Ledros is a death knight that's somehow CR 5 (when GP and MF are 12), and his sword is just mean. The PCs wouldn't recognize that the bonus damage is from hitting humanoids, so they'd attune to it and then just permanently lose hit points.

This is also a good point. I'm sure WotC isn't stoked with this.

Renegades can’t get Crosshairs and Double Barrel until level 15. Both require level 5 and the first minor upgrade must be taken at 3rd level.

I could not have said it better. If this is the path forward for DDB, then I'm afraid we'll all end up paying way more in the end.

This is fair, thank you for reading when I obviously missed it at 4 am lol. Still, the damage piece is legit.
I do agree with basically everything that's being said about feeling uneasy about this, thought there is one thing that keeps me hopeful. That's now that they're seemly more willing to add third party content maybe now we can start getting additional sources such as the creature codex (maybe other stuff from kobold press), Cthulhu mythos, revenge of the horde (nord games), and maybe some other better content. As for this add,
Subclasses
Path of Depths. Probably the most balanced of the three subclasses, just not my favorite nor plan to play.
Renegade. Even though that this one the gamified cousin of the gunslinger treating guns as a feature rather than an item. I would have liked to see a gun base subclassed that focuses on gun modifications and attachments... but for artificer.
Wild card. Love the flavor what they attempted with this subclass, but it's very hit or miss. I'm probably going to try to remake this subclass and actually try to make it not a god or trash (depending game set).
Monsters/NPC
NPCs. Could care less about getting LoL characters, but guess its a good base to reflavor for other homebrew content.
Monsters. Powder monkey is the best addition period. As for the others, I haven't looked too much into the stat blocks, but it's a good seafaring addition.
Items
Okay, we got more stuff nothing really stands as "Oh I really want X" but free content is free content.
Edit: I completely forgot to say something about the adventure. Which, I honestly haven't looked at and probably won't play unless I reflavor it for either as additional salt marsh content or integrating into one of the forgotten realms campgains my groups runs. Still... I really think they should've spent more time trying to actually balance the subclasses. Also not sure if it's just me, but I found a lot of the wording to come across a bit weird.
I'm a little confused to be honest. I read some of the setting info and it sounds cool.
But I cant seem to find the classes either in marketplace to buy, or on my character creator. So how am i supposed to use this with dndbeyond? I suppose i could go old school and do pen and paper but.... that defeats the purpose of dndbeyond.
Since it doesn't seem to have been made yet, here's a thread about the new Runeterra content that just dropped:
https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/lrdtob
I'm still reading through it right now, but anyone have any thoughts?
I like it from what I see so far, I wonder if we can download onto the app for reading offline?
I hope so as well, but I'm doubtful. It's not a true Sourcebook, just like the Sage Advice Compendium isn't a true Sourcebook, and I can't get that to show up in the app either. i think its refreshing having a pirate themed/seaside setting to play other than saltmarsh.

Very very interesting way of expanding Barbarian Subclass alternatives. I'll definitely be looking into this more as more is added.

Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.
